i have samsung s25 latest ui .. this app works perfectly AND EFFORTLESSLY on my very old iphone BUT NOT AT ALL WHATSOEVER HERE .. NO STEPS ARE COUNTED!!!! ZERO!!! set up properly BUT doesnt connect to S25's internal step counter .. why?

I covered the same distance as yesterday but its is shows 30% less. its also slowed in updating, most not updating at all. I walked gor 3 kms and ut was stuck at the same steps. I had to restart the phone, and the 3 kms were never updated.

sync with wearables is not consistent
the syncing does not show my count from the watch, it only sync the steps which is shown in the phone which is not accurate
Not accurate, my steps are significantly lower in this app than Google Health, even with HealthConnect enabled. I'm not in the running for winning my step challenge, but if I was this would be extremely upsetting.
if you're planning to use this to organise a challenge, it's not suitable since the input can be manipulated by just shaking their phones if not connected to a smart watch. Would be better if you need to start an activity to track walking or running.
