it's so bad It's just working when it's paid. when it's premium so if you don't wanna pay don't download. it's not letting you do anything at least you can just say that you can't use that app if you're not premium

Please, A free trial should be FREE, without the giving of card details etc and having to remember when where and how to cancel, that's just more hassle for the consumer. If youre sure your product is good let people try it first! simple x

Pulls all your data including payment card without letting you just to try the app. Free trial and full personal & payment data is not something people like to go through just to try the application

this is just a basic ai app. you can easily create a custom gpt in chatgpt and learn much more fast there.
This app is actually made by them for their business and not for service or education.
180 € per year for the functionality you mostly don't need. no reasonable plan for text-chat self education. spent the daily limit of the free plan (~10 messages) to tell the teacher that explaining me unknown language using the same unknown language doesn't work. you can use some porn AIs more effectively to learn languages and for free.
if you don't have any Catalan then this doesn't help you start
I choose the free plan but noting is free💔 why did you add the free plan if there were no free courses? so I can download the app and put it on my phone for decoration
Learned my lesson the hard way: every time your app starts with a personalized questionnaire you're going into a subscription or free to try plan. Not for me, sorry.
no chance to see if the app is any good. immediately bombarded with requests for money. everything behind paywall and zero tutorials to help learn the app. uninstalled it. waste of my time. I refuse to pay for something BEFORE I know if it works!!

this is the worst application. do not use it to improve english. it has many issues to be fixed. do not understand the sentences and lack of responding. especially when you write some long sentences there is always an error.
Be very careful handing over your credit card information. It renews your subscription automatically with no reminder sent beforehand, then makes it impossible to cancel it. This is a scam practise.
Payment only, no free trial or free type usage. Immediately tries to tie you down with a paid subscription, most likely one that's hard to get out of. Avoid like the plague.
On a pas la même définition du niveau 'absolute beginner A1'... à quel moment c'est intéressant de commencer directement une discution complète dans une langue étrangère quand je paramètre que je suis nouveau débutant... si j'étais capable de tenir une conversation entière avec des phrases complèxes, je serais avancé pas débutant. Ce n'est absoluement pas un outil pour ceux qui commencent dans une langue, la barrière est immédiate et infranchissable avec cet outil. Dommage PingoAI est bien mieux
