Polite but bad service. Half-read my messages, didn't take accountability. I contacted the team about sync issues with Google Fit, and they said since it will be deprecated, currently there's not full support. However they didn't mention anything about upgrading the app to the new Google Health feature to avoid issues, and just kind of left me hanging. felt like they're not willing to take accountability for the user's experience. asked them to delete my data... open to updating my review

I've used the app every day pretty much since Dec 22 2025. The only issue I've had was that it decided not to start counting. Only happened ONE time though. Now I tend to look at the app at the start of my walk so it doesn't happen again. Otherwise the app is really nice. "FREE" version review only.

Sign-in with google is stuck on an endless loop, impossible to sign in
it's so inaccurate. mind u I was using a timer for almost 2 hours but the timer said it's only been 01:18 when I literally set the timer for 1.40, I feel like I'm robbed when my steps is supposed to be more higher than just 8.000+ - I have long legs, and my pace is a bit fast, let's just say moderate. that's why I don't really think this app is accurate
On my friends their iphones this app works very well but on my Samsung s23 it doesn't sync good with my Samsung health steps. It just makes up numbers... please fix this issue. I already downloaded health sync and it just made it worse :(
This app does not sync well with Google Fit. GF says I walk 11K steps yesterday and this app said I didn't walk any steps yesterday. How can I compete in the walking challenge I'm in when it doesn't even sync to GF? As a matter of fact, this app doesn't even move when I hold it in my hand to walk. Yes, I have ALL of the permissions on.
wont connect to my fitbit. when i cancelled my subscription they charged me again.

well to be fair this is FOC so that must be why this become a sorry excuse of an app. many times it happen that i take miles of jog or brisk walk and barely any steps recorded, also many many times happen that i took a stroll or even walk to toilet and the steps reading go up like crazy. don't you dare tell me there's something wrong with my phone or my coverage, both are perfectly fine. stupid app

App is complicated for android users who want to sync with wearables. This app does not support Health Connect so I have to get 2 other apps just to sync my steps (Health sync + Google fit) What a pain.

I've been walking for ten minutes with pace 10. my Smart watch shows 1000+ steps, but this app only shows 200 steps.
after like a week it stopped letting my friends see my steps and just kept showing me as offline no matter where I am. I tried to reinstall it and now all my datas been wiped

I have been using this app since an year now. The app was glitching and showed my friends on app wrong steps count due to which the challenges were also not correctly counting it. The recent update is not good and due to which i deleted and installed the app again despite of saving and exporting everything. My whole data went away. Please fix this. This was a good app before, now I don't get what is wrong.
this is the worse app I have ever had in my mob
i don't want to give you access to my battery settings. so stop asking every single time I open you up. or we're talking rapid uninstallation.
Doesn't sync with my wearable no matter what I did
while i am in car it calculate!
No matter the settings, even with pro, the app sometimes refuses to count your steps, especially if you don't have internet while walking. I already needed 2 different apps and the Pro subscription just so i can link my fitness watch to StepsApp more accurately, still nothing.
