Why am I being forced to turn on my location just to pay my bill on the app? This is forcing me to violate my privacy to pay my own bill? Please fix this.

why does this app not give the option to not have location on if you don't want it when opening the app Everytime..all apps usually give you the option not make you ans you can't access the app unless you turn it on. Not all of us need the location on for the app.

I keep it up to date, I have the latest android with my Pixel and still it's so bad I can't shop. Spend some money on your app!! Even Marshalls has a better app... FIX IT!! This is how we shop. When I'm in store, it's only place I can't use my electronic payment?! And STOP pushing credit cards!!

same issues as always. Loosing rewards cause i can shop through the app or pay with my card using the app. Always issues with the login/passwords. Itbis always having difficultiea and nothin pulls up. such a waste of my rewards.

Horribly Glitchy. Doesn't show your full list of favorites (for example, if you have 30 items saved, it might show 4 and then you go to the next page and it just says ZERO and tech support won't or can't figure it out.

after having a card with them for over 1 year and paying It off, they cancelled my card and my account. I will never shop at this store again.

I cannot get my rewards certificates. It won't launch. I tried reloading it several times.
You can't look at electronic statements unless you select that as your only way of getting a statement you can't have paper statements and electronic. they will charge you $1.99 for paper statement every month you receive one. Which I didn't know until I wanted to look something up in app and I couldn't so I don't know my closing date and statement date and I couldn't find it out through the app!

8/18/25 - Never Works! I guess they don't care about android users because this app has legit never worked for me. Over the past 2 years I've re-downloaded the app to see it still doesn't work for shopping 9/9/23 - Rarely Works. The app doesn't load any shopping features. It's been 2 months since the app has really functioned at all. I've uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, but it doesn't help. I've had to use the website for anything related to the credit card too.
UPDATE: 3 years later - app still doesn't work. TJX no help. UPDATE: Here we are - 2 years later - and app STILL doesn't work. Wow. Just...wow. Does not work at all. I click on "Shop" and it just takes you to a white screen - nothing.
