I sold three pair of shoes and only one has been verified. the other two have been at the facility well over a week and I've had no updates. when I called customer service I was told it's still being verified but one pair of the shoes aren't even in my seller dashboard anymore. I hope they aren't trying to steal my shoes. if so I'm going to have my lawyer reach out this is ridiculous
new seller format is trash, and using app linked to printer in home no longer works just reverts back to login screen. Had to print labels from an actual computer/laptop.

How hard is it to get a human on the phone? How hard is it for a manager to get in contact with you about the situation you have?

B.S made a mistake on shoes and would not cancel order so I can get a refund and pick another shoe.

I'm NEVER using StockX again 💯💯 That lawsuit they just settled with Nike didn't stop anything. they're still selling fake shoes !!! Also there service is very poorly They take over a month to send you your order & there relationship with FedEx is very poorly as employees don't scan packages for tracking. They say delivered by the end of the day. meanwhile your order is still in a different state 😂😂☠️ whoever made stockx, the sneaker value market of the globe is retarded 💯💯
They will send damaged items, they do not verify the item then only offer $25 off of your next purchase....like I would ever buy from them again.

They pick and choose which shoes can be returned. Worse they also do not get signature conformation upon delivery. My wife christmas shoes were stolen and I can't get a replacement. This is worse than ebay. Don't buy from here. You'll regret it!
Beware! If someone sells you damaged goods... You're on your own! I recommend buying through a reputable supplier, pay a bit more for peace of mind. The little discounts are not worth the fight and headache!
