There is something about this third-party app that doesn't sit right with me. Normally, the day before payday, my banking app shows a notification of the wages due to be paid into my account the following day. However, when I checked today, there was no indication of any incoming wages. I then logged into my Workday account and noticed that this Stream app appears to have created another account. This has led me to believe that there is a possibility my wages could be redirected there instead.

I don't like the app, in my opinion you will end up spending more money than saving with all that offers under your eyes , for those who love 30 % and 40% deals, its a great app to burn all your pennies... Its a safe and legal app to use but you could easily lose the control of your money 💰 So I stopped using it and I closed my account , the traditional stone age app from my company suits me a lot better ... Im sorry but I do not recommend this app.

Can't login. No code sent. Every password reset wrong.
No shift information for past 8 days. Pointless using the app if it won't update my shifts. I have contacted my employer. all of my shifts were sent to you on Monday

waist time and useless company doesn't help no one and even your family all they care about moneyIt is rubbish company who is out how much money u get from people and working people and don't care who is on street or who is in debt, all I ask was simple for was some help with this transfer is to pay it next month so I can help my really sick parents my mum Parkinson and dad got fits, heart problem, pay more on mortgage, so didnt end up on payments this month so they don't end up on street lyers
my shifts take ages to update, no point having the app, and then my employers say it's nothing to do with them they're doing everything right at their end. there's just no point having the app.
constantly crashing and now won't even open
I have noticed the streams used to be available from 4.20pm and are now random and getting later the latest available stream wasn't available untill 7.53pm why are they downloading and becoming available later than usual?

max limit per pay period changed to £125 while you're meant to be able to withdraw %20 of salary. non sense
some reason I opened app and asks for current password then no option to reset it, I usually use fingerprint login so can't get in at mo
do yourself a favour and save your money elsewhere. they will be late returning your savings. you will have someone repeat the same useless details to you when you want to know where your money is and when they intend on returning it. disappointing at best
I wouldn't use it. My employer has messed up my wages three times now, and Wagestream never answers your questions with a straight answer to your problem! Also, how can you be taking half of your own money out when you have to pay Wagestream back on payday? Wagestream is basically a lending platform until payday.

do not have a proper customer service system, only Ai agents which is of no use. I have tried several times as i mistakenly sent money to a closed savings pot. I have tried to contact an agent but couldn't, please give my money back. please provide a telephone number that i can contact via phone to a human
terrible app don't use it they changed the way it works and is now not very well implemented, they changed the best feature into the worst thing all without telling people

have had issues obtaining links to get into the app after it logged me out, tried contacting support yet days later still nothing or a reaponse.
waiting 2 weeks and still haven't resolved my issue
