Zero Stars. Unfortunately Google IS FORCING ME TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR, which is not deserved. The idiots at T-Mobile have now made impossible to pay my bill because they don't want to support Android 10. They USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY, but not anymore. EDIT: I need to able to give the app a NEGATIVE 1 star! T-Mobile is now another monolith that does not appear to care about individuals. Was told by T-Mobile that they performed research that says that not enough users are using Android 10. CAP!!

it's not only slow and crashes frequently, on old phones and new, but half the features rarely work properly. I preferred accessing my T-Mobile account on a separate app that worked, instead of trying to view deals and various promos and having the app crash when trying to figure out which one I qualify for. Every time I open the app, it says I have a network outage in my area, but the troubleshooting says differently. The service in my area has gotten worse, but it's not even clear why.

people they control so much of your phone even with another service I 👀 them disconnect my phones A10e & 16 and tried to connect to another phone was blocked by TMobile these are paid for, call unblocked A10e so this how you know foreigners should not be TMobile USA when u can't speak to supervisor unless file complaints that with all of foreigners * getting paid to do nothing.file complaint 🫵🏾get an answer they do not. My Tlife app on my Samsung Note 8 worked fine for several years until June 17. Upon opening the app on 6/17 to see the Tuesday offers, the first picture shows "update". When tapping to update, message says that the "webpage is not available" (see both screenshots here). So, the Tlife app is now useless for me, since I am unable to scroll to any Tuesday offers or save/redeem them. NOT GOOD, VERY UNSATISFIED!!! Recently uninstalled/reinstalled App, no change

tmobile paywalls southwest airlines wifi behind a hyper obnoxious ad campaign. I'll never understand how a corporation can ruin a consumer experience with advertising and still think their ads are effective. 2/10 stars to the T-Mobile marketing department. no pr is bad pr. but some marketing is bad marketing... and for that, I am permanently tapping out of tmobile. edit after dev review: no, you are bad.

Update: It seems the app doesn't work after software updates take place. I agree with another reviewer that T- mobile needs to fix this globally rather than have people email them with personal information to try to solve the problem for each individual person.

can not update it so even though this is supposed to be an add perk for using T-mobile, it is useless without the update. its not a extra if I have to buy a new phone to use it! Also my voice-mail all of the sudden is not in English, and I am not able to text message t-mobile, but I can still pay my bill, in the same app that I can not update, get the extras that supposed to come with the service, there is no problem charging current charges.. wonder why thats happening?????

"Usage" functionality in app is useless when you're abroad. My wife was out of country, we were calling each other assuming it was free wi-fi calling because all the time T-Lite app showed no calls or charges for her line. Until we got SMS saying she reached $50 in international charges. Only in next bill full calls details and charges were provided, with some calls free, some paid. Isn't this too late to know? So disappointed! At least their CS refunded incurred $55 later after my complain
