Doesn't work all the time. Policies don't always show. Initial customer support are lovely, higher up support have absolutely terrible customer service. I recommend you try someone else.

Unsurprisingly, ANZs takeover of suncorp has destroyed the quality of suncorp bank down to its own. Increased loading times, infinite spinning wheels and the app logs you out while you're still using it, then your biometrics and pins aren't remembered and just don't show up so your back to logging in with a Customer ID and Password. Edit: Now none of the buttons work. Couldn't click the log in button because that was broken. Reinstalled the app and now I can't even get to the login screen.

it was working ok for a while on my samsung then all of a sudden i cant log in using passcode or finger print anymore, same error as others suffered "error occured" then when I set my time and date as automatic, it says my log in is invalid. Im using one of the lastest highend samsung phones. I tried on Iphone and can log in using passcode and face recognition just fine. so frustrated. will have to change bank if this persists
Suncorps AI is a complete joke. feels like it was a free GitHub download that was never edited for purpose. it's not very confidence building when a financial institution is using an undercooked AI that sasses people and acts like it's human, much less when it's regularly saying things like "I am learning". it's actually troubling and doesn't instill a sense of confidence. remove it, hire back real people to contact. at least humans have oversight and deserve respect. AI deserves a magnet.
THE WORST APP !! It does NOT work !! A total time waster I cannot login no matter what i do incredibly frustrating poorly developed and having to get a token makes it even worse, Suncorp seriously get it together this is pathetic
app use to work fine. but has been getting slower and slower with updates. now it wont let me log in and comes up with an error. 4/4/26
The app used to function perfectly but now, it's completely unusable. Every time I login to try and access my account, it automatically logs me out within seconds, before I get to check my balance or do anything at all. This really needs to be fixed as it's been months now with this same persistent problem, despite many updates.

absolute garbage. the app will not save anything including my login preferences (biomet, pin etc), and logs out mid use after a few minutes. if there was any alternative, this app would be deleted.
Since the move to ANZ/Norfina operations the app responsiveness has been very poor with a lot of highly unintuitive regressions from the prior Suncorp group design. Opening the app, it should offer login straight away, not have you tap login button first. Tapping the login button should have a pressed state to indicate recognition. The current state gives no feedback that an attempt to login is occurring and with a very slow app response, it's a terrible experience. Fix it please!
App is utterly useless. Has been broken for months. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but makes no difference. Does anyone care now that ANZ have taken over?

Not impressed Suncorp, what worked before has become a total mess, my Wife and I should have access to our Suncorp banking details, very, very poor
keeps signing me out of my account and turning off biometric and pin for easy signin
now thinking I'll change banks after 39yrs plus, I have major issues with app banking, can log in but no details cards or anything telling me I dont have accounts which I do!!! i have multiple accounts....not happy with suncorp anymore. you got rid of credit cards and now I guess you want just homelones and nothing more, guessing time to change.

I haven't been able to log into the app since the start of 2026 (nearly 3 months). I have tried reinstalling or logging in on different devices but keep getting the 'Something went wrong' error message. Able to log in on the desktop website, but it is far clunkier to use on mobile. Will be looking to change to a different bank if this continues 🤷
Experiencing the same issue as most people it seems. Takes 5 minutes just to load into my account. Super frustrating and has been like this for some time now.

app is really slow, login, view balance, transfer, etc and it makes you hate banking with Suncorp because managing your money becomes tedious
On opening app all I'm getting is a plain white screen
Lets make it ridiculously hard to log in. Can't paste in a password and if you leave the screen to look at it, we delete what you've written. This really only pushes people away from secure passwords and back to basic ones.
Used to work but now keeps logging me out every time I close it, and can't log back in with biometrics.

app is good but the bank itself has the worst customer service. trying to change my email on the app and it wont update! so I call them and some guy that sounds like he hates his job ask me questions and I answer everything CORRECTLY and yet he says he cant verify me? kidding right.... im almost at the point of just closing my suncorp account down!!!
It loads really slow and sometimes it doesn't load at all and just comes with an error. It doesn't help when you need to transfer cash in a hurry. Fix up your app please.

keep crashing after new update
It constantly logs you out now, and I mean constantly. You will provide your full login info, do the security code, and then it will immediately log you out again, saying, "You have been logged out for your own security." Unusable. I've used this app for many years, but now I see no point. It's completely busted now.
app would not allow me to log in at all for 3 days, and now that it has been reinstalled, I can only log in if I log out completely first. I also can't set up fingerprint verification again, and if I try to, it boots me out of the app, and I have to sign in again.
absolute trash, there has been the same complaint over and over again from so many people reviewing the app of not being able to use it full stop, especially after logging in, now I am being asked to call CS, no thanks, and now you are owned by a bigger bank you forget about your clients. the response should be that you are working on a solution to fix my issue not palm me off to someone else to deal with it... after this though and having to call CS over and over for stupid problems Im leaving!
