login issue every time login required whenever opening app
you People are not sure what you are doing. when I try to change load on suvidha app, it asked to install this app. when I tried to login into this app, it says my consumer id is not valid. when I tried to register, it says only patna rural and gaya rural can register here rest have to access har ghar bijli portal. and har ghar bijli portal is not loading. make something useful guys

Aap is not working properly. why you are updating old app if you are not ready to launch new app.
एक नंबर का बेकार ऐप है बार बार login करना पड़ता है और इसमें आप यह भी नहीं दे सकते कि आप उस दिन कितना यूनिट उपयोग कर रहे हैं यह दो दिन पहले का यूनिट का डाटा ही दिखता है बिजली विभाग वालों इस ऐप को चेंज करो ।

very bad app, very bad service kuch bhi request daliye usko nahi karenge ,aur jhooth bolte bhi hai aur likhte bhi hai ki apka ho gya ,aaj ke digital yug me ,mail me bhi galat message dete hai. load reduce ka application 2,3 bar de chuka hu par abtak nahi hua ,mail kar dete hai ki apka problem short out ho gya ,pura jhootho ka sardar hai.

जब जब लॉगिन करो तब तब id password से लॉगिन करना पड़ता है, कृपया इसे बायोमैट्रिक या पिन सिस्टम से लॉगिन करने का ऑप्शन दिया जाए ताकि बार बार लॉगिन का झंझट दूर हो जाए।

Extremely poor user experience. The app doesn't remember the electricity provider (DISCOM) or my login credentials. Having to re-enter everything every time I open the app is a waste of time. Please fix the login persistence and provider selection bugs.

non responding app. I had applied for load increase but every times denied, telling that you are customer of Patna or Gaya. for you there is another app. But in reality I am not customer of Patna or Gaya and my electricity connection is also not in these cities.

क्या बकवास है, जो पहले SUVIDHA app में इतने सारे ऑप्शन्स थे नई एवं पुरानी मीटर की पिछला बकाया, लोड चेंज करना, कनेक्शन शिफ्ट करना.... उसको बंद करके इस चुटिया जैसी app लॉन्च कर दिए हो। कोई भी ऑप्शन्स काम नहीं कर रहा इस में😤😤😤
