The app keeps asking me to log in every time I open the app. It's frustrating. Just keep me signed in! it also keeps crashing all the time. when I'm in the restaurant I go through the whole process of buying a mean and the app just doesn't load, causing me to miss on my points. Update: even after refreshing the app by closing and reopening, the rewards keep getting switched causing awkwardness at the till. I order my reward and they tell me a different reward is available. fix your app
pointless app. I ordered, waited 15mins, went to collect and they hadn't even started my order. they took my details then started preparing it 5mins later.
do not use this app as stores use it an excuse to rip you off. ordered 2 salads and a 6" sub all were missing cheese sub was not toasted and no sauce. the salad box was only half filled and when paying £5ish per salad that's not acceptable

Suddenly It's asking me to sign in again with email address and password, no option for biometrics. I always sign in with biometrics, now i won't be able to buy your sandwich because i don't have my password at hand.
I keep losing my potential points and all the offers because of unreliable app!!! Google pixel 10 XL not reliable or was it down to the app itself? grow up and fix it asap! Update : 1st May 2026 Ordered 5 subs, can't use this app!!! won't connect!!! this is frustrating!!!!

Ordering online doesn't work at all. Stores don't let you redeem the subway cash, this is a con.

for the fact you can only get deliveries through third party delivery apps and you can't earn points on there is a good enough reason to never use this app, Subway biggest joke going, even their prices are a joke.
Spent ages just trying to log in, no luck. First time, no code was sent to my email address after ten minutes. Second time, I got the code but the app crashed immediately after I entered it. Third time, I get the error "Basic credentials specified for 'RestfulProvider-UPS- InvalidateRefresh Token' are invalid. Check that the credentials are correct and that access has been granted by the resource." Fourth time, "Too many login attempts, try again later"
Every time I use this app it glitches after payment, and I end up having to use the in-store screens to re-do it. Too often I've been left waiting for a meal the restaurant hasn't received, and only found out after waiting past the allotted time the app has given me. I can't use the points I've built up or offers given on the app. Diabolical, time wasting, and pointless app.
App says error unable to find location, and won't let me order. So completely useless. Would rate 0 stars if it was possible!!!!

I had over 600 points but when I opened the app today it says points expire, what a rubbish, useless way to collect useless points, just deleted the app angry 😡 😡 😡 😡
This is one of the most glitchy and horrendous apps I have experienced. Adding items from your purchase history does not work, you can add items that are not available to your basket then when you view the basket you get an error and it doesn't let you remove the item. It is slow and unresponsive. I order less from Subway now due to this app.
Terrible app, wont let me see cart to delete items so cannot order.

Either the developers are severely underpaid or overpaid. Genuinely the worst food app I've experienced. It doesn't let you stay logged in, when you try and log back in you actually have to do it about 3 times. It will not process payments properly. do not even consider checking out as a guest, that's not happening. it doesn't work, it's just broken. You can't really fix this many bugs, I'd genuinely just fully rework the whole thing atp

Most of the time it won't even let you order. tells you the store is open then tells you they aren't taking online orders. at what point does this potentially become sabotage towards your franchisees? you're surely costing them and by extent yourself financially. what a disgraceful business practice.
Simply unusable. Every time I go to sign in, I get an error message. And that's before I've had the chance to enter my details. Terrible app.

doesn't let you reset your password. it sends a reset code but it doesn't recognise it. I had to make a new account and keep the password safe, it's a good job I had no points left on my old account.

I thought they would have made improvements to the app all those years but just made it worse and harder to use. They give you all these deals but make it impossible to use them. I ordered 5 items, basket shows 5 items in, you click on basket, only 1 item visible. Repeat the process, discount now not visible and so on.. Honestly, it's their loss. Many other food places to order from.

The worst app. I screenshot my password to make sure it wasn't gaslighting me, the next time I tried to log in it told me that password was wrong. Bear in mind it should be biometrics unlocking it anyway, and the password reset is broken. Long story short, if the app didn't exist I'd have gone to Subway, but it annoys me so much I went to Popeyes instead. That is how bad this app is.
poor quality app. constantly logged out, login credentials can't be remembered by phone and when you try to reset password it emails a code but app doesn't provide anywhere to enter it. abysmal
never works always an issue with order checkout
does not work. unable to get any promotion. unable to order using the app for pickup. The ladies serving at subway told us it stopped working 6 months ago. so deals advertised are not usable and therefore fake. Shame on them, I had higher expectations.
Worst app ive ever used. Had the app a few weeks now and haven't yet managed to order anything after several attempts. Constant error messages are the most annoying thing about it and after reading some reviews im clearly not the only person with the same issues
