Now I don't have an actual password for the account and I am totally unable to link stripe to my calendly account (requires password) and the app seems totally unusable for any profile information viewing or changes (I can't change my password or submit photo ID or even see what the app wants from me for action, I only know that photo ID is required because it was sent
Why is this app so hard to navigate? I tried creating an account, but it said I already have one, even though I don't. Soo I tried logging in with Google, but doesn't connect and I'm being asked to enter a password.

I need help logging in the authenticator is not working and the password reset is not working.
The worse experience ever..these guys had me jumping through hoops for 4 days, 17 emails. I had no choice to refund my customer, lose the sale, and now they want to charge me $140.38...I WILL NOT PAY! This has been the absolute worst experience I've had with any company by far....These guys should be shut down. This was my first invoice I've ran through these guys....BEWARE...DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They are charging me after I lost the sale due to their horrendous policy....these people stink!

The latest update unfortunately has ruined the app. Future payouts used to be clear and easy to understand. You could see what was paid out last week and what was going to be paid out for the current week. Now I have future payouts, incoming earnings and an instant payout figure that make no sense at all. Please change this back to the previous layout.
35 Years in business... ran a test payment on their platform... put a 7 day hold...then fake elevated it to a 14 day hold... we run 600k a year... a simple payment of $114 gets a 14 day hold... glad I was just seeing how their platform worked and didn't run my days business. Typical money grab company, trying to survive off money of businesses... no reason for this... if they do this to 1000s of businesses they live off weeks of holds... if you want your deposits, stay away from this place.
This app is great if you're interested in getting paid some day. In this present time when getting paid happens instantly on every app, this one belongs in the early 2000s
they believe customer lies. they wont let you put in your information to show a person is lying. they also have the highest processing fees as well. yea when I did a dispute with stripe and it was real I never got service. they settled with the business. they stole 150. STRIPE SUCKS! BEWARE AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BRAND.
I'm sure this is a great application but why have it available in South Africa but do not have it as an option to pick when wanting to change country?

I can't even login, new user to Stripe and accepting payments as a sole trader. This is ridiculous.
After receiving several payouts in 2-3 days, they suddenly delayed my payout to 1 week.
customer support won't answer me with a clear explanation of why they blocked my account and left me hanging without warning, don't trust this company or any related.
Too much requirements and evidences I will just delete and use another easier one!
How come I can't see card balances? Im highly mobile and I don't often have anything other than the mobile app to interact with Stripe. it's quite useless without more customization, like card balances.

recently added an ai toddler feature to handle your sensitive financial matters, drive you to work and babysit your kids. most normal humans wouldnt trust a toddler with scissors. these tech bros are so hungry to eliminate jobs and amass vast wealth, they'd replace your surgeon with an ai toddler if they could. bye, baby ai stripe.
I was hoping that installing the app would make logging in less annoying. It didnt. It redirected me to the browser. Which would yet again take 30 minutes to send confirmation codes. An absolute nightmare. Also turns out the fees are high. If you can, use wise. or even PayPal. Just dont use this Edit: They followed up with 2 links to to 2 support pages so that i can teach myself how to use tech that doesnt work. As if I can solve the issues with the ui, log in, and extremely long transfers.

I will never use stripe again I took a payment on April 28th and it was supposed to payout on May 5th , it failed. then payout on May 8th it's May 9th and I still don't have my money. and no live support.
I'll change this to 5 star if you add a notifications option for only new customer payments rather than all payments!
stopped working have to sign in from browser say 2 step verification doesn't work on current device event though i sign up from said device and still use the biometrics sign in through the browser on said device

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stripe, while I have a balance on the account, suddenly locked, then closed my account. The best part: "Any balance will not be returned." -This is even while Stripe customer support themselves say the balance "should have been refunded" within 5 days. Numerous emails have gone unanswered, and it takes days to get a reply stating, "Upload the pertinent documents." -What are the pertinent documents? Stripe appears to purposely make it impossible to obtain support!
Since the update, daily value wasn't loading. After uninstalling and installing again, now I can't even login. It takes me to a browser looking page that doesn't even load.

Scam. Make a new product, immediately get locked out. Prove who I am, still locked out. Send the email to get back in, get ignored. Try chat, get the "there's nothing I can do bit". Business and reputation immediately put in jeopardy because without information from checkout which is in my stripe account, I fail to deliver my product as promised. Stripe has no problem debanking business owners, will definitely go elsewhere. Developer: Yeah you all see my information, but still taking no actions

nope! not running my business on this. I had to pay 12 dollars for 800 dollar payment. that adds up. since when do I owe Stripe an entire tax. as a business this is another petty little expense that I cannot afford to go adding on for someone else to cash out on me. and the holds the constant holds on money. there's no reason the whole purpose of stripe is instant transfer. but yet I have to wait a week. I left my last bank because of that because it nearly put us under. never again
Since the update, Stripe no longer shows today's payments. One day delay. Payments still show up on Web but not on app dashboard.
I set this up through GameStop power play Packs. I instantly am having issues receiving my payments for PSA sales. it keeps telling me to finish setting up the account although I have received payments for offers instantly on power Packs. now there seems to be an issue and I am being given the run around. it's all just greed involved with these organizations. I had an instant response until I provided proof of the sell with no payment. I followed all thier little steps and still nothing.
With it being 2026 and most everything is done electronically, payouts are extremely slow.
in the last 2 weeks, an interface change has removed our option to instant payout, and in the last year we have lost the ability to tap to pay. these were both things we had no trouble doing before, I literally did an instant payout as recently as last week, but now there isn't even an icon in the app or on the mobile interface website for this.
UPDATE: After over 2 years the below issue has now been fixed. Does not deserve any more than 2 stars given a multi-billion $ company takes 2 years to optimize a data query.... The payments tab on Android takes a very long time compared to iphone. and I'm testing an android that's way faster than the iphone in every other app.
