I cant change my flight even though I have have flex package for three days. (I tried five and four days ago from my flight.) there is no reason for this app, you need to reach out to the call center for the things which you are suppose to do with this app because you will get an error. Even it is so bad, that it shows you "JourneyChangerException" which doesn't give any information. Even worse, same error happens on the web as well. any way if you need to use app, just call the customer service

I think you have the worst developer team. Please go and find some talents so that we can use the application without errors...

Since the recent update the app is useless! I keep getting errors messages, or it just throws me back to the home page! These issues need addressing ASAP.

Terrible airline, takes ages to check in, they cancel flights and don't let travel companies know in advance to be able to let customers know. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible Since the update it lags and stalls
I always use the app to book Dublin to Izmir ,this is giving me prices in sterling ,I'm wanting prices in Euro , Just wondering why the flights are so expensive this year?? , I always go in December for 4 days 16th to 20th , to kusadasi, over 300 euro this year ,very expensive I paid that in may this year for a week which was fine ,but December, low season, ,not many around, dark at 4pm ,most bars and restaurants closed as its off season, how will there be a full fight at that price ,
Booked flights online. Downloaded app to be able to keep track and do online check in. Tried to save a new trip, filled in details and it keeps coming up with "device not registered"? Waste of time and uninstalled!
The app offers only basic functions but even they don't work. it is hugely frustrating entering details of many passengers only to be told that check in cannot be completed.
Con: It forces you to pay for your seats.

Terrible app. Slow, clunky, freezes and restarts often. Horrendous app made by someone who has clearly picked the wrong career.
Online check-in doesn’t work, and as a software developer with 20+ years’ experience, it’s clear this app lacks proper testing. Seeing “/n” characters instead of simple line breaks shows sloppy coding and no attention to detail. If basics are missed, how secure is your data? Until they hire competent developers and test properly, you’re better off flying with another airline.

I was charged on my revolut today, I last time just used airline 5 months ago! there is no customer support for this matter! be careful if you are using revolut with them both are not reliable!!!

Shady pricing and information never buy extra service or select seats. they don't give the seat you select and never do the refund. Would be happy to see they go bankrupt. The customer support will not going to support you but reply to your complaint like a parrot 🦜 they will just spam you with irrelevant responses.

app keeps telling me to update but it won't update 😒
I had a connecting flight from Germany to Turkey operated by United Airlines and it showed everything other than my Sunexpress flights as Cancelled (when they were not). Very misleading.
