I noticed that they were sending charges without my consent and letting me be aware of. you know when I was just looking around and attempting to proceed for a hotel and movie ticket. and I'm going forward with putting my information for my bank account and also notice that they pulled or attempted to pull money out of my bank account without my consents.

False advertisement does not give loans
Do Not USE !!!! They literally are stealing my money. I paid for a room through Super. They claim non refundable upfront but the SCAM is that once you arrive on the property to check in they claim they are unable to use Visa credit card I have them to put a hold on for a deposit. The scam on the other end is Best Motel in Seattle WA who said they will gladly process a return because they are very particular about that credit card they use. This is BS .. all they want is your money for nothing.

my earn icon is gone my rewards credits are gone. when I try to find it says access denied

Do not EVER expect someone will answer the chat for customer service. HOURS on standby, and the only messages I get are: "Just checking in. You're still connected and our team is working through the queue to get to you." Then: "Still here with you! Our team is working through the queue and someone will be here shortly. Thanks for waiting." Then: "Still getting through the queue over here, but someone will be right with you" NO ONE ANSWERS - DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WILL NOT NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE

great for hotels, horrible for game rewards do not do the games or give them access they wint pay you !! I have done over 600 levels gained over $50 in challenges and they won't issue them. the apps require to much information to be given ur one click away from giving up ur whole life skip the games!! support said they can't help bye bye ur time
I don't even know where to start with this terrible app. I can't get assistance with my problem so hopefully this will provoke them to help me. I doubt it. This app is very useful if you are needing A splitting headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't waste your time! I had $27 in rewards dollars and wasn't able to redeem it because I "violated their terms or some s***"! What terms can be violated in less than 24 hours because that's as long as I had the app! Junk!
Not all features advertised on this app actually work. Tried the cash advance, where you actually emphasize how likely one is to NOT get the amount applied for. The app have me link my bank account every time I try to apply and that's as far as it goes. There is no, "We dont accept this bank" or any error, just reroutes back to "Link Account"
Very shady . they have the subscription button located near the pmt. I found ir confusing and before I knew it . I Had a $15. accusing pmt every month. on top of that accumulated $42. and was not able to use it. beware of the subscription button!!
randomly took money from my account and the ai continuesly asked if I was sure about canceling my super+ (which I'd never agreed to by the way)
