i completed a hard goal but I didn't get my sb, I tried to contact customer support but it was buggy from within the app, and when I finally did days later they just told me to suck it up and ignored my return emails , I completed another goal and reached 730SB and I waited for them to send me my money via PayPal but after a week of waiting they just gave me my sb back and now I have to wait more time just to get 5 euros, genuinely after I get my money I won't use this service ever again

When I try to open the app it says Message Connection reset. I hit OK and the app closes

even my Java phone apps are smoother and faster in 3g net.. this app sucks like a leech

don't bother! surveys just time out every time. can't play games due to verification issues. first the code wasn't sent to my phone at least 3 times, then I went to support. good thing was they replied saying just to verify identity, which I did, then when I get back to downloading the a game and then asks for verification code, it just fails. waste of time!!!!!

it's give tasks that take 1 month to complete and it's only pay less

I thought this app is rated for 12+ years old but it didn't allow me to use the app and suspended me

i have no identification, no independence, and no way to better my life. i cant access my earnings which i wasted months of my life to get. i cant access my voucher codes because swagbucks wants to force me to give it photo ID that i dont have. i cant even write them a ticket because even that forces identification. i have got no help from humans, its all ai bots. i recommend avoiding this app at all costs. they steal and sell users identities on the black market. screw swagbucks, they wont help

This was my survey earlier. "It's a little good if you want to play a game and earn money, but the surveys just kick you out." But it is terrible it scams you because you have to earn 15 dollars before you payout then, it kicked me out when I had 14.50. I wasted weeks of my life. Please don't waste your time.

never saw a dime did the most downloading , playing, answering I have ever done and never saw anything about how they were paying me for any of it or at all has to be scammed
