day 1-3 were fine. Now day 4-6 it is stuck on the new discount ad. I went to the play store to cancel and it is not an option. I can not find anyway to cancel this from auto renewal. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support. Will likely have to reach out to cc for a dispute.

Questions are asked to "custom tailor" your program. I am 53, yet the person doing the daily workout is young, fit, and in her twenties. There is no lead time. The exercise timer starts as soon as you touch play. No introduction to get in your place and get ready. Exercise videos are sped up as well.
This doesn't have in-app purchases - it is a required subscription. That would be fine if they were up front about it, but instead they put you through 200 questions and only hit you with that information at the end. You have to give a credit card before you can see any content at all.
Not free. False advertising. This review is only changing, to add clarity to what I was stating, the app makes it sound like it is free, and that you can do the workouts for free, again. this is misleading. They will try to charge you, and they only gave you a free trial. that is not very long at all, please find a better alternative.

WATCH OUT FOR BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!! Thought I was going to get to try it first for a 'free' 7 day trail, got charged immediately and they don't intend to refund 😡
it is very repetitive and very basic. even the advanced ones are actually basic movements. I made the whole 28 day program waiting for it to get better, and when it ended the only option was to star over again. not worth the subscription.
