my fourth one star - this time they topped it - made me wait for more than two hours ... and the guys at customer support were literally having fun, changing each agent everytime and having a kind of let's torture session this company is just not supposed to exist they took an order without checking delivery availablity and the CSE fellow is offering me 25 rupees for two hours of my lost time --------- this is my third one star review request number 28247805

worst experince... ordered food and get to that delivery partner is out of reach.. wasted my two hours... in another incidence odered food but they are not getting delivery partner to assign for my order again wasting. 1.5 hrs... pathetic customer support.. & after waiting for so long & when you don't need order to be delivered they dint allow you to cancel the order by refunding Zero amount... Very pathetic customer support & delivery service... you can't rely on them..
Such a bad experience whenever I order anything at any time there is no delivery partner available and they cancel the order after waiting for one hour like fools, why even accept orders when you don't have delivery partner available. Horrible experience. If I had an option I would rate 0 star
This is a very bad application. I placed the order at 11:41 in the night and around 1:00 the order was cancelled saying that the delivery boy's call is not being picked up and I had to sleep hungry the whole night.And I would like to say one more thing that if anyone wants to eat anything from a restaurant then do not go out of the house, do not trust the online things, they are not trustworthy.

1 Star No. 1 fraud app. I received rotten food, and after eating it I started continuously vomiting. This is a serious health and safety issue. Customer support failed to provide a satisfactory resolution and showed little concern for the situation. Food delivery platforms should ensure proper quality checks before delivering orders. Very disappointing experience. I won't be ordering again unless Swiggy improves its food quality and customer service.

ordered after so long but not only my order was delayed but it was cold too and few items were spoilt due to coke in it which started to create humid inside the package due to high amount of time before it could be delivered and they cannot even take full responsibility that the reason for all the problem was that they couldn't get a delivery partner on time and now when I am trying to get a full refund of ₹ 370 on my order they say that I can only claim upto 92₹ max they didn't allow to cancel
swiggy is not the same. instead we got incorrect order and missing item. it didn't provide us refund or place new order
last two and three weeks swiggy delivery very bad because I'm suffered. reason today's I'm order two foods but received one food and I'm already paid full amount when order food. delivery person didn't know how many food I'm order, when I'm asked, he replied that I'm received one food.

Worst service. It has been more than two hours, and my order still hasn't been delivered. Even now, I'm not sure whether it will be delivered at all. Please understand that some families are waiting for their food while they are hungry. Don't waste customers' time like this. If you can't provide reliable service, it's better to close the business than keep customers waiting. . My dear friends and families don't trust this app other wise you can loss your time and patience

I don't know why swiggy have such losy service... even a lala company will have better service.. driver is never assigned on time even for restaurant that are closer to my place... every time I have to go and contact support who is not trained for their job... I'm having terrible experience with every order.. I might stop using it and also will tell all the people around me to not to use as well..
waste in hyderabad order gets delivered tooo late this happened to me many times the time shown in the app and the delivery time have nearly 1 hr difference once I didn't even get my order and they just sent an apology message thats it

I had a very bad experience with Swiggy. They canceled my order and didn't refund my payment. I kept talking to them, explaining that my order was delayed, but they didn't listen. Thank you, Swiggy, for a great job. This refund doesn't affect me at all.
They refuse to give refunds. very disappointed app I'm never ever to order food from Swiggy
This is extremely disappointing. My order arrived with items missing, and this is not the first time I've faced issues. I paid for the complete order and expect to receive everything I was charged for. This level of service is unacceptable. Please provide an immediate refund for the missing items and take steps to prevent this from happening again.
