Swile ne marche pas 3 fois sur 5, j'en peu plus.....

Non compatible Revolut. Détectée comme fraude, la connexion avec google wallet ne marche plus... Edit: après deux ans, j'essaie à nouveau, même résultat, ponctionné sur le compte revolut sans être remboursé..... application qui a beaucoup de mal à évoluer, toujours pas de compatibilité Revolut, impossible d'effectuer une recherche dans l'historique..

very bad experience using this service overall. linked pay doesn't work as expected. not all commerce are compatible. 25E a daybas a limit and you cannot use it over the weekends.
Lidl doesnt work in france
The app won't open on my phone. No problem, I'll uninstall and reinstall. Can't do that, because I need access to the email address at my old company to log in. No problem, I'll contact them through the "I need help option." Can't do that, because everytime I click on it, nothing happens. Stuck now.
Essa app é um lixo. Não consigo reestabelecer minha senha, da erro em tudo, não envia o email, e quanto tento mandar o formulário pra pedir ajuda, dá erro lá também e básicamente não consigo acessar minha conta. Se você for de HR e estiver pensando em contratá-la e veio ver os reviews pra isso melhor buscar outra opção.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour l’application boucle sur l'écran de connexion. Je ne peux même plus utiliser les fonds qui m'ont été versés.

My experience with this app it's horrible. The app that appears in the photos and in the web site video, it's totally different from the app that I have in my phone now. Actually, the customer service it's also terrible, my card doesn't work anywhere and nobody in the company answer my questions. If your company it's obliging you to use this card, I'm sorry.l
Error message pops up when I click "show my pin" and I still dont know the pincode for the new card due to the app error.

Too many bad UX in 5 minutes: I want to change my credit card, just error without details I want to change my email, it doesn't change the UI and after a retry I see the old one and when I want to change it again it says that it is already taken, but still the old one. The keyboard is ALL THE TIME hiding the forms fields, very annoying ......
I just lost 240 euros because I linked my personal credit card to Swile in case I had to pay more for my meal. I payed 4 times my meals, they charged my Swile money and, in addition, they also charged 60 euros from my personal credit card. They just took my money! I have sent them 4 messages, but still waiting for an answer. I just want my money back.
Useless app. Dont show at all my card info or balance like it used to do on old phone.

Impossible de vérifier son identité dans l'appli avec une carte d'identité pourtant parfaitement valable, et aucune solution alternative proposée par le service client !
Mauvaise expérience avec la fonctionnalité de remboursement suite à paiement qui n'a pas fonctionné. Swile refuse de vous rembourser en vous demandant des justificatifs qui n'étaient pas mentionnés dans le formulaire.
Now a days card is not working properly and getting rejected almost of the places where I use it regularly. Even they stopped refund just by giving useless reasons.

I got my card recently and I can't pay online with the listed partners(Uber eats and Deliveroo). Besides, the card doesn't work in many listed stores nearby and they even tell me that it's not supported or the payment gets declined. What's the use of this card if I can't buy anything? This is causing a lot of discomfort for me.
1. gros problèmes d'affichage des lieux sur la carte, vraiment pas pratique pour l'histoire des bons cadeaux de Noël 2. toujours sur la vue carte, impossible de mettre à jour l'adresse employeur quand on change d'entreprise 3. j'ai arrêté l'association du compte bancaire pour compléter le paiement car c'est pénible de tout le temps se faire prélever 10eur (et se les recevoir 3 jours après)
Bad integration with password manager.
L'application a beaucoup de problème à se connecter à internet avec une très bonne connexion internet, quand internet est moyen l'application ne fait plus rien même si d'autres application marche ou le site swile marche via navigateur sous le même téléphone. En terme de fonctionnalité (quand ça fonctionne) est correcte.
Pour quoi je peut pas ajouter ma carte swile sur samsung pay ? Mon amie avec son s8 il a l'option mais pas moi avec mon s23 ultra ..

Although the app worked fine, I was never able to verify my profile to enjoy the full benefits. My Icelandic passport was not listed as ID that could be used to verify. I complained as the Icelandic passport is a standard European passport, and as it is an EEA member state, there should be no issue. (The passport is even in French). More than a year and never fixed! Edit, I already tried many times as asked, including 3 months ago, Iceland is still not listed!

La partie ticket resto fonctionne bien. Par contre les chèques cadeaux, j'ai l'impression d'etre un beta testeur... Pour rechercher les enseignes c'est la galère, et en plus meme si elles sont repertoriées, une fois sur deux ca marche pas. Les chèques cultures ne marchent pas a la Fnac la ou Up et edenred marchent tres bien. Au final bof bof, produit pas fini, restez seulement sur les chèques déjeuner et evitez le reste.
Encore une app où il est impossible de changer la langue...
Good but unable to move to SD card.
- Le sans contact ne fonctionne pas souvent (boulangerie, restau, supermarchés..) - ça affiche un solde mais quand je l'utilise je recois le mail que comme quoi j'ai plus d'argent (en début du mois donc j'ai le solde) sur des produits éligibles !!
Ui sympa mais impossible de signaler un problème. Ma carte n'est pas passée chez un commerçant (j'ai le ticket de preuve) et quand je signale un problème lié à cette transaction (texte + photo à l'appui), swile me dit qu'une erreur est survenue.
