This app sucks. It is 90% ads for T-Mobile. I already use what I need, I just want the Scamsheild app, but no, they combined them into one big bloatware.

Zero Stars. Unfortunately Google IS FORCING ME TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR, which is not deserved. The idiots at T-Mobile have now made impossible to pay my bill because they don't want to support Android 10. They USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY, but not anymore. EDIT: I need to able to give the app a NEGATIVE 1 star! T-Mobile is now another monolith that does not appear to care about individuals. Was told by T-Mobile that they performed research that says that not enough users are using Android 10. CAP!!
I can't find the new version to install. i can't see my perks cause it says I need the new version but the app store doesn't have a new version or up date. I Uninstaller and re installed nothing helped.
When I try to open the app it says I need to update, nut when I go to Play Store to try, I just get a "web page not available " error message.

Was using the old app to manage my router. Now they changed it to this one, and I get spam notifications. Also can't restart my gateway from this app. Big step backwards. Seems like this is more about trying to sell you stuff than it is actually being useful.
won't let me pay online or through the phone. I've been trying to contact t mobile for over a month now. There web site said they got their wires crossed.
Scam app - so many issues, its not worth it.
it's not only slow and crashes frequently, on old phones and new, but half the features rarely work properly. I preferred accessing my T-Mobile account on a separate app that worked, instead of trying to view deals and various promos and having the app crash when trying to figure out which one I qualify for. Every time I open the app, it says I have a network outage in my area, but the troubleshooting says differently. The service in my area has gotten worse, but it's not even clear why.

people they control so much of your phone even with another service I 👀 them disconnect my phones A10e & 16 and tried to connect to another phone was blocked by TMobile these are paid for, call unblocked A10e so this how you know foreigners should not be TMobile USA when u can't speak to supervisor unless file complaints that with all of foreigners * getting paid to do nothing.file complaint 🫵🏾get an answer they do not. My Tlife app on my Samsung Note 8 worked fine for several years until June 17. Upon opening the app on 6/17 to see the Tuesday offers, the first picture shows "update". When tapping to update, message says that the "webpage is not available" (see both screenshots here). So, the Tlife app is now useless for me, since I am unable to scroll to any Tuesday offers or save/redeem them. NOT GOOD, VERY UNSATISFIED!!! Recently uninstalled/reinstalled App, no change
As a loyal T-Mobile customer for more than a few years now, i have no idea why my home Internet these last few months have been so bad. I pay almost 300$ for what?? terrible service?? only way i would remain with T-Mobile is if my bill got lowered and i got free devices like extenders to make my wifi better.
Forcing users to use an app for support is insane.
this app force-installed itself and then force-installed other "companion" apps like candy crush, solitaire, and other bs games. fk this app, fk T-Mobile, and fk the bloatware games/apps that I didn't ask for.

Edited 6/22/26: And once again, it doesn't work. Asks me to update, but it already is. Can't access Tuesdays, so it's pretty much useless to me. This might just be the straw on a so so service that pushed me to Verizon.

They said you can pay your bill on this T Life ap. I went thru every link. I could not find any such claim .It used pay a bill or a new phone. Now, all it is they are trying to be just another Google News type. I might switch to At@T. I Did pay off my phone so it is now unlocked. I would like to know i if any other customer finds this to be true.
The app crashes a lot and I hate that I have to sign in every time I want to use it.
The app is giving an error and won't let me pay, and my lines are going to get cut off because of it. Fix your app.
tmobile paywalls southwest airlines wifi behind a hyper obnoxious ad campaign. I'll never understand how a corporation can ruin a consumer experience with advertising and still think their ads are effective. 2/10 stars to the T-Mobile marketing department. no pr is bad pr. but some marketing is bad marketing... and for that, I am permanently tapping out of tmobile. edit after dev review: no, you are bad.
Update: It seems the app doesn't work after software updates take place. I agree with another reviewer that T- mobile needs to fix this globally rather than have people email them with personal information to try to solve the problem for each individual person.
Application keeps looping back. I've reset the password several times. The app is garbage. Re-installed and it still doesn't work. Tmobile needs to fix this.
can not update it so even though this is supposed to be an add perk for using T-mobile, it is useless without the update. its not a extra if I have to buy a new phone to use it! Also my voice-mail all of the sudden is not in English, and I am not able to text message t-mobile, but I can still pay my bill, in the same app that I can not update, get the extras that supposed to come with the service, there is no problem charging current charges.. wonder why thats happening?????
Worst service ever! Changed a payment arrangement date in app it still processed on the original date even though said date I changed it too in the app then suspended my service and charged me a.$60.fee a week before the date I changed it too
App has broken. haven't received an offer for tmonile Tuesday in a couple weeks and leads to a broken link and when I open up Google play, like does in the broken link, it says that there is no update.
Stop forcing/pushing to make us download apps. Getting rid of the ability to select all and then deselect all was a low move 🍅🍅🍅

The app will not open. It runs in circles. I am not happy. its always something...e but the service team really tries their the best. 2lineplan 55+ one and 1/2 year ago with a free third line that is not free. I keep calling and they keep giving me credit when I call for the 3rd line that was suposed to be free but costs 55.00 a month.. i am looking for legal counsel to file in court. any takers i have the paperwork on our initial sign up.
HAD to order phone for pickup because you can't just roll into a store and purchase one anymore. the sales person felt bad because the desired phone was in stock in the store but the desired product showed OOS on the website. my plan has offered less and less. don't trust this company very much anymore
"Usage" functionality in app is useless when you're abroad. My wife was out of country, we were calling each other assuming it was free wi-fi calling because all the time T-Lite app showed no calls or charges for her line. Until we got SMS saying she reached $50 in international charges. Only in next bill full calls details and charges were provided, with some calls free, some paid. Isn't this too late to know? So disappointed! At least their CS refunded incurred $55 later after my complain
