Do you wanna lose your money? then go ahead and use this stupid app. Me and my mom were going to a concert and wr paid for tickets on this app. We never got the tickets, because yeah, it was a scam. My mom was on the phone for over an hour, and the concert we were at was about to start, but you can't get in without showing your tickets. Thankfully the box office at the arena gave us free seats since we got scammed. Also, my mom paid $156 dollars for both our seats. the actual cost was just $35.
App full of fraud sellers. Save your money and don't even try. Customer support is like a parrot, they keep repeating the same message instead of helping you. Horrible

UPDATE over 20 hours of my time to get denied my refund. FRAUD ALERT! Do not use this app. Report to BBB and your state Attorney General. The company moves their head quarters to avoid lawsuits. Easy to buy tickets, IMPOSSIBLE to resell tickets. Their instructions are wrong, customer service makes you use 2 other apps to sell tickets. Purposely difficult so you give up and they can steal your money. Don't use this app!!!
I will never use stubhub again. it was a disaster. I drove 5 hours to a concert, and had to scramble up until 1 hour before the show to get my tickets
recently I bought two tickets from stubhub for shenanigans show which is way over priced on stubhub. on counter it was $92 while I paid around $145 for each ticket. worst part i bought it on stubhub and they sent me to ticket master website /app to redeem it. I had to register for ticket master to redeem those tickets. no more stubhub for me.

Ticketmaster / Stubhub / seller scammed me and my wife. We purchased tickets for a concert for 5/6/2026, on day of we're being told the tickets we purchased cannot be accessed and are now some how not associated with the email we bought the tickets with. Stubhub is telling us we accepted the tickets, Ticketmaster says the tickets never were transferred. We have family in the seats behind, there'll problems if there are people other than us sitting in the seats we purchased back in February

Unbelievably overpriced. paid $700+ (after fees) for tickets that cost around $160 the day of the concert. Never using this platform again.
Someone stole my credit card and ordered a bunch of tickets on StubHub. I contacted them the same day and explained everything. I asked them to cancel or block the tickets, but they did not do anything to help. Thankfully, my bank sorted it out. Worst support I have ever seen. No wonder scammers use their platform when they know StubHub support does not do anything to prevent fraud. I will never use them ever again delete this app. Joke customer support.
Do not trust you will recieve your order. Tickets weren’t accessible at the 8:30 PM start. After multiple calls, I had to resolve it at the box office and didn’t receive usable tickets until ~9:19 PM, missing most of the first quarter. StubHub denied a refund despite the delay. Delivered does not mean usable.
WE USED YOUR APP ONCE, MADE 1 PURCHASE AND IT WAS A SCAM. YOU FAVOR THE SCAMMER AND DO NOT HELP WITH REFUNDS. THE SCAM WAS OVER BTS PARKING. MANY PEOPLE GOT SCAMMED WITH THE SAME SELLER. STUBHUB DESERVES TO BE SUED
Terrible app. Could not access tickets
Absolutely horrible. Bought tickets in January, was told tickets will be released by original vendor day of event in April. Tickets were never released. Was offered alternative seats in a link... link just brought me to a refund page. Daughter was extremely disappointed. Still waiting to be refunded. Traveled 7 hours out of town to see event, spent hundreds in hotels and food. Would be nice to get FREE tickets from Stubhub!! Thanks for nothing.
this app would be great if it didn't sign me out every time I close it. I'll stop purchasing through here just for that reason. edit: a year later looking for tickets and try to scroll around looking for tickets only for the "how many tickets are you looking for" to pop up every time you touch the screen. Incredible how an app can be this bad.
Garbage, bought tickets to a game, then bought parking pass, when getting parking pass they said one location, then after buying totally different location, further away. stay away, stub hub lies, total scam. use anther app.
I was sent the wrong ticket for an event and SubHub did nothing to correct the issue. I would never use them again.
Charged me 3x the price for buying my world cup tickets a year in advance. $1000 transaction fee. Buyer beware I'd look elsewhere.

