why do I have to order to set up the app?
This app does not work. It just sits on the load screen forever. I would like to order Swiss Chalet but the non functioning app is preventing me.
The app doesn't work. A big name company shouldn't have this problem; It loads, but then doesn't let you make an order. Sad.
app used to work, now it doesn't.

I always have a problem getting only one item! The app seems to want to give me more. It is very the changes in the app annoyed me. I had to sign in multiple times.and you quit sending me emails. sensitive.
absolutely awful application from beginning to end it wouldn't allow me to log in making me reset a password that I've never changed after doing so it wouldn't allow me to add my credit card which I've always used eventually I gave up on the clearly junk application and went to the website which logged me in with no problems and also had my credit card on file which miraculously worked now too bad it was too late and the person going to pick up the order was already there. just hilarious.
Swiss Chalet app stopped working for me months ago. I've uninstalled, and re-installed a number of times, but it still doesn't work (can't get past the loading screen). So, I ordered on their website. Today, I checked the website. and they're offering $5.00 off a $40.00 order placed via their app. I tried to install the app again, but the same issue keeps happening. I can't even load the app.
I didn't have the option to pay at the counter and not have to save my card details. not happy
cannot log in on the app but can online with same exact credentials. maybe you should update your app. Samsung s26 ultra.
this app hasn't worked for me in months. I end up having to call to order.
was sent a coupon code to use for a birthday desert at no charge but can't use it on deals or specials. Spend more to get your gift! keep your birthday "gift".

could not add my scene card
The tracking feature is terrible, it is never accurate and doesn't update properly.
prices are higher on delivery menu and delivery charge is added on top also.
the app will not process my credit card. I tried multiple credit cards with no luck. extremely frustrating.
