الافضل الناس تطلب من المحلات نفسها و الاحسن كمان ان كل واحد ينزل يجيي حاجته بنفسه و نلغى فكرة الدليفرى اصلا

التطبيق جيد من ناحية الخدمة، لكن تجربة التواصل مع خدمة العملاء سيئة جدًا. عند حدوث أي مشكلة، يصبح الوصول إلى موظف حقيقي شبه مستحيل، وتضطر إلى المرور عبر عدد كبير من البوتات والرسائل الآلية في خطوات معقدة ومستفزة، وفي النهاية قد لا تصل إلى حل أو إلى شخص يمكنه مساعدتك. أتمنى توفير خيار واضح وسريع للتحدث مع أحد ممثلي خدمة العملاء عند وجود مشكلة فعلية، لأن الاعتماد الكامل على البوتات يجعل تجربة المستخدم محبطة للغاية.

there is no way to contact customer care, the get help page is buggy and shows blank page, and no way to report any issue regarding orders !! -replying to devs- you are that lazy that you dont want to forward the customers feedback to your colleagues !!! what the @#&$
اشتريت 10 كيلو لبن سايب من المدينه المنوره لو اي حد بيفهم اللبن السايب لازم بتشتري 10 كيلو تحطهم في الفريزر وتسحب واحد واحد تغليه وتشربه طلعت 2 كيلو طلعوا مجبرين وقاطعين في الحر ده طبعا التخزين كان سيئ طلبت استرجاع ال 10 كيلو رجعه لي تمن 2 كيلو مع العلم قلت لهم يرجعوا ياخدوا الثمانيه كيلو لانهم هيطلعوا قاطعين زي اللي قبلهم لحد دلوقتي ما حدش رد عليا ودفع 500 جنيه في الطلب
لما وجبة ب١٧٠ جنيه في حضرموت البخاري تتباع ع الابليكيشان ب٢٢٥ جنيه يبقى ده نسميه ايه ؟
my last order was bit like I expected it is soo hard to order and I dont like it and points are absolutely useless and don't get me started on the vouchers this dosent even deserve a star and if is over expensive I have to give an an arm and a leg just to order a simple cookie and coffe I advise you to use any other app than this exept of u want to be broke in a matter of seconds

unfortunately, this year Talabat management has a huge challenging with Customer care, because they recently provide the worst experience ever, the agents, are not helping and they fake themselves as a managers with another names, so tell me about the transparency!! in addition to the financial team delay solving the cases with the markets and restaurants which lead to negative experience as this team doesn't investigate but close the complaints ,is this a management instructions?!!!

تطبيق سيء خدمة سيء ساعة وانا انتظر طلبي المطعم على بعد عشر دقائق بالسيارة يزيدوا اسعار الوجبات ياخذوا توصيل وضريبة وما تقدر تتواصل مع خدمة العملاء اذا تأخر الطلب افضل اروح استلم طلبي بنفسي لولا اللوغريثميات كان اسلوبي يناسب سوء الخدمة
in the old days the app was the greatest delivery app , and years after years it's become the worst delivery app bad costumer service, fake deals , doubling the original prices , fake vouchers .. unfortunately

لما اوردر يتكنسل من عندكم، و أكون أصدرت بطاقة دفع من فودافون كاش و دافعة بيها اللي هي مؤقتة لمدة ٢٤ ساعة و تقولوا الفلوس رجعت على حسابك البنكي و بتاخد من يومين ل ٧ ايام عشان المبلغ يسمع عندك في البطاقة و هي أصلا مؤقتة لمدة ٢٤ ساعة و أنا ماعنديش حساب بنكي.. يبقى كدة عبث، و لا أوردر و لا فلوس رجعت و كفاية الانتظار اللي انتظرته.......

These clowns changed their refund process, which is fine. What's not fine is having TWO reps confirm by phone n chat that a driver was coming to pick up the wrong items and issue a refund, only to keep me waiting all day before saying, "Never mind, no pickup n no refund." If u're a major delivery platform, be accountable for the merchants u work with. And if u promise a refund n pickup multiple times, keep ur word instead of changing ur mind after making customers chase you all day. Pathetic!
Been scam for my voucher and customer support accept but saying we are sorry and we can't do anything, we will note for the feed back that's all

تم طلب من ماكدونالدز طلب خاص ساندويتش بدون بصل عند وصول الطلب كان الساندوتش يوجد عليها بصل وعند الإتصال مع المطعم قال احنا ما ألنا دخل تواصلو مع طلبات المشكله عند طلبات ولا يوجد حل

i ordered food for my kids and made me wait for more than 3 and half hours. I was contacting customer service and they kept saying the driver is almost there. finally after all these promises they said the order was cancelled by the restaurant. very bad customer service
I've experienced late deliveries several times with Talabat. My last order arrived over an hour late, and the food was completely cold. I asked to return the order and receive a refund, but the call center refused, saying their system didn't allow it. Instead, they offered a 15 AED voucher, which I found insulting and completely inadequate. This poor service and lack of proper resolution have convinced me that this was my last order with Talabat.
worst service, 2 orders delay more than 2 hours and got cancelled, customer support without consent cancelled first order and other no rider and customer support pressed claim of 15 dirham even now still delivery showing 40 min more... this is very wrong and false advertisement of pro claim if order delay.... worst of worst. I CANCELLED MY YEARS LONG PRO SUBSCRIPTION TODAY NO MORE TALABAT.

bad app you can't reach them when you have issue with you order I'm trying to upload the food picture I received but it's not uploading and this is not the first time I'm facing the same issue where I can't upload the picture

There is no customer service for orders that arrive damaged or unusable. We often buy products that aren't used until days later, yet we have no way to contact anyone or resolve the issue. The service is poor, and neither my family nor I will use this app again. and I I have been in contact, but the problem remains unresolved, and the responses are like those of a robot. poor service and coustmer service.

عدلت التقييم من ٥ نجوم بعد التحديث الذي بسببه لا يمكنني من التحدث بممثل خدمة عملاء ويبدو أنه يعتمد فقط على الai وأصبحت الخيارات الخاصة بالمشاكل محدودة...فعندما يطلب مني رفع صورة مثلا لمشكلة في الطلب لا يقبلها التطبيق....
My office is not very far away.. 1KD charge is too much... Talabat should think about this
سياسة البرنامج سيئة ، وفي حاجات كتيرة محتاجة تعديل ف البرنامج ، و رغم انه خدمة العملاء احيانا بيحللك مشاكلك مع المندوبين الا انه ليس بكل المرات بيياعدك واوقات اصلا بيتم تجاهلك منهم رغم انه مشترك في طلبات برو كمان ، نجمتين وكتير عليكم
