Call Back - customer support They have a chat feature where customer support didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to block my ability to chat with them. Then I tried requesting a callback and they claimed to have technical issues and no call received. Their service is poor but companies continue to want to use them...please stop. Their lack of service makes other companies look bad too.
I'll change this to 5 star if you add a notifications option for only new customer payments rather than all payments!
stopped working have to sign in from browser say 2 step verification doesn't work on current device event though i sign up from said device and still use the biometrics sign in through the browser on said device

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stripe, while I have a balance on the account, suddenly locked, then closed my account. The best part: "Any balance will not be returned." -This is even while Stripe customer support themselves say the balance "should have been refunded" within 5 days. Numerous emails have gone unanswered, and it takes days to get a reply stating, "Upload the pertinent documents." -What are the pertinent documents? Stripe appears to purposely make it impossible to obtain support!
Since the update, daily value wasn't loading. After uninstalling and installing again, now I can't even login. It takes me to a browser looking page that doesn't even load.
new update is awful. not auto refresh daily sales. The new logo and new notification logo were awful as well. What happened to the s logo?
Scam. Make a new product, immediately get locked out. Prove who I am, still locked out. Send the email to get back in, get ignored. Try chat, get the "there's nothing I can do bit". Business and reputation immediately put in jeopardy because without information from checkout which is in my stripe account, I fail to deliver my product as promised. Stripe has no problem debanking business owners, will definitely go elsewhere. Developer: Yeah you all see my information, but still taking no actions

nope! not running my business on this. I had to pay 12 dollars for 800 dollar payment. that adds up. since when do I owe Stripe an entire tax. as a business this is another petty little expense that I cannot afford to go adding on for someone else to cash out on me. and the holds the constant holds on money. there's no reason the whole purpose of stripe is instant transfer. but yet I have to wait a week. I left my last bank because of that because it nearly put us under. never again
Since the update, Stripe no longer shows today's payments. One day delay. Payments still show up on Web but not on app dashboard.
I set this up through GameStop power play Packs. I instantly am having issues receiving my payments for PSA sales. it keeps telling me to finish setting up the account although I have received payments for offers instantly on power Packs. now there seems to be an issue and I am being given the run around. it's all just greed involved with these organizations. I had an instant response until I provided proof of the sell with no payment. I followed all thier little steps and still nothing.
worst app I have ever seen in my life there a lot of bad things about this app I can't even explain it finished,
Day one a ton of work to attempt to complete setup then having logged into the web version successfully but not being able to do so in the app I then went to customer service and despite my having answered the questions as to what type of device I was on and utizilizing screenshare with them they couldn't even tell me what icon to navigate to from chat to get to the gear icon where I was having trouble seeing my password because no eye icon available to do so and the app wouldn't let me log in.
Stripe sucks, feel free to use it if you wsnt your money to be stuck for 120 days
I had a bad experience using this service. Payouts were slow, every transaction had to be verified, and when money came in, it was blocked without any explanation. It's not a suitable payment method. It's a complete scam.
10-18 DAY PAYOUT TIME! You will regret using Stripe. Don't make the same mistake I did. Worst payment provider in history!
The app is fine, the service is horrendous! It's been two days months of me submitting all kinds of documents, bills and everything and they still cannot confirm my address, on which I live, is listed plainly on my ID and all of the communal bills I sent! Thus the app is useless to me!
Not what I thought it was. Deleted my account now UNINSTALLING.
avoid fees are massive they aren't really fair when it comes to layout. its a pain to reconcile in xero. save yourself money

My Stripe account (ASHISH THAKUR 10X LLC) was closed on Feb 28, 2025, yet my balance of $3,425.80 has been held for over 1 year. There are no chargebacks, disputes, or refunds, and the funds still show as available. I’ve contacted support multiple times and even received a “final response,” but no payout was made. This is unfair. Please review and release my funds immediately.
Worst of all online payment processing platforms!! Highest fees and my payment isn't available for 8 days!?! What a joke. Total rip off. DO NOT RECOMMEND
customers can dispute at any time, you have no control over this, stripe does not help, instead they take a fee ontop of the dispute amount, I have images and videos of customers enjoying a laughing while driving my jetcar then went home and disputed the charge, its not fair, the system should be better, 2 disputes in 6 months both after customers enjoying their rides and now my account is considered high risk, now stripe holds 25% of all charges for 60 days, plus what's in my account
I've used several paymemt processors for my company. recently switched to stripe. they are by far the worse, theres no comparing to how terrible and frustrating they are. once I track down my money they lost I will be closing my account. do not trust them woth your finances. you've been warned.

Common pattern: account approved → payments received → suddenly “high risk” → funds held 120+ days. Even with no disputes, payouts delayed. FTC has raised concerns on “debanking,” and cases reported to Monetary Authority of Singapore show limited visibility. Protect your cash flow-use alternatives and diversify.
Customer service is useless. I'm going to find another payment processor that wants my money.
This is incredible difficult and not user friendly. I can't connect my wisepad. It does not show a pairing code and the setial number states it can't be registered. I've reset the device and no change. Why can't I just connect it easily via Bluetooth in the app??

Caching is too aggressive. I have to force stop the app and re-open it to see up to date data, which kinda defeats the purpose. Please fix.

not been able to get a payout now that I connect it to Xero having to wait at 7-day period again as they stupidly don't know how to integrate their systems to the point where all my account history information from the past 2 years can just be under one email address and one account. so I have multiple accounts instead of just one account where the money goes into due to having new accounting software and setting it up with that I should have just used my sumup invoicing system l
very hard to navigate through and I'm still not set up because of them. they are the only way for me to get paid through an outside site and very NOT user friendly. so frustrating!! all the reviews are similar!!!
Takes a minimum 13 days to get my money. I've been a customer for years. essentially I need to take out a loan every time clients pay me because I need to offset the stripe waiting time. other than that "it works" If you need a payment solution I'd look elsewhere.
I do not understand a company that you're basically forced to use can offer such a low quality app. not the design itself but the ability to access to more information. I hope more...
