very bad connection and speed
now a day not connecting issue is very comman in surf shark
dead connexion after switching connxion between data plan and wifi connexion.......
It just drops too often. All the time really. So annoying.
It stops working suddenly, and I need to disconnect and connect again, sometimes I must do it 1 or 2 times while I navigate. I will not renew my subscription
not recommended ,always disconnect... hard to connect
This is a borderline scam app. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a few months now but they've made it impossible to do so. When I cancel, it says the subscription has been canceled but then they continue auto charging the card on file. Horrible! Please stay away. There are better services out there that don't resort to these scammy practices
Has this app ever gone down hill. They block access to port 587 which means using Surfshark with my email server provider is impossible. I have no idea why they are doing this but it makes the product unusable for email for me and likely many others. Response: My email service provider does not use any other ports. Blocking ports or not is the function of antivirus software not a VPN.
absolute garbage vpn I wasted my cash
too bad experience. Location based steaming services detect the vpn most of the times
Is useless on my phone, I can connect properly with the android auto, even when the vpn is disconnected I hat to uninstall the app to be able to use android auto. Even one star is to much, I would it give - 1 if I could. Very frustrating and disappointed!

the problem I experienced I googled something while using Surfshark, I needed information for something and my actual location was revealed when I was on a different location.
