I am facing issue regarding coins recharge. I click the recharge the jazzcash option available but when I put my number jazzcash number sugo not sending me the payment request option in jazzcash and the transaction Id which is given by the sugo it's not working at all I have contact the customer service of sugo but the problem is not from there side now tell me how can I recharge because I want to recharge through jazzcash for me it's save and easy option. kindly solve my problem.

When I contacted support, they just told me to create a new account instead of solving the issue. This is disappointing. Please improve your customer service and provide proper explanations.
