DO NOT BUY ONLINE! This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. The estimated in-store delivery date was long overdue, and no updates were provided-not even by customer service. When I went to pick up my order, only 3 of the 9 items were included in the package, yet staff confirmed that all 9 items had been delivered and collected. I will update this review once the issue is resolved, after another trip to the store.
Horrible app. Wobbly, can't login or add anything in the basket and... for God's sake, the list of permissions is huge. It looks more like scam than customer care. Fix it, or I am not buying anything. And stop claiming it's not the latest version, I checked that more than once. PS. Your reply is unprofessional. I stated clearly: IT IS UPDATED. No newer version available as of right now, at this moment. Capisci?
nu reusesc sa completez datele contului, dupa selectarea corecta a tarii, orasului si a adresei plus prefix telefonic, primesc constant eroarea cum ca nr de telefon e invalid.
it's been more than a week i placed items in my basket and can't reach it neither to clear it nor to complete it and from agent to agent all of them with zero IQ they end the chat session and keep me with AI and mentioning that the items are out of stock and i need to clear my basket. If i was able to clear it why would i start a chat to receive an update. I've tried everything deleting the app and reinstalling open as a guest open the website cleared the cash opened it with another device

I am unable to view my basket or the items added for checkout. This has been happening for the past two weeks. Even when I was able to access it once, I could not confirm the payment or complete the order!!

worst customer service ever.. I have been trying to shop from the app for 2 days but couldn't find anything in the cart. when I contacted customer service they weren't helpful at all and my problem wasn't fixed.
alot of issues on the app .. adding products sometimes not work even if available not able to add to cart or wishlist ..and errors through payment ..support r not helpful.. good brand with bad online shopping experience

I used to love this app and i still love your products guys, especially the shoes. I just wanna order some cute heels and i can't because when i put the CORRECT postalcode it says that it's actually incorrect and to try again. I never had this problem and if you see this review, please do something because i really wanna do this order and i can't, i've been struggling for 2 days, 2 days for one pair of heels.....that's insane!
what is wrong with this app? i updated the phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and made a new account and now it gives me that the city field is invalid. If I change the province it gives all the places but when I put the province I live in it gives only one city and then the app tells me that it's invalid. You should update your app to include all cities in all the provinces. This is the 4th time I made a new account on the app.

i cant open my cart, it doesnt load despite me having good internet. i also cant add anything to my wishlist, it just disappears when i add something to it. its so annoying, please fix these issues immediately.
The return process is very complicated. I have to wait a long time and write to support to request my money back. It never takes 14 days, minimum 1 month. And they ask for payment proof and my bank account movements.

Why is the background and the text the same colour??? I can't see what I'm typing in the search bar and I can't see the information on the measurements page. The filters also don't work: the colours are sometimes not visible, and the rest of the characteristics to filter are invisible. This app is not accessible at all. Why would you want to make it difficult for your customers to traverse and purchase? Please fix these issues because it's currently impossible to complete a purchase.

Not accepting pick up location or my home delivery address, deleted and reinstalled app and still having the same issues
The app used to work well earlier. For the last couple of months, I haven't been able to order a single item because it keeps refusing my address when I am finalizing my order although it is the exact same address I have used for all my previously delivered orders. I am facing the same issue with ordering on the website.
New update every few days, everyone worse than the one before.

sumpah ya pelayanan nya buruk, saya beli dompet sudahlah datang melebihi tenggat waktu lalu katanya barang sudah diterima padahal saya tidak ada menerima paket dan waktu saya check email tiba' barang saya dibatalkan lalu uang saya sekarang masih belum kembali. tolong ya stradivarius diperbaiki lagi pelayanan nya dan tolong atleast diberi 1 customer service yang dapat selalu dihubungi bukan malah selalu berkomunikasi melalui email, sangat tidak efisien

Horrible app. Same as the website. Guys, you should really work on speed, intuitivity and easy-to-navigate feel and look. I really like your brand and products, but from tech perspective and customer journey to purchase online you haven't made much progress in the last couple of years. You should improve this if you don't want to lose customers on the way. No one has patience anymore to load, reaload, search again...Make it fast and easy.
