unfunctional for 2? years
honestly the worse app. keeps sending a reset code. then nothing. cant get my offers, or collect or use my points when I go in. just frustrating. been rubbish for years.

Absolute nightmare of an app. I had an account, wouldn't let me sign in. Had to change password, still wouldn't let me sign in. Tried to sign up, oh, would you believe it? Already registered. 😡🤦 finally got sorted, NOW, I can't use the app as my Starlink makes the app think I'm not in the UK. then I'm getting an error code telling me about going to subway. com. I can't sign in or use the web version as, you got it a BLOODY error. I give up. Can't use it on mobile data, can't use it via WiF 🤦

opened the app and just got a bunch of green boxes. when clicking on a box I get 'access denied. you do not have permission'. I thought they want me to use the app.
this app is dreadful. it constantly logs me out and won't accept my password saying there is an issue. when I try to change my password it says there is an issue and it can't do that either. this happens all the time.
Downloaded the app, went through the whole order and then it wouldn't let me finalise order because my home address was too far away despite the fact I was picking up. Useless app and a waste of time.

dreadful keeps asking me for password which it doesn't store, then when it send through a code to reset there is no where to enter the code. I now can stand Subway, why destroy customer expeience before I even get there??

Terrible UX and painfully slow. sometimes buttons just do nothing, swapping to another app refreshes and removes values you've input. I've literally decided to go elsewhere mid-order its so frustrating.
downloaded multiple times but every time I try to pay for my order as a guest. it freezes.

worst app ever. I can never get on as it never recognises my password. Then when I try to reset , the email they send doesn't even give you link to do so!
The app isn't great, the tech support is even worse. A few times vouchers haven't registered on the till, leading to the poor staff, trying multiple ways to get the code to register. When the tech support team bother to respond, they clearly haven't read the issue reported to them, asking for screenshots of the error messages on my phone... which there obviously aren't any, as the issue is with the till not recognising the QR code displayed. I can't be bothered trying any more.

Edit 4 Still doesn't accept password nor code now! Edit 3 Impossible to log in. the fingerprint function is unreliable and the app doesn't "remember me". When I input the correct details, the two-factor authentication doesn't consistently send the promised email that allows entry to the app. Thereby making it impossible to enter. The app is so inconvenient that from being "Boss" level, as I visited fortnightly at least, I now avoid Subway because the app experience is so incredibly frustrating.

Great that I can order ahead and manage my points, etc. But this app is a nightmare! It is supremely slow to respond to user inputs (tried on multiple phones), and in the last month it has also started to give "app unresponsive" messages every few seconds whilst the app is open (not even just active, but open in the background!); you can hit Wait and continue to use it and eventually you can muddle through your order and payment. Can't use a web version either - the app is the only option!
This app is terrible. I cannot ever log in, keeps asking for a code then it won't let you enter the bloody thing. it's this endless cycle that prompts you to recreate a new code each time. what is the actual purpose of this design?? it's completely stupid and over complicated - it's a fast food app to use your card/points on!!
Never works and signs you out of your account after every use. Takes ages to load and unable to use rewards. Rubbish app.

Buggy, keeps crashing when I try to order
Menu is not updated on the app inline with store so unable to order ahead for collection. Store staff has been made aware. Tried uninstalling and reinstall but still the same.
Mandatory update. . Still a focus on the "Subway Series" and not customisation- bring back the old menu! Can't customise-what if you don't want onions for example! I like that there is a deals screen but that's it.
the old app was far better didnt like new system I closed my account
joke of an app. try to order 4 items from menu and tells i im over order limit. option tonrepeat a previous order also doesn't add what was previously ordered. new update fixed nothing. app can't manage to accept the correct order again selections
Rubbish app, login doesn't work most of the time, always signs you out. Now you can't order with a person I don't go anymore. it's extortion for a mediocre sandwich. I'm staying at home.
