Slow and poor connections. Blocked or unresponsive websites. Antivirus is not scanning properly on the laptop. Not happy with this application.

simply it's not working, I connected to a server in Australia but I couldn't reach what I wanted.

Keeps disconnecting and the only way to stay connected/have the vpn on is to log into Google Play. I have tried advanced settings, changing protocols, updating app, you name it and the VPN will not stay connected unless I am logged into Google Play (Samsung Phone)
OH MY GODDDDDD!!!!!!! these bastards! I really want to give them 5 stars, really I do, while working such a great product at a great price, by buying deals i have over 1500 days left on my sub and I love using it. BUT!... On ALL my MS machines (win 10 and win 11) after ending the vpn connect it doesn't revert the dns back to auto. EVERY FRIGGIN TIME! I, manually, have to go to the adaptor settings and set the bloody thing back to auto! This bug could be easily fixed, surely they know about it
updated review 6.27.26. attempting to connect to Miami continues to fail over and over. I need to connect to Bogata, wait a few minutes then attempt to connect to Miami. I have reported this issue and nothing gets fixed. very poor service!
Can't even test it out before they make you purchase - Edit: I wasn't able to switch locations at all :( Edit Edit - I no longer remember my original login to try it again, but here's a glaring issue: I can't see how much the subscription even is before making an account. Edit edit edit - Went to the site to see. That is incredibly steep monthly.
app is constantly disconnecting from the internet. to make anything happen I have to disconnect and then reconnect the VPN every time I come back to my phone. so I don't get any notifications unless I actually do that.
trash, ultra buggy on every platform, all ips are banned and it's ultra slow. Avoid like the plague
They don't have good ips ...each time I open any website they are asking about bot verification
Waste of money. Complete garbage. Complete scam. Completely useless waste of time and again, money. Do not pay for this trash program. A VPN is supposed to constantly change Ip.addreses. Surf Shark is now on 29 minutes without charging my IP.
dedicated ip doesn't disconnect ever. so I can't trouble shoot websites not loading

Don't waste your money for 1mbps. Free vpn offer better speed. I wasted money on 2 years subscription you guys save yours though.

worst vpn.Servers doesn't open most of the time, connecting takes a lot of time.The speed is very less useless compared to the price.They charge.

Useful app, but after using this for a few years I got double charged for auto-renewal, and after getting a refund two weeks later for one of the charges, my subscription was ended prematurely. Might update my review if this issue gets resolved.
Turns off all the time by itself
This is the only VPN that takes at least 1 minute to start the connection. This applies to this android app, Windows app, and Linux app. Please improve the initial connection. Even ProtonVPN, with a free plan, starts the connection in 2 seconds.

This used to be the daddy of VPN apps. Open app, hit connect, instant. For whatever reason, it now takes over 3 minutes to connect to any network, even in your home country. Worst about it, you can't just allow it to run in background. Screen needs to stay open while you stare and wait. Will be off once subscription runs out as there are free alternatives now which load much quicker like the old days.
Can't even get an IP once connected.

GPS spoof override isn't very reliable. It still glitches and sometimes shows or switches back to my actual location instead of the spoofed location/IP address. This take away the purpose of using a VPN for location masking. Needs improvement.
