Completely stopped counting anything after three weeks of usage. All the permissions are correct. Relogging, reinstalling the app or restarting the phone doesn't help. This is ridiculous! PS: It's not related to running in the background. I walk with the app open and it registers nothing. Also it worked fine for 2-3 weeks, and other similar apps do not seem to experience these problems. Your app doesn't work and it has nothing to do with anything on my side.

I downloaded that app and it worked for all of 3 hrs and then just stopped counting my steps. I tried multiple things to fix it nothing worked and so I gave up.
A very subpar and buggy app. The technology has already existed for quite a while for an app that can accurately trace your steps. Stepsapp doesn't really do this. if I worked on this app I would have some shame.
I am not able to connect with smart watch
I can't view anything on the app besides my steps. Nothing will load no matter my internet connection, and all it will say is, "Access token expired." ps reinstalling the app deletes your data even when using the same account. Why does it not save to the account?
