Never works properly. Every time I try to log in it has to email me a code, checkout always errors out, making the app unusable.
Had many issues with this app. First off, 2 different box meals said they were no longer available, picked something else, says to pick up to 3 sauce packets, only lets you pick 2. And the real issue, go to checkout and gives an internal error and can't order at all. Tried on 2 different phones, using 2 different accounts, both gave the same error. Also first "fast food" app I've gotten where upon first install, there are no deals or coupons. So what's the point?? Garbage app.
This app will put your full name on a display board in the store (if the app is even working). Embarrassing, privacy disrespecting, and poorly thought out.

App barely works now. Availability isn't consistent with what stores actually have. Coupons rarely appear anymore, and when they miraculously do, they don't always work for the store you're ordering to. FIX! EDIT: Nearly a year later and all these issues persist + now it almost never stays logged in, always requiring an email confirmation instead of a password, like any good app would use.

Why does it keep giving me notifications written by a 12 year old? 'u want cheep tacoz?? yessss taco tuesday bae!! 😂💦💦' does not make me hungry it just makes me think a child wrote it. At best it makes me want to avoid taco bell entirely.

I got gift cards that restaurants aren't equipped to accept, they tell me to purchase through the app to use gift cards. Simple enough, I thought. problem is the app won't allow me to enter a payment method at all.

Waited one more month and still zero deals. Biggest waste of space on my cell. Waste of Space - Zero Deals - Have lived near a Taco Bell since last March. I've seen maybe 3 deals around that time. Nothing at all since then (10+ months). What's the point of the app if you guys never offer deals or discounts? I'm never going to visit you compared to almost any other fast food place because the value just isn't there with Taco Bell. Get more deals in the app or delete this from the store. Useless!
I placed a mobile order on the taco bell app, thinking this would speed up the process. I was then told after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru that my order had to be picked up inside. Absolute madness, please correct this. This was the new Taco Bell in Mt Pearl, Newfoundland

everytime I add 1 item to cart, whatever item I try to place next, a prompt pops up instantly saying "item unavailable" I also as of writing this review, physically cannot order on your app because of issue prompts popping up
worst App EV-ER created. I'd give it no zero stars if I could. never opens properly, always takes me to a Taco Bell on the other side of the country saying there are none near me (when there are at least 4 within 10 to 15 km). Taco Bell has lost my business

Many issues. Difficult to log in. Place order and log in payment, then your order disappears. Not user friendly. Shows items in cart, but no option for payment or completion of order.
Ordered food threw app, order got canceled and never got refund. dont trust this app or this company. they do not honor anything. the app it self get rid of it doesnt work. 0/10
doesn't save payment info, frequently has buggy updates that make it so you can't even place orders
App needs some love and Loyalty! App has many bugs, looks bad and not easy to use. Can't save payment cards making check out painful and time consuming. Taco Bell is also one of very few places to not have any kind of loyalty point system, with also non existent coupons. Put some time and effort into your app and offer loyalty and coupons for your customers. After almost 6 months still no work done on the app. Fix your app!
Page does not exist. On everything I click. I wouldn't recommend touching the app. There is something wrong with the communication between the front and backend.

This may be long winded. To start I know it's taco bell and not expect a 5 star meal however I did expect to eat. I ordered taco bell on their app and choose delivery option. Placed my order...waited. seen the driver struggling to find my address but it is actually very easy and simple. I texted... I even called since they didn't answer my texts. I saw them and they still couldn't figure out how to listen to me telling them (Language barrier) I now am out money and didn't get to eat.
all is buggy
Stay away from this company. Their app errors out, takes your money but doesn't give you a way to contact support. Found the number online but they're only open Monday to Friday 11:00am-7:00pm on weekdays. So if you order on the weekends and something goes wrong, too bad for you. Took my money and I walk away with nothing. Months later and nothing back from them.
"$2" taco tuesday promotion actually charges you $4 per taco because the programmers don't understand how to develop an app. hilarious

so I have made a review before about the app being broken. yeah so basically who ever runs taco bell canada doesnt care and should be fired. I will be contacting tacobell canada HQ and will demand them to be fired for not doing their job you should all do the same. I will edit this with the exact phone number + extension. also dont send me offers when your app doesnt work. you need to be fired.
Edit: Tried downloading again, and it refuses to send code to my email so I can "login". When I tried to navigate without also encountered errors & refusal to load. App has very noticeable delays between when placing the order and the store receiving. Been told several times "we just got your order, it will take 10min to make". App also has a glitch were old deals will still show up (Cravable section is available for me).
ordered delivery through the app and I guess the store was closed. I was denied a refund and magically the order is now gone from the app meanwhile I'm stuck with a $90 bill waiting to hear back from my bank to file a chargeback.
Can't select a location. I give it permission to access my location and it just loads forever. When I manually select or enter my location it only shows 1 of 2 taco bell locations in my area and when you select it, the app reloads and loses everything you've done. Additionally if you do manage to make it to the menu it doesn't show the prices for anything which defeats half the purpose of having a menu
have been ordering atleast twice a week for the past 6years now unfortunately I'll nolonger be ordering ever again I've tried ordering over 18times in the past week and everytime I get an error I've Uninstalled and reinstalled even created a new account tried everything I could think of and nothing will work so im just done imma find me a new place to get my take-out
your app is garbage. anything I click on takes me back to the main menu. literally useless. uninstalled, never to be installed again.
Deals are nice. This gave my driver the entirely wrong address for the store, and by the time we both realized, we couldn't cancel the order, and the time it would take him to drive to the store (30 min) it would have been closed. I placed my order an hour before close. No way for me nor the driver to cancel the order in-app.
