Hampton Park and Dandenong never except the app why bother
Got rid of hot Harissa and loyalty rewards. App is useless.

Unable to order without logging into account. The link that is sent to reset account password doesn't work and just reopens the app to the same page. Just becomes and infinite loop of getting emails and links that don't work. Genuinely ruined my day and won't be ordering from subway again because of this.
Unknown error crashes app when i try to go to check out, app is unusable until fixed.
Working fine for years, today a pop up asked me to allow Subway to track my location. After I declined the app no longer functions, "cannot connect to all features"? Why does subway need to track my location 24/7?. Why is the app set to brick the app if I like my privacy? I'll be buying lunch elsewhere from now on
app is ok but it only is able to load recent orders randomly around 10% of the time. fix that so I don't have to manually order the same thing everytime pls. dud software devs
in spite of selecting the store in the start it seemingly changes it after selection. Just waisted my money on a store I could never get to

Reward points expire after 3 months. Special promotional deals on the app are useless as many franchise owners will not honour them.

Extremely rubbish App. The offers normally don't work due to being store related. I ordered breakfast today at 9 am then found out store opens at 10 am. Why would you allow ordering a food from a closed food store.
Really difficult to navigate. If the store is out of one ingredient, you can't use Favourites. You can only add something to your favourites on the Order Confirmation screen. Other than that: the ordering process is fine.
Please speed up the app. in peak times like lunch and dinner, it's too slow and times out Please speed it up. This app has to be the slowest app. why does it take soooo long to retrieve a y details. Is the database run on a 386 computer.
terrible can't customise subs specifically like for e.g to make a club you want to add Turkey and ham don't have that option or to have to type of cheese if you add double cheese its only the selection you've already used........ not fun at all

after app update finish every things. no Good app. not allowed long in. and if you select forget password, then link comes to emails. But link bring you back in login page instated of reset password. I try 7 time and reset link bring you back app subway page. finally I loose my $15 which one subway balance . now I uninstall app for no more install in future. physical card batter then app.
tells you there's a $10 deal but proceeds to charge you $15.35. stupid app not logically layed out to take advantage of a deal so I went somewhere else
I need to reset- my password, I click on forgot my password. many times and it keeps taking me to login but I can't remember my password. due this issue subway has lost money as I go to a different shop.

Reward dollars have an expiry date!! They do NOT tell you this and do NOT send you email reminders like other companies do!!! Items are overpriced to begin with!! Outrageous!

Ordered through the app for pick up and got to the restaurant to find out that the order had been cancelled for some reason. Nothing on my end to tell me that had happened and the lady in the restaurant had no idea. Couldnt use my subcard rewards. Wasted my time and money
can't order sh. Google pay fails. restarting app makes subs cost a dollar more and removes the Google pay option. literally why even have a cart
I used the new app and it is only as good as the operators of the stores can make it. twice i have ordered from the pinewood store in glen waverley and they stuffed my order both times. I am a coeliac and specifically requested for gluten free wraps, and both time it was made with normal white wraps. I tried to ring subway 88472600 which shows ringwood ? and of course no answer. how on earth are you suppose to sort out problems when they don't answer calls. very pathetic subway.

I had to ask the staff member about getting my money back & was told that I had to do it through the app. I couldn't find any info on the app or on the website about how to get my refund. I sent 2 emails to the general subway email & never got a reply. So I never got my $30 back or dinner that night.
good app over all, forgot my password submitted requests to rest it, followed link in email but just takes me back to login section of off and offers no where to rest my password
Ordered pizza melt with pineapple, but on pickup they hadn't made it yet, and was told their location had never had pineapple.
would like to give more stars. but the offers shown are mostly for new customers. offers should be as per member, and per store location. also noone deals with complaints seriously. rude and unprofessional. but food is okay. that's about it.
Easy to order, both times I've used it the food has not been ready when I arrived.
