They give only 1 hour of free time and even in that they keep showing useless ads, this is absolutely nonsense but you should improve all this, you give very little free time, at the most 1 hour should be 3 hours.

worst app in the world... can't even study with freinds....
2 years ago, I could stay in focus rooms however long I wanted to. 2 years ago, it was meant for students to get motivation by seeing others study and help each other with materials. these days, it's just like any other app that just wants to get money from its users.

I love this app, I am sorry the whole point of the app is studying with others and getting encouraged/motivated by others I have been using this app for a while and I literally saw Zero encouragement as people only like or pin top streamers it feels like fan-based streams not a studying app
Faced an issue regarding subscription. So with autopay, 400 rupees got deducted ,but subscription wasn't renewed. Wrote an email to them regarding this with a screenshot of my payment attached to it and all and they didn't care to respond.If you're looking for an app that actually cares about user issues and rectifies them ,then I don't think this is the app. There isn't even a phone number available to contact them regarding this.
I paid the subscription fees but after a few days my account disappeared out of thin air. I contacted the team via mail yet they don't give a d_mn. I'm frustrated and disappointed.
I hope that free version users get at least 2 hours in focus room per day

I am using the free version of the app. In the beginning it allowed me to use the focus room for 2 hours. After 5 days, it does not allows me to be in focus room more than 1 hour. If you do not allow more than 1 hour for free, then what is the point of giving 2 hours in the beginning, then slowly reduce the time!

I was happy at first hoping that I'm going to study with new people but unfortunately this app want money. i am 16 so I don't have credit card so can't study with this app. I'm so disappointed and sad. those who are young like me or don't have a credit card shouldn't download it. only 1 hour of study isn't enough.

I subscribed premium from main account and the subscription comes into another account I tried everything from night I gmail you and all and hence no response ... can you please look at this I want my subscription on main account

hey I have taken the subscription of 690 rupees for one month but I have paid the amount and google play store also showing that it ordered the subscription but this app does not show my subscription I have been emailing every person related to app offical giving feedback but they had not taken any action till now

कुछ भी send कर रही हु किसी को तो नहीं जा रहा..... ना कोई document, ना single छोटा सा msg. something went wrong बस यही दिखा रहा जबकि internet connection है, full network है। कई दिन से यही prob.....document select हो रहा bt send नहीं हो रहा, send हो भी रहा होगा तो मुझे show नहीं हो रहा। plz do solve this quick.......
The support system of StudyStream is very poor. There is no robust contact option, no defined response time, and no live chat support available. I emailed nearly a day ago and still haven’t received any response. This reflects an unprofessional approach to user support. Everything seems fine until an issue arises-but when it does, users are left frustrated and disappointed, which directly impacts their ability to study effectively.

Ketika saya membuka study stream kamera langsung nyala otomatis. Entah kenapa itu bisa terjadi, ini adalah hal yang tidak saya harapkan. Dan waktu saya menutup aplikasinya dan membuka kembali ternyata tetap keadaan kamera masih menyala. Tolong untuk diperbaiki karena ini menyangkut privasi. Terima kasih

What kind of program do you have? It's really embarrassing. You charge students money so that they can study together for hours!!!! Instead of making a program that everyone can use at any time and that is famous for not having any restrictions, you only think about filling your own pockets with money. Either don't make a program or if you make one, make it free for others, and if you don't make it free, at least don't make it free from the beginning so that everyone understands.
I guess this is the most helpful app for studying however I can't sign up and I don't know why, I would appreciate if you help me.
app keeps saying 'no internet for some reason. cannot really use it at all because of this. My internet is fine, used multiple networks but this issue persists.
