the app has 2.3 ratings obviously they don't care
keeps sending my food to the wrong restaurant and will not let me cancel 2 seconds later. every time I ask for a refund through the help section, all I get is a message a few days later saying that that they appreciate the feedback! not worth paying double for a free taco occasionally! deleting immediately! I could understand if there were 2 taco bells in my town, but they send it to a different state! ridiculous!
can't order anything while using a reward. uh oh sorry! fix it.
the app (and website) don't know when certain stores are open. as a result it won't let me order. how is it possible for a company this huge to be this bad at website design. HIRE ONE PROGRAMMER TO TEST OUT YOUR WEBSITE I BEG YOU THEY WILL FIND 1,000 PROBLEMS.

Rewards are way too small and slim pickings, one per order and the app recently stopped scanning paid receipts. Also now they've taken baja blast zero off the menu so when I mobile order I have to tell them to change it into a zero.
the last 3 orders I have placed charge my account and then give me the "uh oh!" message. I keep getting charged for orders that the restaurant never receives. I Charles it up to a glitch the first time but now for a week, I get charged and then u get the sad taco. it ties up money for a day. I really wanted to eat tonight. thanks for robbing me.

I very regularly get blocked from checking out. either with store closing errors, datetime errors on checkout (eta 00:00), randomly being switched to pickup, fire rewards crashing the app-- this is awful. considering this sends orders through doordash and I have to pay a doordash fee with the app, I might as well just go through doordash and get free delivery. grilled burritos and rewards aren't worth this. regularly turning away $75 orders. crazy.
fix this app it doesn't work I'm not contacting no one just fix it it's in your store it's ridiculous
Junk. Don't bother trying to scan receipts because the only thing it will do is pop up "invalid entry". Might as well remove the broken feature since it has never worked in the year plus I've used the app. Probably a hoax/gimmick to tell you that you can earn points when they have it set to never work at all. Also, AI order taking at stores is brutal to go through and horribly inaccurate, doesn't listen and continously tries to extort you for more money via upselling and donation requests.
this app never ever works. I really dont understand the point of an app if it never works. Its really horrible and just bad customer service and experience. and dont get me started on the horrendous ai voice at the drive through. honestly I really hope this whole franchise just shut down. if I could give it no star I would
App logs me out about once a month. Then it won't even allow you to use suggestions or autotype! Really annoying when you're on the road and trying to get a quick bite.
6/30 new issue - the Locos game is stuck at the How To Play screen. I submitted feedback, but it feels like nothing will be done to correct the issue... oh well

This app is absolutely not ready for prime time. It refuses to process payments, won't let me check in at physical stores, and the app menu can't be accessed in physical stores, which makes the whole thing just an exercise and frustration. Needs cleaned up badly, until then, can't recommend
App consistently crashes despite being updated and is overall an entirely unpleasant experience to use. Sick of it. Annoyed enough to just stop going to Taco Bell anymore.

you will place an order, it will take your monry, the store will say they dont have it, the app will say thank you for your feedback and you won't get your money back.
Not answering calls at night when an order is never delivered and canceled after being dragged out for over an hour? Not cool. Never seen customer-facing retail ever just... Stop taking calls. Screen spam calls? Sure. Instruct employees not to give out business information? Sure. Instruct them not to process over the phone transactions? Okay. Not answer at all? Seriously? Come on, now.

It seems we are witnessing the decline of an empire. A once great company is now turning to bait and switch and "all sales final" scams while hiding behind the "it's a franchise not corporate" excuse. One, Key West Taco Bell is an embarrassment to the brand and it it's "just a franchise" why am I using a corporate Taco Bell app instead of the Franchise Specific app? So no, the franchise licenced with your brand IS your fault and just as much to blame on the app as on their specific sites.

I was already not happy about the complete menu change. many of my staple items disappeared. I tried to come back bc a couple things seem to have come back. the app refuses to let me finish my order. no matter what card I use. I cant order on the app. I don't order any other way. im hearing impaired and need to order on the app. you have lost our business.

This app is garbage. It is always some sort of error and you get the stupid taco saying uh-oh something went wrong. For the last 2 weeks I have had to use the website to order because the app won't let me checkout. And of course you can't use your rewards if the app is not working. This is just the most current issue, there have always been some sort of issues with checking out. App is garbage please fix!!!!
I processed an order through the app it charged my card then it said there was a problem with the order never sent it to the restaurant and I've never gotten my money back or a response to the email I sent I do not recommend ordering through the app unless you want to lose money good luck getting it back
