How do you make an app this bad? Tim Horton's tried to make the worst mobile app in Canada...Swiss Chalet took that challenge personally. Fifteen minutes of issues (password reset is goofed) and bizarre ordering process and confusing order summary, only to have your system refuse to take a payment card, or Google Pay. Ordered from somewhere else and deleting this AI created monstrosity of an app.
Always Glitching. Never working properly

Can't log in because "Oops, something went wrong." Can't register because "Oops, something went wrong." Can't checkout as guest because "Oops, something went wrong. Please call." Charged almost twice as much if I call in, because the coupons are mobile app only. Pretty awful experience overall.
Terrible app. Never keeps me logged in. Constantly crashing. If you switch to another app mid-order (like to check messages) it logs you out and makes you start over again. Incredible frustrating and useless. (and yes, i did uninstall and reinstall & check for updates, still had issues)

I have tried multiple times it doesn't matter what I try I have no access to my account.
over half an hour trying to place an order. constantly deleating the cart of items, unable to pay online, unable to pay in person. absolutely garbage app that only has good reviews from coupons and paid reviews.

This app is horrible. Can't log in. It says oops something went wrong. Made a new password. same thing happens. Had to call it in.

Can't login thru the app. (Yes, I tried clearing the cache. Yes, I tried clearing the data.) Much simpler and less frustrating to just login thru the website, no need for another useless app taking up space.

experience ruined, app never forced me to enable gps until recently, i would always be able to login and select pickup only and never had to allow gps
keep changing the signon and it keeps failing and does not allow autofill. Get with it.
if you try and order and hit check-in for curbside you can't till it is done cooking. You also can't enter vehicles info or what spot you are in so they can not bring your food. instead if you order on the app you need to wait till it is ready. then fill in 8 fields about vehicle and what spot you are in. and then they will eventually get it to you.
still doesn't work as of 2026. Tracking has never worked. Used different phones, update app, map is supposed to update upon start of delivery. Only shows an update about 100ft away. Whats the point?
don't ask for reviews
it is absolutely ridiculous that we can't use the app for copouns to order in the restaurant as we have been able to do for years.
doesn't work half the time , then tells you to call customer support so they can retype the whole order. never again.

got to the end "problem with your order call customer service" after I wasted my time of course. uninstalled and ordered somewhere else.
adding scene card or paying by cc doesn't. Same for website version.

was sent a coupon code to use for a birthday desert at no charge but can't use it on deals or specials. Spend more to get your gift! keep your birthday "gift".
