Tried to resell my FIFA ticket on Stubhub. I transferred the ticket to the Stubhub provided account successfully but later my list of resale was deleted without any notification. Contacted support multiple times but they can only tell you the internal team is looking into it. The game of my ticket will start in two days. I am thinking they might never give me back my ticket then I will happy to go to a lawyer. Please contact me if anyone else have the same situation and collect evidence.
I ordered World Cup tickets in May. I could not find the tickets from the seller. I called Stubhub customer service. He could not help find the tickets. He said he was going to get me a refund because the match was about to start. After I gave up on going to the game, magically I got the ticket transfer 36 minutes after the game started. I tried calling customer service again and spoke to the supervisor. She said that I could not get a refund because I received the tickets. SCAMMMMM!
you call and speak to support only for them to hang up on you when you ask to speak to a supervisor. They threaten to charge me double if I don't sell tickets I didn't want to sell. I paid $1350 for 3 tickets, then they tell me I have to sell them for $1200. If I don't transfer them they will charge me $1200 more plus fees. So I either lose $250 plus hotel costs and miss the concert or have to pay $2600 to go? Crazy, how is this legal?
I couldn't have cared less about the World Cup, but seeing how this app let so many down by not actually delivering the tickets, I'll never trust such a scam.
I purchased my tickets a day prior to show, then took a flight out of town. My tickets wasn't ready and available in the app by the time the show started and I was denied a refund. 👎👎👎
Awful. Be very careful. I thought I was purchasing direct from the venue but was redirected to StubHub and sold tickets for nearly double the price. I didn't get seat confirmation as usual so I called the venue. There were NO TICKETS for me! The venue said this happens to them a lot and they do not honor the bogus tickets. The concert is on my Anniversary and it would have been a huge disappointment. I had to go through my Credit Card company and file a dispute to.get my refund. NEVER AGAIN.

you took my money, then delegated the tickets to a second party vendor to email me my tickets. I had to upload 4 freaking apps. 10 emails later, I never got my darn tickets. Your system is horrible. I will never use Stubhub again.
stubhub had technical difficulties and I lost my tickets. They offered me "replacement" tickets that were worse, cheaper, and on the wrong side, but since it was minutes before the event, I was forced to take them. Don't recommend using them.
the absolutely worst app and customer support, its 6 h before my game and still have no tickets, customer support, keeps disconnecting or not replying, dont waste your time and energy
Stubhub can and will take your money and freeze your tickets at any time for any reason with no recourse. If this happens to you, contact your local government resources to put pressure on them.
if possible I would give it a zero. Hasn't happened to me but I've recently already seen tons of videos of people trying to buy the fifa tickets for TONS of money and end up not getting them. Customer service was of no help and the seller or resellers won't give them the ticket THEY paid for with THEIR hard earned money even if they jacked up the price.

Vendor told me they do not work with Stubhub and I had to purchase parking on site at the last minute.

Buyer Beware. I purchased tickets through this company but was never able to access them. The credentials they provided repeatedly directed me to another person's FIFA account (Ryan Thomas), not my tickets. I submitted screenshots proving this and reported the issue multiple times. Despite several escalations, nobody ever contacted me with a solution, and the company continued sending the same incorrect credentials. After the event, my refund request was denied without any meaningful explanation

PEICE OF TRASH COMPANY!! Do not use this company as they only deal with scammers! We were scammed out of the fifa world cup tickets and my son was devastated! They do not even try to help you but just prefer to hang up on you! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT TRUST THIS TRASH!

Do not use Stubhub. Bought World Cup tickets from them months ago and they failed to deliver on game day. They didn't offer any replacement tickets. Their customer service is also not helpful. They always say someone would get back to you but they never do. It shouldn't be legal for a company to sell tickets when they don't actually have the tickets.
sold me 2 parking tickets off site. Not told it was not at the stadium. Had to pay again at the stadium lot. I want a refund for the unused tickets

their software is glitchy and they won't refund you when their software doesn't confirm your ticket but they charge you. then customer service won't refund you. BEWARE!!!

absolutely worst customer service ever when purchasing tickets it said declined so I did it 3 more times I was charged all 3 calked them to get it fixed cuz I only wanted 2 tickets not 6 I ended up stuck wit all 6 after hrs of chatting n being. phone I stuck ended uo stuck wit them all after them telling me they would fix it

I bought Fifa 2026 tickets through stubhub and I never received the tickets. Even after contacting the team for multiple times the issues was not resolved.

If I could give negative stars I would. I've used this app for tickets twice. Once for a concert, the tickets were false. And once for the world cup. the tickets never arrived. Customer service is absolutely horrible, and kept insisting I had the tickets and that I just wasn't accessing them correctly. I had to prove to them twice that this was not the case in order to finally have my case escalated a mere 2 hours before the event. Save yourself the headache and don't use StubHub.
Tickets were canceled night before event with no replacement possible. One is completely out of pocket and do not understand how there is no responsibility
I had to pay 5000 dollars and surprised my grandpa that was 84 years old had a dream to go to the world cup so I surprised him and then he was already ready in May his outfit and all that we went to the flight and my grandpa was waiting for this moment and we got there never even got my tickets and I paid 5000 dollars to get nothing and we ended watching the football match outside the stadium(not my story BTW but its heart breaking especially to an 84 year old grandpa).
