I knew I was late on a payment but the app said I had nothing due. I then received a push notification a week later saying I had a late fee on top of the previous month owed. Fix your app... you are paid more than enough for a mediocre app.

July 1, 2026 uninstalled. Just received a text that my bill was past due again. More than useless app. Just paid them. March 2025 (edit: this is a known issue, per state farm rep. just fix it, don't reach out to me.) is your bill 5 days past due? the app won't show you. disappointing.

Called State Farm years ago to get information on policy. Requested information on policies over 3 years ago, no information provided. Called State Farm Corporate Headquarters. NO response! STATE FARM REFUSES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING POLICIES! NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR. NOT THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM, NOT REPUTABLE!

The absolute worst insurance company I've ever dealt with!
This app sucks. Nowhere does it tell me what permissions are required as it used to. I often don't drive for weeks. Yet you want me to drain my battery so you can see I am parked. I turn off the data access by removing permissions and forcing a close. Now I drive and nothing works. I know you are obsessed with a permanent, on condition. I will just leave the program. Stop threatening me about this You hit me up around 100s of times a day. Do you need me to install cameras so you can watch?

2 beacons. never get thru to tech help. setup acct they say I do not have account called again username ok put will not let me reset password. not happen with beacon. I am using android cell phone. Not Happy. never talk with help desk.
Submitting a claim through State farm for me has been a painful tedious process. They do not simplify it. I waited 2 weeks just to find out that they were waiting on me to submit more paperwork after I had already submitted the invoice. nobody from my State farm office nor from the claims department contacted me about needing additional paperwork. I had to call them and be transferred several times and wait on hold just to find out what was going on. Very irritating process.

Terrible app. after I have set my password to login it didn't alow me. After several failed attempts to send me a password reset(and yes it was the correct email and number) I deleted the app.
Constantly raising amount. Never a true quote.
They never mail me my insurance card, which is especially annoying with 6 month contracts. Rep never answers my web messages or emails.
They do not give you any support if you have an accident. Even when they decide you were not at fault!

Ive been making payments to a mystery bill almost all month every month and then it tells me last second so sometimes I have to pay a 3rd time of the remaining balance. I typically pay my bills in half per paycheck bc i get paid bi weekly to leave some financial room for my other expenses.
Every time I turn around, the password is not working. It's correct. Resetting again.
😵💫 been 2 years now trying to get the billing set up and working. I cannot get them to allow me to pay my home insurance on a different month than my car insurance. My workaround is to allow one of the two premium payments to become past due a for a few days as we roll into the next month and then pay. it's just stupid that I have to do this ! The reason I want to pay the premiums in different months is my business and is not relevant. What is relevant is incompetent Junior staff members.

they keep sending me bills for my ex. I never know if I'm paid mine or hers. also, ridiculous password standards and processes. (Although I think that's changed somewhat).
