The app is still laggy and crashes ..The APP crashes a lot & sometimes just keeps loading, leads to loose my progression & restarts . FYI am using poco x6 pro so my device is pretty powerful & so is my network.

I can't do anything on this app, I paid for monthly subscription. But when I want to learn daily lessons, it always gets stuck in the middle of the lesson. Even when I already finished the last question, it got stuck, my results didn't appear and I had to repeat the same lesson many times.

Don’t install this app. Don’t take the subscription. Very bad experience. The AI is not up to the mark and barely corrects mistakes or helps improve English. Feedback is basic and not useful. Customer support is worse-I tried contacting them multiple times but got no response. No proper help center. Waste of money. Not recommended.
The application is not working even though I have subscribed. The application error has been uninstalled and reinstalled, It still doesn't work.
There are many bugs, and every time I speak, it doesn't get recorded, even when I'm speaking loudly and clearly. The developer hasn't responded to my repeated attempts to contact them over the past few months, even though I've paid a premium for this service. I feel like I've been scammed.

this app is freeze at unit 8. I already subscribe for pro but it's nothing better. Tried to make a complain via Whatsapp and still didn't get respond. I revised my rate from 5* to 1.

stuck on the application on 21 strike (days) chapter energy level. already chat the develover, but they didn't respond my chat.
First of all I had to go go through this long onboarding process and then once it is done now they are teaching english a very basic level i would have time to waste one hour just to get to the level that I currently am.
No funciona las opciones de evaluación de fluidez, entonación y pronunciación, así que no cumple con lo que esperaba para mejorar el inglés. Además no funciona el contacto de WhatsApp. No hay soporte para tratar esos errores de la aplicación. He escrito al correo y no hay respuesta. No instalen y mucho menos compren los planes si no quieren perder plata. El soporte no responde por ningún canal de atención. Parece una estafa pues el programa no cumple correctamente la función de grabación.

rubbish call option not working properly
Saya bingung ketika saya ingin mendapatkan pelajaran baru. Harus melalui tombol itu, jika terlewat maka tidak bisa akses pelajaran baru. Dan kata-kata kutipan di akhir pelajaran membuat app nya hang sehingga saya tidak bisa mendapatkan streak day.

2 days using it and the apps 30-40% buffering simulator trying to recognize my voice. I'm more frustrated trying to make the AI recognize my voice than how broke my English is.
There's a problem when I learned Day 8. They included local movie titles and the app cannot analyze my pronunciation, although I've tried it exactly like their recording for an hour. I tried to contact the developer on whatsapp but no response. I already paid PRO for this app, and I got this kind of problem. And this is making me stuck and can't skip the exercise to the next day. This app should repair it asap, and erase all local vocabularies that might be not familiar in AI system.
el contenido es bueno, pero ya me termine todas las lecciones y aun no suben mas, por lo que cobran de suscripción esperaría que estén subiendo contenido con mas frecuencia
