I think we new subway website needs to gather have an updated customer service phones number allowing phone suppor for customer who have issues with thet or just strictly close all locations and go out of business.

I don't like the changes that were recently made to the online ordering application. The result of losing control of the amount of each applied topping (less, normal, and more) leaves me unsatisfied!
Horrible redesign, absolutely abysmal. First, you cant save your location even though it says you can. Second, it asks you over and over if it's the right store. Second, the rewards adding or discounts doesn't work, there is no way to add codes for coupons. Fourth, it doesn't have your saved favorites with the names or personalized titles you've done for them so I cant tell which sandwiches are for individual members of my family. Absolute total junk. Whoever redesigned this should be fired.
The updated app is flawed (the old one worked fine). I started an order for delivery, but it entered it as Pick-Up. It also altered some of my previous options under "Favorites". Then it had no way to edit or cancel the order.
probably one of the worst designed apps I have ever interacted with. buttons don't work 90% of the time. takes forever to load certain menus, and constantly has me sign in multiple times as I navigate the app.
signed me out and won't let me sign in again, only prompts to create an account that is already created
This app is garbage!! Every time I actually want subway it doesn't work so you can't collect point or get rewards. Awesome job for a company worth millions!
Doesn't work after update. Can't add combo options when selecting a meal. Revert to previous version as it was better.
Lost access to the email I was using and I cant make a new account with my phone number since it was already linked to my first account. send help
Last update horrible i cant even get on stuck on loading screen. . Edited: its been a month since i posted the 1st part they fixed it now the problem comes back less than 30 days 2nd edit 8months later this app really sucks so many glitches can't login automatically all the time offers and rewards don't pop up makes me not even order this is terrible 2025 might leave subway alone. Latest update January 2025 my money has been taken the restaurant can't see my order but can see in the app I paid
frequent crashes, terrible security and signing in is a hurdle. I just wanted to order a sandwich not diagnose login issues. I'm going to Taco Bell, this isn't worth the effort
The app is rediculous. im looking at the so-called 'deals". The "Deal" im trying to purchase is the "buy any foot long for $6.99. when I try to order it (multiple times) by going through the "deal" it charges me $12.39 EVERY TIME. Thats not a deal. Also every time I open the app, it wont let me just order what I want, it wants me to "reorder" what I got last time. Please fix this app
Stop changing your app s o much. I've never seen a fast food app swap layouts, change everything as much as you do. All you are doing is annoying people to a point that they're going to choose another sandwich shop's app to use. It was F I N E. It was usable, and now the entire layout is so stupid.
Ever since this latest update the gift card feature was removed. I specifically bought gift cards to use on it but can't use them. the website keeps saying access denied.
None of my coupons work. Anytime I would try to use them, the app would say that the store isn't a participating member of those coupons but then I would log out close the app and then log back in and it would say the store is closed even though the store is clearly open! FIX THIS OR I WONT BE USING THE APP ANYMORE!
I didn't want to give any stars but I had to give this one so I can post my review. I was unable to make any order simply because I live in Canada. I guess it's just for people in the US. So I'll, henceforth, stop patronising Subway here in Canada again. You've lost a devoted customer.
Fix the app. This is embarrassing to have such a large company with such a cruddy app. It takes forever to load, then crashes repetitively.
They just lost my business!! No longer can we use gift cards! Just lost that money! Google pay only!! Super difficult to use. Took me 20 minutes to figure out how to make an online order after they completely changed their App! Then i could not use my gift card!!! It seems they really don't want you using their app!! They want to track your bank card!! They need your data to sell!! You also can not stop them from updating their app automatically. Their old app worked so much better!
latest update with new look. Will not allow you to use promo codes. please fix
New update is garbage
App is slow and doesnt respond to taps immediately. delayed responses.mean you start hitting things you didnt mean too. tends to freeze towards the checkout time and wont let you check your bag. this was all on a new phone and acted the same on my old 4 year old phone prior.
I can not order from the subway store closest to me. the only one I have ever ordered from it only shows a handful.of stores that are far away from me. fix this. I've updated 4 times in the last 3 days and its still screwed up. be thankful for the 1 star
No customer support for order refunds and just overall a glitchy app. 3 times ive been charged with no food at the end.
Ever since the new update, I can't sign in. It keeps taking me to create a new account and then saying phone number in use. I don't know why people have to mess with stuff when there was nothing wrong. Fix it!

The redesign is complete trash. No way to see order status and orders in history are delayed. Ordered 2x because the app is so bad now. Someone needs to be fired or rehired!

I can't even get into it with email anymore. It asks for your email, you give it, and it then sends you a verification code. What happens when you try this code? "The session has expired" and tells me to get a new code. Tried 5 or 6 times in a row, each attempt the last two days, before I finally gave up. I used to eat here everyday for lunch breaks but if the app doesn't work I guess that's not happening anymore. Here's a suggestion: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX YOUR APP

Accepted the new update and now all of my gift cards are gone and not accessible. I dont have the physical cards as they were added to my account. This is unacceptable.
For the life of me, I can't understand why they let you select "redeem" when you are trying to use offers in store, but then they don't let you use the offers because the coupons cannot be applied. Sometimes it's online only hidden in the subtext. Most of the time it is because of some unknown error. I am about ready to uninstall the app.
you cannot go into the app or look at the menu if the restaurant assigned to your area is closed. Will be using jersey Mike's for our company picnic I guess.

This app is just terrible. It straight up doesn't work half the time when you're trying to select a location, and god forbid you want to apply a promo or something... good luck with that. This is what happens when you're too cheap to hire app developers who know what they're doing and you just let AI doing all your coding for you. Embarrassing.

Too many pop ups for MVP rewards and whatever else when you open the app. Just make it so we can log in, order our previous order and check out. edit: 3 years later and this app is still trash
Well how much worst can they make this app. they force you to update and poof all rewards earned have dissappear. Another company taking back what you earn I HATE APPS THIS IS BECOMING SO COMMON. you suffer thru using an app and poof you think they are fixing the app but no that's just so they don't have to give you what you gave earned. such a shame apps just suck......
