Despite providing answers to all the questions regarding property information, the app won't mark the sections as complete. Wasted loads of time trying to get them to complete. Because I can't complete these sections I can't proceed to the next steps. Have had to resort to spending more time sending all the information via email.

The app doesn't function smoothly. The submit button didn't work. I had to close the app and try all over twice before it worked.
I do not want to have to upload a lot of PDF documents over my phone, this really obviously should have been a website instead.

absolutely rubbish app
tried twice for log in code to no avail. needed to change estate agent time. just rang them in the end. pointless app if does not work.

Absolutely useless app. We submitted an offer, but it still shows as “pending,” even though the agent told us it was rejected. So where is the truth? What’s the point of having the app if we can’t accurately track our offer history?
no option to keep login details saved, or using biometric to sign in. have to keep logging in with details everytime and keeps asking if I'm a buyer or seller. great app once in but the login process needs fixing.
Have to login each time and then it makes me go through the welcome pages again.

Asked to complete proof of funds section, I input all the information asked, but it doesn't save and says it hasn't been done. Tried about 10 times, have uninstalled & reinstalled; it doesn't work.
Don't respond to urgent issues urgently. takes ages and series of calls before they respond.

Won't work. Says the app has a bug and has done for a few weeks. Crashes. Very annoying when selling a property.

Slow, difficult to use. Had to try 3 times.
Buggy and simply won't allow me to select my title and save. The property section about my house was like playing bingo, I had to select random boxes to proceed and go back and correct as it simply would not allow certain radio buttons to be selected. More testing needed guys, this is a live app, im making the biggest purchases of my life, you have a great opportunity to create a good useful app, dont skimp on testing.
Very buggy. Will not let you delete or re upload documents. Property questionnaire answer selection will not let you select answers on a lot of the questions.

Annoying and glitchy app especially when viewing photographs which do not appear and the app resets randomly even after a complete delete and install
was ok to start with but now shows as 'something went wrong' and will not fix.
Trying to report an issue and the app requires you to read through some AI curated help that it thinks you need even though it was completely irrelevant to the issue I had A maintenance report doesn't need pre-canned advice, tenants know their issues more than a computer can
