이거 사기어플입니다. 구독 한 적이 없는데 자동으로 돈 나가게 하고, 20개월동안 더 스윙이 뭔지 모르고 계속 스팸인줄 알고 결제됐다고 내버려뒀는데, 이 회사였네요. 절대 사용하지 마세요. 자기네들 맘대로 제대로 알려주지도 않고 정기구독되게해서 결제되게 합니다.
아무것도 안했는데 왜 6천원이 결제되죠? 요금도 다른앱보다 비싸고
do not use this app. it really bad
It automatically started charging me 5900 won per month with no notification, I didn't know I signed up. Naver search results show many people complain about this. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it prompted me with like 5 screens trying to prevent me from canceling, even the cancelation complete screen had a misleading screen trying to get me to un-cancel. This is very shady practices. Don't use this app.
scam. they force you to join by making the initial and hourly pricey.
Utilizes predatory billing tactics with their Swing+ subscription. Intentionally makes it really hard to cancel, and also keeps billing you quietly even after you cancelled it. Terrible, predatory, and scammy

서울에 있을 때 Swing 한 달 동안 사용했는데, 외국인 신분을 확인할 수 없어서 보증금 50,000원을 내야 했어요. 언제든지 보증금을 인출할 수 있다고 나와 있는데, 돈을 돌려받지 못했어요. 1:1 채팅으로 그들과 이야기했더니 이메일을 보내라고 하더군요. 3주가 지났는데도 아직도 연락이 없어요. 사기군이야 사기군!! 😠😠😠
Yesterday, my subscription for Swing+ ended. Today, I used a bike and was in a rush. I ended my ride, pointed my camera at the bike, but the camera didn't appear as it usually does. Instead a prompt to sign up for Swing+ came up with a button in the same spot as the camera button. I of course hit it because I was rushing, and was scammed into re-enrolling in Swing+. There was no confirmation prompt to allow me to cancel. I tried to cancel the subscription right then, but I couldn't. F U Swing

Most of the area is a no-return zone and you get charged for parking. Thing is, the map is covered by alerts so you can't even see to find a safe zone. Even the public spaces for bike parking are penalty zones and you'd end up parking 400m from the subway entrance. What's the point of riding at all?
be careful when you are canceling the subscriptions for their buttons like "cancel the unsubsribe"... and so on..
Yhe app used to be good, but now it sends constant advertisements in notifications.
I disabled the ad notification but it keeps showing.
The worst app ever
I used Swing to subscribe to a bike service called swap and their level of incompetence is something I've not seen in Korea before. It was misinformation, lies, and scammy behaviour. I don't know why swing has partnered with them but because it I have to rate them with 1 star.
제가 이걸 쓴지가 vvip로 몇달을 썼는데 업뎃하고 접속불가능하게 만든게 제정신으로 하는 짓인지 여쭤보고 싶네요. 이제는 황당하게 서버 접속 불가로 비행기, 재부팅 되어도 못 쓰게하네요?
The App stole my money. I put a 50,000 won deposit down. I used a scooter once. Then, months later when I try to login to get my deposit back, the app is updated and the login screen refuses to load. From the looks of it, it's either a really poorly made app, or it's a scam.

전동자전거 대여했는데 타다보니 고장이 나있었음, 그래서 고객센터에 불만 피웠는데 죄송하다고만 하고 환불은 커녕 영구정지 먹음 진짜 최악임.

Its a guessing game when it comes to parking the scooter. If it gets towed, customer service just points to their clause and tells you to pay it. Watch out for dishing out 40-50,000 KRW.
It's such a terrible app to use as a foreigner like Saids you can use Google to log in but won't actually let you. I spent an hour trying to figure it out and wasted a lot of time
Expensive with low speed limit
This app has been charging me $5 a week for 6 months and I didn't sign up for anything. I got no reciept or any indication of my purchase in my history or anywhere. I used their service for 3 days in Korea and then left the country. I talked to customer service and they refuse to refund the money despite me explaining this to me. This is a sketchy company that wants to get money by unethical means. Don't give them your card number. I will be doing a dispute with the bank.
Doesn't work
Automatic payment without authority. Be aware of entering your credit card details, they do automatic charge weekly with out users knowledge. When i asked them to refund the charge, they said no. This app is for Korea only and I was not even I'm Korea when the repeatedly charged me.
Require you to log in to google on their app not on google
We felt we scammed, so expensive, student discount is just for unlocking bike/scooter(few hundred won...). They don't explain this situation clear in app. It can charge way more than you think...
쓰레기같은 회사임. 안내 똑바로 안하고 무료인것 처럼 속여서 뜯어냄. 고객센터 연락도 챗봇같은 걸로만 해서 전형적인 답만 함. 최악중 최악.

Swing used to refund your ride if the scooter doesn't work. Now, they will charge you full price. What are you doing, Swing? If you leave broken devices, you won't have a good reputation. Even worse, you'll lose business if you keep overcharging.

계정 정지 관련해서 문의하고 싶은 게 있는데 어플에 들어갈 수도 없고 카카오톡 플러스친구도 상담이 불가능하고 전화 고객센터도 5분간 감감무소식, 계속 통화 거부당함 과태료 일찍 낼 수 있는지 묻고 싶었는데, 그냥 해결되면 앞으로 다시는 이용 안 하려고 합니다 수고하세요
길거리에서 보고 앱 깔으려고 이름 보는데 로고가 엉망이라 뭐라고 쳐야하는지 헤맸고 잠깐 홈 화면으로 가도 다시 앱을 로딩시키고 뭣보다 퀵보드자체의 탑승감과 안전성이 우려됨. 핸들부분이 짧아서 그런건지 균형잡기가 힘들고 잠깐 한눈판 사이에 그대로 넘어질거 같음. 한국은 도로도 평지가 아니고 파인 부분도 많고 위험한데 바퀴도 작고 쿠션감이 없어서 불편하고 아슬함.. 다시는 안탈것 같네요
Very bad scooter
I've seen one of your escooters left in the woods behind my apartment and others lying around for more than a week. Why does your company leave them around for so long? Why don't you have measured to prevent people from leaving them all over the place?
Requires korean cell phone to sign up. Not friendly to foreigners.

Half of the scooters are broken or faulty and there's no way to get a refund. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times and my messages never go through. Not happy 😔
오르막길 안 올라가지는 거 정말 짜증납니다. 전동 퀵보드 중 스윙이 최악입니다. 배터리가 없으면 미리미리 충전을 해놓든가, 적어도 타기 전에 고지를 하도록 만들어놓든가 해야죠. 저번엔 오르막길 가다가 도로 중간에서 갑자기 꺼지질 않나 짜증 나는 걸 떠나서 위험하기까지 합니다 조치 좀 취하세요
They're replacing all the motorized scooters in Korea yet they make it so ridiculously difficult to register for it. A great option for people who want to waste their time.
prices have risen like 4x in the last 3 months. also I noticed today that I have earned a couple points over the last few months but they got expired without me being given a chance to use them. I have used the app everyday this last month. I do not trust the new membership package either, the swap program also offered sweet looking deals until I found hidden expenses that made it way more unaffordable.. I hope they can be more transparent
불필요한 팝업 및 Dialog가 너무 많이 나와 UX가 상당히 저하된 모습입니다. Dismiss가 안되는 경우도 있어 매우 불편합니다.
the most obnoxious app possible. takes 10 seconds to get through insane membership offers with hidden close buttons just to open the app. then it's constantly barking at you about permissions. programmed by AI or idiots, not sure. also, I don't need daily notifications from my stupid scooter rental app - thanks
