This was once my preferred app for food orders, but the introduction of additional charges such as packaging fees has significantly increased overall costs. If I am required to pay such extra fees, established platforms like Swiggy or Zomato offer a more convenient alternative, making this app less compelling to use.
After payment also they don't deliver to the location. ots a scam
Hi, why is it that aloo paratha is always out of stock from the last few days?? Whenever I open the app whether it's morning, afternoon or evening it's always out of stock, And not only aloo paratha almost all items are out of stock, Already the options are limited in this app but then 50% of the menu is always out of stock so it's irritating to even open this app for the least.

Not satisfied with your service after one bas quality order after getting 1 refund on first order your team blocked my account after many requests till it's blocked.. very pathetic service..
recently the quality has been gone south. Getting stale and not-so-fresh food in my last few orders. in my last order I found a fly in the jeera rice - dal combo. when i raised it to the customer service, the response was not serious at all. uninstalling the app.

This is totally worst application I ever seen, weekly once I have order from here. all time did COD. today is the 1st time I Order and paid the amount because I am hungry .and later some one called and said this item is not available what you want - and I inform cancel give me refund . just simply message amount refund where I am.not getting and simple message wait for 24-48 hours. that is wrost experience no food no refund. wow nice strategy
Froad app☠️ don't buy, also super expensive without coupons. not received any refund❌ Try50% was showing in my account so i applied it and then automatically it changes and provide half order in the same price. And now the coupon codes is also not showing in my account. Then why I was able to apply at the time of order😡😡😡

Extremely unhealthy food. I ordered a grilled paneer wrap that was dripping of unhealthy mayonnaise. The Egg curry Rice combo was reheated in the cheap black plastic containers known for packaging migration. Leaching harmful chemicals into the food. Sent my gut microbiome for a toss 😡
all ratings are fake the reality is rates are too high quality is low found stones ands sands particles inside food also missing items sometimes and swish customer care not help they will say to wait 24 hours after that they make fool to customers

Initially, Swish offered good food and reliable service, but now the quality has dropped drastically. Today, I ordered a non-veg sandwich and a cold coffee, and both were terrible. The sandwich was filled mostly with capsicum, with very little non-veg filling, and the cold coffee was extremely bitter with no sweetness. I don't understand how food delivered in 10 minutes can maintain quality. Customer support was also unhelpful. At this point, using Swish feels like a complete waste of money
horrible experience i had ordered bun maska and ginger tea but the bun was spoiled and it was smelling bad and instead of ginger tea i just got normal tea
Worst app. I had a terrible experience with two of my orders on the same day that too within 1 hour or placing another order. Support is not at all good.
I've reinstalled the app twice. I dont see anything in the app. Its just blank. Can you plz look into this. I can send out the screenshots or details you need. I use an android phone(samsung s23 Ultra) and dont think its an issue with the phone either. Once you fix the issue, I will experience the app and review and change the rating. Thank you
Disappointing Order Experience I recently placed an order and had a very disappointing experience. Here are the problems I encountered: Overcooked Biryani, The biryani was overcooked. The rice was too dry and hard, which ruined the entire dish. It didn't have the soft, fluffy texture that good biryan, but no cold coffe provided
Worst experience. Mostly, this app is on a short break. Take a permanent break and shut it down.
