Please save your time and money and don't use this headache!

I canceled my account after paying my last payment early but they auto took out the payment on the first of the next month spent hours with some goofball only to be told it couldn't be returned an now they want even more money from me for some unknown reason ill have to talk with my bank

Today, May 7, 2026 I tried to reset a new password on my dad's app. He and my mom are the T-mobile customers. Our home wifi password is compromised possibly by a former T-mobile employee. Their T-Life app can easily be hacked into by any type of hacker, black hat, white hat, gray hat, rainbow hat. The employees in a T-mobile store are not always willing to help and also quite often unable to help. No telephone or online system is fully secure. I give them a fail for security. I give you an F!

stop installing Apps on my phone . I'm seriously considering switching providers at this point . if I wanted them , I'll download them myself
why so expensive? highway robbery, in return I get lame streaming services with commercials. Just give me cheaper service same data rate but no extra garbage I dont need. plus benefits dont work and cant cancel benefits. useless app. leaving tmobile soon forever

T mobile home internet is DISASTROUS 25YRS GOODBYE! After 28 yrs as a loyal customer,this home internet has run me to greener pastures. 1 Service CONSTANLY fails for no reason-sunny-windfree days service drops off 2 Calls are waste a of time. Plug, unplug, restart, reinstall, get new sim card, your time and energy are a joke and theirs to experiment with 3 Offer FIVE dollar off your bill after days of missed service and hours of your time fiddling AROUND with the system 4 I am DISAPPOINTED!
I tried to access the security settings in my account manager. All it did was cycle. What's the point of having this app if I have to use the website anyway?

Annoying app my daughter has her own phone and is on my second line. Everytime she wants to use scam shield she has to put in the account password which is one thing but I always get the security code sent to my phone. It's very annoying because she has to contact me to give her the code and I can't always be disturb. You guys need to fix that. It's stupid. A one time thing is understandable because I get I'm the account holder but Everytime is ridiculous!

Very klunky app. Must use it to pay the bill, must wade through a bunch of ad's for tmobile, JUST TO GIVE THEM MONEY. GEEEEZZZ. All my statements from previous reviews still hold too. I cannot comprehend why a multi-billion dollar company whose business model is serving customers can be so customer unfriendly. "we will help you resolve this, send an email" but the play store won't allow me to copy text. What the bloody F is wrong with customer service any more. Customer disservice more like it

2 weeks told escalation department my battery was draining from 100% to 64% every night. They gave me the Insurance phone number. That turned out to be a NIGHTMARE after being on phone over an hour they said couldn't help me. Transfer me to T-Mobile another absolute NIGHTMARE because I have never used a pin they always asked me to verify account thourgh text messages. They refused it that way insisted I use a pin. NEVER EVER HAD ONE 🤬🤬 This was in the morning 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 MY current RATING!

cant even use half the "perks" and the ones that can be used are like 10 cents off. not worth it.
tried using the benefits to get 20 cents off gas from shell but it gives an error, I'm a MetroPCS t mobile customer and I'm told we are still able to get these perks. Lies! 🤥 been having trouble trying to claim any discounts on the app. what gives?

ONLY thing I can do on this app is "Link an Existing Gateway, or setup new one". Even AFTER the update!! Has been like this for MONTHS!!...... I DO NOT NEED GATEWAY HELP.... I NEED T-LIFE APP TO WORK PROPERLY!!!! FIX

This app is straight up trash. It constantly crashes when trying to open it and then when you do get into the app it crashes again. Had issue with delayed and not receiving some text messages/short codes for 2 factor. Customer service was zero help and never called back on scheduled day. Figured out on my own this garbage app was delaying and blocking short codes and some text messages. As soon as I deleted the app my messages all came in at once. If you're having trouble get rid of it now!

Technical support says I'm “connected,” but real performance is unusable. I’m stuck on LTE Band 66 with -113 to -116 dBm and poor quality (~-12 dB). Data is slow and unstable indoors. The network won’t fall back to stronger low-band (B12/B71), and the app offers no real diagnostics or fixes. “Connected” doesn’t mean usable, this needs to be addressed by T-Mobile because I don't want to pay for something I can't use... Plus TForce doesn't respond anymore.. CSR is just as unreliable as data! 😒
call dropping no customer service put on hold for over 10 mins, bad oh and music on hold is horrible too and the app turned off the auto pay on its own. it does this EVERY month. it has been happening for over a year now. I have pictures. I always have to go on the app and make the payment myself. it never just happens, I have to do it ever single time. I will be in touch soon now where I am I can't get enough service to send a 30 sec video
Has been unusable for weeks due to an ongoing bug and customer care has no way to remedy this for impacted users. EDIT May 2026: Seems to be related to business lines from what multiple customer care agents have told me but still haven't offered a solution or workaround in the many months I've been impacted. In my most recent attempt, they just had me fill out a issue report and then could do nothing for me. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I have had to change my opinion because T-Mobile has done right by me and corrected the problems I was having with my billing my 3 months with them or whatever is pretty decent and I have no bad things to say so everybody that's out there forget Verizon forget all them large companies and just stick with T-Mobile T-Mobile's one of the best there is I guess thank you
