Worst experience with Swiggy. I placed my order at 2 PM and even after 4:40 PM my order was still not delivered. The delivery partner was not picking up calls at all. When I contacted customer support, one agent disconnected the chat/call without solving the issue, and another agent kept saying a new order would be placed but nothing actually happened. This is completely unprofessional service. Keeping customers waiting

It is the downfall of Swiggy. Had multiple worst experience with Swiggy once the order was delayed and received cold food and today they made me wait for an order for more than 90mins and then cancelled the order. Swiggy service is now pathetic along with the customer service. Never ever I am going to use this platform and deleting the application right now
Very frustrating experience. I waited for nearly 4 hours for my biryani order. Delivery partner kept saying ‘5 minutes’ but never delivered. Next day again the order was accepted but later said restaurant was closed after 2 hours. Please improve late-night delivery service. Worst late-night delivery experience. Misleading updates and huge delay
trust me zomato is better than Swiggy at least they know how to solve customer queries when they are in trouble, I have been cheated several times by Swiggy and I am deleting the app, will never use and recommend to use, asking my family to delete their apps as well.
chor ha ya order mat karna pura payment apna paas rakh lata ha ek tho itna ziyada late karta ha uppar se kud hi payment kata ha 1k chori kiya inhone 2am mana ice cream order ki thi but 3.10am tak bhi nahi ayyi isliya me cancel kardiya un hona 1k kat instagram per review dalu ga and facbook per bhi
My experience with Swiggy was extremely disappointing. The order was delayed, customer support was unhelpful, and the overall service quality was very poor. I faced unnecessary inconvenience and there was no proper resolution provided for my issue. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve had. Please prefer Zomato over Swiggy - they provide much better service and a far better customer experience.

the worst kind of service here in pune. the food is delayed by 45 plus mins. They won't cancel order with full refund when it's clearly the dilivery person's fault. and the help section is a nightmare. they just keep copy pasting the same text over and over and over. the dilivery time remains same for half hour not decreasing and claims that the order is on time. i want to attach the conversation screenshots here but it's not even allowed. they literally offered me 87 rs refund for 250 rs order.
Such a worst app to buy food after 10'o'clock in channai (few areas). They will give 30-40 minutes for nearby hotels and they will allocate a staff after 1 hour 😂😂. I have ordered a food with my proper address, phone number and location. But I Hvn't got that order, only because I was not reachable on phone. I haven't recived any call as there is network issue. Last week I have received food from Zomato (best) in same address. swiggy only want money after cheating people on "food". Shameful.😂
Delivery partners Swiggy have hired for their service are almost useless. Had multiple rough experiences with deliveries in a few days. ( Zomato ) Recommended..few extra bucks but in return exceptional service.👍

my order get delayed and they charging me 150 rupees and said why you cancel it , it take more time than it show so I cancel it now they saying if I give them 150 rupees then they start my cod orders what type of behaviour this is ?? Swiggy

The support system is worse. If you receive anything wrong, no appropriate help/support will be provided to you. Even if somehow you start talking to an agent,you will have to wait 40 minutes just just for his/her responses even then you'll not get appropriate help. You'll lose your hard earned money so instead go for other options like zomato. Even restraunts exploit us knowing this thing. Everytime I order from swiggy, there is something wrong with my order. Spoilt food, missing items, etc.

Terrible experience with . I made a small address mistake and there was no option in the app or through customer support to correct it, even with 1 hour left and no rider assigned. I even offered extra payment to the delivery guy after giving the correct address, but he was forced to cancel the order. ₹2500 worth of food got wasted because of a broken system. Worst part? They still wanted full payment. Completely unacceptable.

Giving you one star, even though your service does not deserve it. Your non-cancellable review system caused unnecessary trouble for my friend. At the very least, customers should be asked before automatically selecting Cash on Delivery. You should provide proper payment options instead of enabling them by default without consent. Extremely disappointing experience.

I have had a really bad experinece with their food delivery. I have been charged for the things they did not deliver and when I raised a complaint agent has not interest in resolving it. Uninstalling it!!

My only complaint with this app is the AI chat bot. Ordered food, the delivery partener did not move at all, raised the issue, the bot said it has nudged the rider and food will be delivered soon. This happened 3-4 times. 50 mins of my life wasted, 20 min was the ETA and the next 30 mins I fought with the bot to connect me with a real customer support exec. No complaints with the customer support exec as they resolved the issue swiftly and satisfactorily.

Really not a fan of the app because these guys always have some issues with orders, refunds but all that can be ignored. The most infuriating aspect is that the app shows 30-40 mins (just and example) and if the order is delayed or anything, it won't say or show it. Instead, it will always show the same time. There was a time it showed 35 mins and I got the order after 1 hour and 20 mins and this is not a single instance. I'm done with the app.
