Today i had a problem with the app since I started it. I had to change my password twice today. Talked to 3 different people to clear it up. The app has locked me out. And they haven't been able to fix it yet. So they are doing a number ticket for it. And will get to it as they have a list of people ahead of me. Don't know why they came up with this app. It doesn't work well so they should just stop using something that doesn't work or people don't want. I been with State Farm for over 20 years.

the app is poorly designed and riddled with technical issues. it shows they don't really care about whether or not it works. they place the burden on the consumer rather than fixing the issues themselves.
This is one of the most inconsistent and unreliable apps that I've ever seen. I am constantly having to redo my password even with biometrics enabled. it will not hold a password longer than a couple of months and when you need to log in, you can't, you have to sit there and do the whole damn thing all over again, over and over and over. This app completely sucks and is useless

The traffic in this area where we're using the app isn't safe, and the on-road conditions have worsened in the past few years! The driving practices required to maintain excellent scores are quite easy. However, we can only control our parts in driving, not others. That's why the drive and save app review received 1 star rating from this user because its expectations are unrealistic. Recently, we've received a notification that our premiums get adjusted based on this.
they set you up for failure breach of contract they allow you to get there insurance and then drop you for no reason and make you the customer feel like you did something wrong after you both agreed like both parties agreed to one contract and they break it by dropping you for no reason just like they backed out of all them people in California that was paying them all that money for insurance they backed out of all of them when that fire burn everything they had down they wouldn't pay out...
State Farm did not pay one red cent when my house when it flooded with $38,000 damage!!!! I had Home Insurance for years too & more than one vehicle insured, single here also!! I was forced to move & give my home away!! After owning my home I had to start all over again!! State Farm accused me of knowing the companies on my estimates!!! I did not know the 3 men or their companies that came out!! I would give -100 STARS if I could!! 😡

I have not been able to log into my account for months ? No customer service ! Agent never answers the phone ? I need to change companies!the app continues to be an ongoing problem ? cut a bunch of coverage and only saved $10 ???? time for a new company !

Called State Farm years ago to get information on policy. Requested information on policies over 3 years ago, no information provided. Called State Farm Corporate Headquarters. NO response! STATE FARM REFUSES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING POLICIES! NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR. NOT THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM, NOT REPUTABLE!

app for drive safe and save requires Bluetooth to always be on, despite that my location is on and it should be able to determine Bluetooth doesn't need to be enabled since I'm nowhere near my car. I can't have Bluetooth on because it will connect to my headphones and I want them to be connected to my laptop so I turn Bluetooth off on my phone. Think of edge cases.
Typical delay, deny, defend tactics. Would not approve my roof hail damage claim, even after the second storm and claim! Abysmal, uncaring company that plays favorites. I have since changed to USAA, thank goodness....good riddance!
The app routes me to the middle of the road instead of my actual destination, and it often starts navigation incorrectly.
It doesn't work. I've made numerous attempts to enter my mileage and it never takes it. I end up calling the agent and reporting it. Just please fix the stupid thing. Joseph Thull

lost points on my driver's license because state farm hasn't sent me proof of insurance and despite having an account to charge me, I did not have access to said account on my found and could not provide proof of insurance when pulled over. also do not get the clip for your car they offer, it'll be a waste of an extra $30 a month on your bill but they don't specify that, only that it's possible to save you money with it not that it'll add a monthly charge to your bill
terrible. I have been trying to set up, and report my mileage since 9 am. the current time is 3:09 pm
too difficult to understand, and set up.AAA was so simple compared to this system. not pleased with the constant notices that it's not set up properly.

Paid $198 for an auto policy on 4/6. On 4/19, I had a flat while working-an emergency. The app and phone reps couldn’t find my policy. First lady transferred me to Progressive Insure, spent 40 minutes, and was told to pay $100 then reimburse process. So I fixed it myself less than 30min. DURING WORK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. 4/20, I was told my policy # was “temporary,” which was never explained. Policy still underwriting. Therefore limited help avail. SMH 0 star! 04/27 still no policy.

this app truly is horrible. it constantly claims "hard braking" while at low speeds when traveling at speed limit and stop at yellow lights or below 25 mph and make a turn into a subdivision. there is no way to request reviews or corrections.
Horrible! It doesn't function when I need it.
The rates are far too high. I've been a customer for more than 7 years. I'm in my 40s without a single accident, yet my rate goes a lot every year. This past year it went up $30 a month and nobody can tell me why. I'd hate to see the price hike if I actually had to use the insurance for an accident or if I didn't have the loyalty discount. I'm going to bite the bullet and start looking for another option.

Not user friendly
Every other time I use the Drive & Save app it doesn't record my drives. I am thinking about discontinuing this program. The money saved is not worth it.
I have the drive safe I keep getting emails that it is not set up. it's always been setup. my billing is always messed up so I have to always call my agent to correct my account. I'm really getting tired of this and about to go back to Geico. I never had problems with Geico. this situation with State Farm is annoying
It is very annoying to have the notifications required to be on in order for the devices Bluetooth to connect with your phone. Constantly having to enable permissions to log a trip, disabling them to conserve phone battery, and if you occasionally miss one of the 3 permissions you get the email asking if you have logged a trip because the app refused to log it..... If you can afford to not use this program then don't accept the headache for a small discount.
it drains the battery. I was quoted and paid one price, but now I am paying the same as when I was with the other insurance company.
the independent drive safe and save app was far better. I have to login EVERY time I start the car/go to drive for a trip to be logged. this app is one of the worst of many bad decisions. it will be a factor in me leaving State Farm if they can't figure this out soon. it's already been far too long that this is a problem. no, I won't be calling. I don't have time to spend an hour on the phone for a problem you need to fix.
