The rider gave my order to someone else. thankfully it was COD. very poor service.
worst application and service they never provide you the free gift item on as provided on screen . worst application and this is third time experience. I didn't got the free item, fraud application never available. the Customer support team just blocked my swish account , it's never available fraud fraud fraud fraud, agr isme negative me rating dena ka option hota to -10 rating.

delivery staff. "I had a very bad experience with Swish. The delivery boy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn't follow the directions and started arguing when I asked why he was late. The food was completely messed up inside the bag. This app has zero control over its delivery partners. Highly disappointed! 😡😓 Mood killer: Mood breaker. All stuff

everything overpriced asf , a normal sandwich will cost you more than Rs.200 , and the food is too greasy at times
this is the worst application I believe if you can't delivery the food on-time what is the use of showing 10 min delivery, I have been 2 times, every time I order first it shows 15 minutes and the order will be delivered after 40-45 minutes
app lags a lot. button clicks, page loads. could be better. atleast show a loader. also, when the shop is closed at 7am, atleast show some ETA?? why is there no notify function

10 min delivery app is closed for 2-3 hours multiple times a day mentioned due to a surge.This is happening literally everyday. How come the same reason is mentioned everyday and not working on the solutions. please refund my money which I have with you for the punjabi samosa pass, which I am not able to order due to this and also stuck with your app for the same reason. Anyways the menu is limited, the only thing catchy was the ontime delivery. I will delete my account and close this app.

This app is honestly so frustrating. Every single time I try to place an order, I get the same message: “experiencing surge, try later.” What’s the point of a food delivery app if you can never actually order food? I’ve tried multiple times at different hours, and it’s always the same issue. No proper explanation, no solution-just “try later” again and again. It feels like the app is completely unreliable. Super disappointing experience. Definitely not something I’d recommend if you’re actually
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any delivery app. I waited almost 40 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. After all that delay, when I tried to escalate the issue, they simply cancelled the order without any proper explanation. There is clearly no respect for customers’ time. The delivery service is extremely unreliable, and the lack of proper customer support makes things even worse. No one takes responsibility, and resolving issues is nearly impossible.

pathetic... doesn't even recognise location properly, even after changing the location, it switches to the nearest landmark and misguides the delivery partner.
Takes 1 hour to tell us that the order is not in the kitchen.
I was totally disappointed that I order two time but both time I got delayed delivery and food was not good at all

Took money in wallet. and after that it's showing surge, we cant deliver.
