Picked a Superdrug Health& Beauty loyalty card recently at a store when I made a purchase there, but when I tried to register it online - there was an error. I contacted customer services - they said the card was already registered to a different person!!!! HOW? This makes me think that Superdrug is running some dodgy scheme with their loyalty cards. AVOID
Crashes while looking through my wishlist
I downloaded the app to make it quicker to use my superdrug card, but it seems like I have to update the app every time I open it, and resign in, which means it takes much longer. Why does the app need to be upgraded every week superdrug?!
MarketPlace additional charge scam, no thanks. Sale lost.

Can't browse products , loads as normal but as soon you start looking. at categories your left with blank screen , been going for months
Very disappointing online shopping experience My order (31/12/2025) never arrived and I was repeatedly told to “wait 48 hours” with no action. The courier later confirmed it was sent to the wrong depot and lost. In-store staff couldn’t help and even suggested complaining on social media. Only after contacting Superdrug on Facebook did they respond. A replacement was sent, but one item was out of stock and I wasn’t informed until I chased again. I received half my order and a delayed refund.

terrible website it's taken me countless time to put my address in as my postcode was not recognised. it was correct even got my husband to check but no superdrug was still saying it was wrong but after about 10mins it accepted my address. very annoying & stressful.

I've always used this app on the regular for my regular surveying and shopping and it always worked without a glitch. the past 2 days the app keeps crashing after the latest update. please resolve it soon. have to always restart the app from the beginning and search the products again 😮💨
