Are you guys serious with the glitching? For how much you charge you need to fix your app for real. No wonder your rating is so low. Y'all are lazy for real.

It's frustrating since my computer is currently inoperable. I'd like to mention that it also lags and sound from whatever is playing on the community page, carries over on top of videos that i saved. Please fix this steezy. if i could, I would mirror from the website instead of the app..but download is forced to take the class...

Amazing dance resource with an unusable app that can't cast to bigger screens often doesn't play music due to copyright issues and frequently crashing with an unusable UI. Not sure how to even make this function. Definitely getting a refund. Super sad that all of the amazing work by these incredibly talented dances is just going to waste like this.
app either launches to black screen or takes forever to load
none of the videos work??? they won't let me play them and stay frozen on the play screen also the majority don't have music because of copyright issues.
what's the point of a dance app that doesn't include music. This should have been fixed already. It's been a year. Want a refund.
Don't pay for this. I paid $99 for an annual membership, but ended up not using it. There are too many videos (around 60%, depending on the category) without any music, due to copyright issues. There is no way to see this alert. Imagine you are dancing and all in a sudden, the music stops! Such a passion killer.
it doesn't work
App not opening the only thing I can see is a white screen
DO NOT CLICK FREE TRIAL!!! This will charge you $50 even though you cancel the SAME DAY you try it out. Its a fraudulent scam and we are calling our bank tomorrow to flag it and back charge this. UNINSTALL ASAP. This is a scam.

fraudulent charge. Before my free trial ended, I sent an email to your customer support team to cancel my subscription. I received no response or confirmation of my cancellation. Recently, I was charged for this service, which is a fraudulent charge since I had ask for cancelation. I have already sent another email to customer support, and again, no one has responded. I will report it as fraudulent

I assumed I was getting the entire course, but only basic videos were available after I paid.Full classes and advanced levels were nowhere to be found until you pay more. Misleading and disappointed.
I'm disappointed like I purchased my monthly plan on June 4 and today is June 9 but dance classes are still locked I cancelled my subscription but no refund
totally disappointed with this app, I subscribed a monthly plan with 249 rupees, but when I play the videos for learning dance every time, it's show's me subscribe or purchase, I thought this happened because network issue or something else and then I uninstalled this app and again download but it doesn't allow me to sign in, so please suggest to everyone do not join or subscribe this, and I didn't get any refund, 😞😞
The audio is constantly muted due to copyright restrictions. What’s worse is that the muting isn’t just during the music parts - it even cuts off some parts where the instructor is talking. It completely breaks the flow and defeats the purpose of a guided class. I understand copyright enforcement, but Steezy should have ensured that their content is delivered in a way that doesn’t compromise the user experience so badly. I canceled my subscription immediately.
The app is so buggy, even after paying I didn't get access to anything. The customer care didn't bother to reply. had to cancel.
I took the monthly plan of Steezy Studio but my classes are still locked: I am not able to watch the videos... 😡😡😡
Everything I want to try was muted due to copyright and free on YouTube, so why am I being asked to pay? So I've been trying to cancel my subscription but when I log in for three days straight, it tells me 'oops, something went wrong. please try again.' I have sent a request into the help center, I have not received a response. But I did get an email today telling me my renewal was happening in three days... Kinda annoyed, Steezy.
Classes are to great. App is abysmal. There is no mechanism to download classes to your phone- you can only stream. And even if your to Internet is excellent, and has no problem streaming other apps, this app will stop the video every couple seconds.
App is extremely buggy.. I mean the classes are great. But it keeps getting stuck every 10 seconds.
Both the android and iPhone apps are buggy. The videos keep getting extremely glitchy to the point of not being coherent at all. Maybe if they had better buffering or being able to download the videos to the device to stop the glitching, it might actually be usable. Have to cancel my subscription.
Steezy? More like Sleezy. The 7-Day free trial is a scam. They charge you immediately and do not offer refunds. Additionally, the app isn't very helpful for beginners and doesn't cast properly.
Can't even use it. Upon signing up the screen won't load. "Something went wrong. :( We're working to fix this." It's on both the app and website. Website asks you to refresh the page and I did with the same result. Disappointed.
There's no music! I started the intro to dance class, and it seemed like a lot of fun so I paid for a 1 yr subscription. I took extra time with the beginner class to make sure I understood the basics. Then when I moved on to the other classes, they're all muted! But I'm past my 30 days and can't get a refund. Funny how there was ZERO mention of this during advertising or the subscription process...

Canceling the subscription is almost impossible. It makes you think you cancelled your trail but then you end up getting charged anyway! SCAM!!!

It would be nice if they could make a structured layout on what where to start so you can just click on the next video if you're learning one style of dance.

Lots of classes are missing not just music but entire audio still. It doesn't even accurately track hours danced, it said I danced 10 hours after dancing just under an hour. This is basically just a collection of videos, which is cool, but not what they advertise and not what I paid for.
I really want you enjoy the app like I've had it before and it's the same problem I'm trying to rewind/forward the video but it's isn't even working let alone lagging and it's so annoying cause I have been enjoying the app

Although I have not been having issues beforehand, it recently started popping up a message about an update that is not reflected on the play store. This would all be a minor setback if the app allowed me access to my classes. But alas I cannot get any class to play. I have tried to uninstall the app and install it again to no avail.
it used to be my favourite app to dance and learn new choreographies... but from the last 4 times I had trouble unlocking the content, and now that I have it finally unlocked most of the classes I want to take are muted, not just the music but half the instructions... I wish I knew this before I got the yearly subscription... hope steezy finds a way to fix this

I am interested in paying for the subscription. However, it is very buggy as the buttons dont work when watching a video. They have updated the app but it still hasnt changed. Im not paying until these bugs get fixed because they will be a massive problem.
This last update is very bad. Struggles to connect, it doesn't save my progress and I have to go search the program every time or scroll the timing, trying to find the right point, almost impossible to click on the buttons of the player (pause, resume, back, forward etc). It just doesn't feel it. Plus the phone gets asleep even though I gave all permissions to the app in the settings and to keep on working etc... Please improve. The last version was much more efficient
