great app. said it was free, only first 3 exercises were free. then won't let you continue until you pay a subscription fee, not even a one time, a repeatable fee. of $50 for the CHEAPEST ONE!!!!

Beware. Cannot be used for multiple platforms. I made the mistake of purchasing a one-year plan on my phone and now can't use it on my tablet where I can actually see it and use it.

Every time I get to number 12, the video starts breaking down. And it won't stay coherent. I then have to start over so I can't get past workout twelve
this app is not free you have to pay for the program
The person that is showing you how to do the exercise is too small to actually see what she is doing. if using your phone, unable to enlarge or open up to make the person larger. this will be an issue for someone with bad eye sight or the older generation.
