Massive issues with the app Have been a subscriber since the beginning in March 2020 and love the magazine. However, the app is now not working and cannot download any of the magazines even though I have paid for another subscription. No response after multiple attempts to contact them and response to another user is that they cannot replicate the fault. How come it is is happening to lots of us then? Please sort as like the mag. Otherwise refund please!!!
All of the magazines are 99p each. Sure some used to be free. Disappointed and uninstalling.
Doesn't work, really disappointed, paid my 21.99 annual subscription on 21 May this year, but still issues are all chargeable, and despite sending app feedback several times, and Instagram messages, have heard precisely nothing back, don't waste your money
Wouldn't load, tried 3 times and gave up. My internet connection is fine. 🙁
App keeps closing - now unusable on my device. Had successfully used it for a few weeks and paid for the annual subscription, but has stopped working for some reason. No fix available.
Nice app & interesting content, when I get to read it! So much is behind a pay wall now, so I hardly get to use it. It's esp annoying when they push a notification for an article that sounds interesting, but I can't actually read as it's subscribers only! Push notifications for charged articles should only be for subscribers!
The app worked seamlessly for over a year, but now I cannot download issues despite having an annual subscription. There seems to be no customer service from the magazine, who haven't yet responded to my contact, asking for help.
