my shifts take ages to update, no point having the app, and then my employers say it's nothing to do with them they're doing everything right at their end. there's just no point having the app.
constantly crashing and now won't even open
I have noticed the streams used to be available from 4.20pm and are now random and getting later the latest available stream wasn't available untill 7.53pm why are they downloading and becoming available later than usual?

max limit per pay period changed to £125 while you're meant to be able to withdraw %20 of salary. non sense
some reason I opened app and asks for current password then no option to reset it, I usually use fingerprint login so can't get in at mo
do yourself a favour and save your money elsewhere. they will be late returning your savings. you will have someone repeat the same useless details to you when you want to know where your money is and when they intend on returning it. disappointing at best
I wouldn't use it. My employer has messed up my wages three times now, and Wagestream never answers your questions with a straight answer to your problem! Also, how can you be taking half of your own money out when you have to pay Wagestream back on payday? Wagestream is basically a lending platform until payday.

do not have a proper customer service system, only Ai agents which is of no use. I have tried several times as i mistakenly sent money to a closed savings pot. I have tried to contact an agent but couldn't, please give my money back. please provide a telephone number that i can contact via phone to a human
terrible app don't use it they changed the way it works and is now not very well implemented, they changed the best feature into the worst thing all without telling people
got no money waiting for payday and unable to access funds
terrible app. issues since the first day (17 or 18th of December). one problem solved and comes a second one. now it doesn't show any shifts from january. and they say I need to contact my roostering manager as they can't add anything on optima. don't know what is a roostering manager not even optima. funny how after this review some of my shifts showed up.
Apps happy to break the law. its illegal to withhold pay for sock leave but this app does at employers instruction
Don't use this app. They take money from your pay and then show you a different statement showing less. Whereas the payslip from your employer will show more. I was supposed to be paid £285 according to my payslip but on the app it shows £277 on the statement.

Email verification sent during registration does not show any text. Its an empty email. How am I suppose to register?
have had issues obtaining links to get into the app after it logged me out, tried contacting support yet days later still nothing or a reaponse.

I can't find a loan icon in my app.
when app was Wagestream, it worked fine, recording shift the next day, and recording monthly in the correct place. then it updated on the 19th of the month, resetting monthly tracking from 19th to 19th, even though I get paid end of the month. now however, it has gotten worse. it says my last shift was on the 19th December, despite me getting push notifications of shifts after that, and having those January shifts on the app, it back pedal and took them all away.
