Can't get app to open in the store to redeem rewards
if i could give this app no stars i would. EVERY time i try to login - it says my password is invalid...then it makes me reset my password. im dealing with it again tonight for the umpteenth time. i just want to pay on my bill but yet again im going to have to call support. At this point i am considering just cutting up the card once i finally get it paid this month and not using it anymore. It is SUCH a pain.
I do not recommend this card at all. Even if you pay your balance before the due date, they place a hold on your available credit for an extended period after your payment is posted. I made my payment on June 3, it wasn't posted until June 9, and my available credit won't be released until June 18. That means my funds are tied up for over two weeks after I already paid. If you're looking for a credit card with quick access to your available credit after making a payment, this is not the card .
deducted auto pay twice, balance which was correct, but then another amount. Canceled auto, cannot afford 2 payments in 1 month
I registered already w Synchrony and it's glitching and won't open! besides after signing up there, I just now read they want $2 for paper instead of electronic notifications!!! bs!!! I'm not paying $2, BS!!!

Please remove the location requirement to run the app. Nothing on the app will work without the pop up requiring me to turn on my location. That shouldn't be required to access my points or PAY my bill. At any other prompt we can enter our address or reference point to find the nearest store.

the app works when it wants too. most of the time it won't load and open. It just sits on the white screen that says tjmaxx. often have to uninstall and reinstall which is a pain.
Why am I being forced to turn on my location just to pay my bill on the app? This is forcing me to violate my privacy to pay my own bill? Please fix this.

The favorites list doesn't have a "next page" arrow anymore. I can't see all my favorites anymore because of this can't use the app. I've tried all the usual, re-install, clear cache, etc. it's just how the app is now

why does this app not give the option to not have location on if you don't want it when opening the app Everytime..all apps usually give you the option not make you ans you can't access the app unless you turn it on. Not all of us need the location on for the app.
The app does not load when I click on anything. I tried everything to get it working to no avail. I tried the online website, I was able to browse and populate a cart but couldn't check out due to the page not loading, white page. Please fix the issues.

Rewards error has been happening for months. Nothing resolves it (tried reinstalling, clearing cache, reloggin) Have to use the emailed rewards or log in into main site making this app completely useless.

Why? Why is this app so bad?? It lags, gives blank pages constantly, stops loading, forces you to start over, etc. It's been this way for years! I've tried it on different devices, nothing works. I keep it up to date, I have the latest android with my Pixel and still it's so bad I can't shop. Spend some money on your app!! Even Marshalls has a better app... FIX IT!! This is how we shop. When I'm in store, it's only place I can't use my electronic payment?! And STOP pushing credit cards!!

same issues as always. Loosing rewards cause i can shop through the app or pay with my card using the app. Always issues with the login/passwords. Itbis always having difficultiea and nothin pulls up. such a waste of my rewards.

Horribly Glitchy. Doesn't show your full list of favorites (for example, if you have 30 items saved, it might show 4 and then you go to the next page and it just says ZERO and tech support won't or can't figure it out.

Always have trouble getting my rewards on the app. I have to log into my CC site to get rewarded pulled up
