account has been deleted and now had to have the bank block them! they continue trying to charge my account 19.99 repeatedly and wont stop! bank said next attempt gets legal attention for fraud. update: unfortunately cant update with good news I now have 8 blocked charge attempts! and I dont have a account!

This app is awful. they literally have the same stories as all the other AI story apps but this one doesn't let you cancel yoir subscription without reaching out via email which I've done twice now with nobody contacting me back. Youre also forced to watch an ad everytime you start a story even with a subscription.
As other reviews have mentioned, my subscription does not show up in my playstore account. I've emailed them TWICE requesting a cancelation, included my UID in both, and have not received a response. I will continue trying to cancel and if unsuccessful I'll probably have to put a stop on the payment. So frustrating!!
the story i brought wasn't even complete it just ended $20 for half a story horrible
90% of the stories are only half stories, no endings and stops right in the middle of the climax
I can't seem to cancel my subscription. the directions given does not exist in Google play. having read all the comments regarding subscriptions I realized that everyone is having the same problem with canceling. I emailed the support they said I must email and I gave my UID number and name. so let me sew how long they will now take to cancel my subscription. I will now see if they are indeed scammers
This was expensive for a week of videos and I wasn't able to cancel my subscription after 4 weeks of trying. I tried Google play and emailing, no luck. Just very frustrating all round. The only reason it is now cancelled is because I used paypal to pay for the subscription and I disputed the most resent charge and cancelled the auto payment.

poor quality AI videos with constant anomalies and mistakes both video and audio. For such high subscription prices it's totally not worth it.

says you can cancel subscription in play store but you can not you have to message the costumers service email with you email an uid from the app to be able too.

Great story till you have to pay for it. I'm not paying for this. Sorry I'm uninstalling. REVIEW... Still the same, the app wants you to pay and you can't watch anything until you subscribe. The first week. It is $2.99 and then after that, it's $19.99 A week that is ridiculous. When there are other apps out there that are better and free!!! I'm uninstalling!!! 😞 😤 😡
The rails get shorter as they ask you to watch the shows. No one is going to subscribe to watch these short films. They are interesting but not enough to pay for I was disappointed if you're going to do something like this, then you should keep the episodes at a decent length.I will not be watching anything on this app again.When there are other apps that are not facetious in their attempts to get you to ads.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. DO NOT SIGN UP. Use Reelshort or Goodshort or Dramabox instead. The AI is fun to binge watch, though most aren't finished. The big issue is it says the only way to cancel is through the Google play app, but it doesn't show up under subscriptions. I have emailed their customer service but I had this happen one other time before and I fear I won't get a response. If I get another charge and they don't cancel it I will be disputing this with my bank and doing a charge back.
I really liked the stories but then I saw that this app charged my back account for a weekly subscription THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO!!!! I only bought some coins to watch a show and they decided on their own to take my money without my consent!!! You have the audacity to steal people's money, when they try and support your app by spending their hard earned money to watch your stories!!!! it is scam, even after I paid it only contain the video which is free in YouTube to watch , there is no full series.
I would like to cancel my subscription as it is not what I paid for. It says to go to Google pay to cancel but it's not showing my subscription. The video reels are incomplete and I was expecting a full version not an intro. Extremely disappointed and no longer want to continue paying for this. I have attached a picture of my subscription/ UID number in an email hoping that I might be able to contact customer service.
Don't download. When you go to cancel the subscription it's not in your Google play and the email doesn't work. Now I have to figure out how to get a hold of them.

While the stories are a bit predictable, they all have the same premise some1 being belittled because no one knows the true identity &/or power of the person. But you've advertised through many social medias the 1st 24 hours is free. You'll be able to watch a whole story without paying. I only was able to get through 12 chapters of My Dad is Poisedon, before I had to watch ads to continue. Ultimately paying usd to finish. What makes it worst is I used coins & the story still shows unfinished.
It's okay, but some are the titles featured on Facebook aren't in the collection.I'm looking for them, but can't find them.But Facebook has a titled underneath Storyreel.
I find stories on Facebook when you want to continue watching they don't exist in the app 😑
