unoptimized and slow. nothing of use without subscription, and I was falsely advertised.

If you enjoy Metal do not give this app a dime. so many artist have the wrong artist as the photo or give credit to the completely wrong artist/band. Absolutely ridiculous

10 minutes, 5 times they asked me to get premium. I would. But the application doesn't explain me whats in for me. So I just feel annoyed and dump it
I bought the plus subscription and I didn't receive it or any of the benefits, money was taken out of my account and I can refund it

when I try to connect Spotify and tap on yes, agreeing to the changes this app can make, it takes me back to the same screen with connect Spotify or apple in the two green and red buttons. I can't connect Spotify and idk why.
this app has turned to complete rubbish Im an early user and used to love this app but now the playlists are nothing but inaccurate, I'll have song stats on the app that seem correct for the most part but when I look to the created playlists it hosts songs that I've never listened to, repeated songs, and songs that weren't on my stats on the app. I used to love listening to my top tracks but now I can't because they simply aren't accurate I don't know how this app took such a colossal decline

Was great when I used spotify, I switched to apple music but I can't connect my account for some reason. I contacted them explaining the issue and it doesn't seem like they will fix it.

I can't even get into the app because I click Spotify as my platform, click the "agree" button, then it takes me right back to the welcome page!! Please help!

Way too many ads for a what you would think to be a simple app. I would consider buying the premium for $15 but also its very laggy. Maybe its my phone though I believe its the number of ads.

slowest streaming app ever made, doesn't load anything until like 30 minutes later and then if you click on something it'll start loading again. fix this!! I didn't pay money for this just for it not to load. so annoying.
what's the reason for this app when albums and songs randomly are disappearing, so the streams starts on 0 again? I don't understand how this app went from working perfectly fine some years ago to this decline? more and more albums are disappearing and so my streams are disappearing with the albums, restarting at 0 again. the literal point of this app to keep track on your streams and this app can't do that anymore.
It's such a shame that it barely works because it's good in theory. I've tried reinstalling it & switching to wifi, but nothing seems to fix it. it will only ever load one thing - for example my top tracks for the month, but then nothing else will load & that's been the case for months
can't use the app because a pop-up shows up every 10 seconds
its very laggy filled with ads because it wants to get you to buy the plus I just wanted to see what my number of listener i was but I cant do that you cant do almost anything with out the plus and I already spend money getting yalls premiumon Spotify was a big bummer

needs optimizing fast. things take forever to load. also, it doesnt count the correct amount of time ive listened to a track quite often. itll only count say 3 minutes if the track was 3:22. or say the song is 2:30, it counts exactly 2 minutes. edit: it seems even worse. please fix it. I used to really love this app but it sucks now, it barely tracks correctly half the time anymore
when I used it my top song was wrong. in my monthly report for march it said a song I barely listen to, I listened to this 1 song (we'll call it 18 because I listened to it 18 times) and this other song (it'll be 11 because i listened to it 11 times) but for some reason 11 got to be my top song while 18 was 5th.
