Something has changed with the app. Videos won't play. Pictures appear okay but - can no longer download - can no longer screenshot - have a loading circle stuck in the middle. Can circumvent the screenshot "security" by using the web version. Videos work in the web version too, but it's an awful user experience. Support is just a chatbot.
Not user friendly. Cannot download only your child's photos by tap n hold method on android phones. Only way is to do via Export option which is very time consuming and is dependent if your child is tagged in the post. The export gives all the photos of all other children there is no privacy.
not the most user friendly app, it doesn't notify parents on meals and sleep times like some of the other apps. can't see bookings or Mark absent, very limited function.
The application is terrible. I have tried numerous times to reset the password and nothing happens. I try to create a account, nothing happens. I tried to unsubscribe from Storypark for families as i am tired of receiving emails about my child that i can not access and once again i can't do anything as i can not login. The application needs a lot of work.

constant crashing for months. signs me out, closes when i login, now wont even allow me to log in, just crashes straight away. have tried uninstall/reinstall and other suggestions, app up to date. told to send an email regarding the issue, but they provide no solution. just say to use app version. absolutely poor. why have an app and then when it doesnt work do nothing about it?? terrible.
Used to be great but now it keeps crashing. My phone has even decided to put it into deep sleep due to it crashing so frequently.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I haven't signed up to this because the first thing it tells me is that signing up means giving permission for my child to be photographed, which we do NOT do. Absolutely appalling that this is what child educators are choosing to use now.

Stop bugging me for reviews. Like a majority of your users, I'm using this app because I have to, not because I want to, and frankly there is not enough room here for me to list all the ways your terrible UI/UX decisions get in my way.

This app really is garbage and regularly has issues. Main problem is notifications often don't work and you can miss important messages. Happens to everyone, some people are just unaware.

your recent fix in December actually break the App. Multiple devices are having issues of opening it up, it just paused at it's splash page.

app sucks. hardly updates when my child's teachers put something up. currently hasn't worked in two days. I'm told multiple complaints have been put in just from my child's centre and no answer from company about app not working. horrible customer service.

The latest version wouldn't load anything except the UI. There was no content in any of the tabs. Now I can't even get that far, it just freezes on the splash screen. Shocking for an app that we need for community notices, updates about our children and communication with their educators. Are we your beta testers now?

It does not load half the time, UX is very poorly designed and it's full of bugs. This is a very important app, however it is very poorly executed.

after the newest update, everytime i read a story the. return to the children tab it asks if I want to turn on notifications. it frustrating why do you need to bombard me when this needy request that I said no to multiple times in a short period
