Give direct customer care support on app, and also there are lot of bugs that faces during delivery like for getting online payment the qr is failed to generate, the offers are exceed, etc

hi, im working daily from 11am to 10pm to complete the insentive time slots , Very disappointimg day by day , not getting orders even after 30mintes or 45 minutes. you have given an updation from star to super star badge and you have mentioned less waiting time between orders, but now I'm not even getting 3 orders in 3 hours . very much disappointed 😞
lot's of delivery partners doing zomato instead of Swiggy becouse of your map issue getting long pick up order instead of nearby restaurants change your map settings. around 80% of Swiggy rider join zomato becouse of this issue in viman Nagar Pune Maharashtra

I received Order No. 1924 from McDonald's for delivery to Utkal Heights. My zone gave me 60 Rs to come there. After that, I got an order from Mom's Cake and Cafe (Order ID 9098), which was 5 km SW from Utkal Heights and outside my zone. It got cancelled, and I only got 10 Rs for the cancellation - but I haven't received my 60 Rs return-to-zone fare.Then, I got another booking from Hotel Swad (Order 9415), 5 km from Mom's Cake and Cafe, which I delivered to Surekha Regency. I've mistakenly installed this app instead of Swiggy and I'm getting 12 to 15 calls from random unknown numbers even uninstalling the app...... it's extremely disturbing....
