advertised as free, but was unable to even watch videos from the app without paying. If they are going to advertise as free to watch, that's what it should be. I will be finding a different way for my son to watch his cartoons while out of the house

Sad that (almost) everything is locked behind a paywall. I can't afford 10 bucks a month, on emergency food parcels as it is. Thankfully the songs on YouTube are still free. I'm grateful for super simple songs but not for this app.

deleted this app instantly as its just another app wanting you to subscribe. stick to YouTube, it might have ads, but at least you get access to the videos
It's not a free app
I installed the app because it was advertised on their YouTube channel so I could play videos for my child without having kids shows constantly on my feed. I bypassed the Premium subscription to see what they had for free. 1 VIDEO. EXACTLY 1 VIDEO. YouTube Premium charges less than what they're asking, looks like we're going that route instead.

Does not work on android phone. Can't even even log in because it freezes up on the loading screen
android app is terrible. I have this app on an iPhone as well as a iPad and the app works great there, but when I downloaded it on my phone to easily bring with us, it takes a minute or two to load songs and my toddler became uninterested. why the difference in android vs apple?!
I understand you need to make money to keep things going but this app isnt it. We can watch all of your content free on YouTube so why not the app? Why not allow children free access to safe education material? Why hinder low income families? Especially because you're still making money from YT, Insta, FB, TT and tours. I feel the app should be free for most content but you can charge a monthly/yearly subscription for advance content like games. -Sincerely a disappointed mom

The app keeps crashing and/or freezing, but the main issue is that it doesn't work in offline mode. My daughter loves SSS and so I downloaded this so she could watch it during our flight. Only two videos and a game work in offline mode. One of the main reasons parents will download this app is to keep their kids entertained during travel, so the fact that it doesn't work in offline mode is ludicrous. I've now deleted the app.

I DON'T LIKE IT
was really excited for my baby cousin to try this game, but when he wanted to play Carl's carwash which is his favorite, he couldn't because it needed a payment plan. Saddest part is there is only one game that is free to play out of all the games.

I was really excited about this ap when I found it because my son absolutely LOVES SS, but out of the hundreds of items to do/watch, only about 5 are free. the whole thing is subscription only content and it's infuriating. He cried for over an hour because he couldn't listen to his favorite song on here.
Unsafe App for children. Unrestricted YouTube videos can be accessed from Help menu search feature. Once YouTube linked Super Simple videos start playing, 'Play on Youtube' can be clicked to get to unrestricted Youtube. DO NOT install

Unable to confirm account details and login info as wanted to use account on another device. Passwords all correct and still fails to acknowledge and load. No way to contact support either.

My kid loves super simple songs but £5pm is a massive rip off. We'll go back to just watching on YouTube. (I don't mind paying *something* but £60pa is insane)