horrible experience. I think stubhub sold my tickets twice. I arrived at the Caps game... and when they scanned my tickets they had already been scanned. I missed the entire 1st period. Caps Arena eventually let us in, escorted us to our seats and the guys their showed that they had purchased the same tix from stubhub. customer service let us sit in the seats and got the 2 guys other seats. stubhub support was nowhere to be found throughout this ordeal.
I purchased 2 front row balcony tickets to an event. The day of the event they told me the venue needed me to switch my seat to one section over. There was no real explanation given. Then less than 2 hours before the event, I was informed they were unable to give me my tickets that I paid a premium price for. Instead, at no extra cost, they could give me tickets in the upper level of the venue which is all they had. My other choice was get a refund. Thanks, found better seats for cheap elsewhere
Absolute trash website, company and application. Every aspect of claiming tickets and reselling was an overly complicated and generally painful experience. 0/10
the way stubhub issues its tickets through AXS is an absolute joke. I had to go through the Vegas Knights box office at TMobile arena to fix the disaster zone Stubhub is. The ticket office even said Stubhub was a joke. Not only that there were other people at the box office experiencing the same problem as me. enraging. never again.
Extremely poor customer service verging on being rude!
This app deploys AI for support. the support agent hallucinated about my ticket information. Stub hub guaranteed my seats would be next to each other multiple times but I arrived at the event and they were not next to each other. they would not give me a refund or hold their AI agent accountable. they protect sellers not buys on this platform

I got scammed. I bought a parking pass for an event at Raymond James stadium (which clearly stated it was for this specific stadium), yet when I receive the ticket it was for another stadium with a different address. Don't ever buy tickets from stubhub! I've learned my lesson.
wow, can't add my tickets to my Google wallet, just apple wallet? Also, the way to sell tickets is an absolute headache. God forbid you get the first tickets available, then try to shop around before the show for better seats. this app is the absolute worst.

Nightmare. Bought tickets for MLB game, but tickets wouldn't transfer/deliver. Customer service kept me on the phone for two hours not helping me. They decided to resolve issue finally, but also lied saying I never requested a refund even though I kept saying give me my money back countless times. When they finally gave me tickets, the game was over. I basically had money stolen from me. Can't believe they had me outside the stadium in the cold for hours.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased event tickets through StubHub, paid in full, and they failed to deliver. I also spent extra money planning for the event. Instead of a full refund, they kept about 25% in a StubHub wallet after I transferred partial funds from a partner company-funds they could accept as payment but now claim they cannot return. Why would I spend more with a company that didn’t deliver? Completely unacceptable and a major breach of trust. Use caution before buying tickets here. 0 Stars
I again bought tickets. I CANNOT get the app to display the tickets. Have logged in have stood on my head, anything they asked. I spent $250. I am suffering.

1. I need to read reviews before I use a new app. That's on me. 2. When you buy tickets on Stub Hub, apparently the seller (an individual, not a company) is not required to deliver the tickets within any kind of reasonable timeframe. Some sellers don't send the tickets at all. This leaves you high and dry. I bought expensive tickets 5 months ago and 3 hours before the game they had not been delivered yet. We still had travel time and cost to get to the game = STRESS. Never again.
Terrible UX
Absolute scam. On the morning of the game I was told that the baseball tickets I bought were now unavailable and I was only offered much worse tickets in exchange for the better tickets I purchased. Their customer service is non-existent. Do not buy from them. This should be illegal.
very bad experience. will never use this app again. you guys make reselling tickets so difficult. that you charge extra if they dont sell. your directions to resell ticket is extremely confusing. its your fault...than u charge my bank account without any warning. email or a text. just took $$$ out without lettin me know when i called to find out why n what for. ur own operator had no idea why u stole the money. tf is wrong with you ppl

Won't send tickets until last minute if you get them at all 0/10 will never use again. None of us like ticketmaster but you're better off there. Hundreds of dollars wasted to a company that couldn't possibly give a flip less about their customers or the "product" they're hocing.
it's a predatory company. forcing you to download the app to use the tickets you purchased. over charging and I hope they get audited.

I've used Stubhub for over 11 years, they used to be a solid service. But they refused to issue a refund a or new tickets with an order where I didn't receive tickets that were supposed to be delivered to my Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster confirmed they did not have the tickets at the account claimed by Stubhub. I gave Stubhub proof that the tickets weren't accepted, and Stubhub wouldn't (or couldn't) provide any proof for their side. Don't buy through Stubhub.
don't but from them. trying to sell tickets don't work and lost money because I couldn't ever get it to sell. go use another vendor
Planned a trip around tickets I bought on Stubhub. Tickets never showed up and it took until 30 minutes prior to the event until customer support did anything about it. Absolutely wouldn't recommend. Cherry on top: I've gotten no less than 5 emails asking for feedback and when I go to use the link to provide feedback I get a 404 page not found error.
