تجربتي مع تمارا كانت سيئة جدًا بصراحة. خدمة الاسترجاع بطيئة بشكل غير مقبول، وفلوسي اتأخرت لفترة طويلة جدًا بدون أي توضيح واضح. الأسوأ من كده إنهم بيخصموا مبالغ أثناء الاسترجاع بدون سبب مقنع، وده شيء غير احترافي نهائيًا. التعامل مع خدمة العملاء ماكانش مفيد، ومفيش حل سريع أو شفاف للمشكلة. بالمقارنة، في شركات تانية في نفس المجال بتقدم خدمة أفضل بكتير وسرعة في استرجاع الأموال بدون أي تعقيد أو خصومات غريبة. مش بنصح بالتعامل مع تمارا، خصوصًا لو بتفكر في الاسترجاع أو الحفاظ على فلوسك.

This app was good until recently it stopped accepting my purchases for no reason.
No Refund After Cancellation Tamara cancelled my order after I paid the first installment and never refunded me. No proper response from support. Unacceptable. Avoid this service. **Rating:** ★☆☆☆☆

i tried to get their premium back in January just this year but my bank is not included in their options so fast forward to today (April 26), these thieves just stole 19 Dirhams from my account and they didn't inform anything before charging me. I tried to contact them via chat but getting past AI will take your whole day before being transferred to a real person which will say flowery words and ends it,"we cannot process a refund." Tabby is better!
I made a purchase of around 350 AED using Tamara and I paid all the installments within 15-20 days, even though I had four months to pay. I paid much earlier than the due date, which clearly shows that I am a responsible customer. However, after completing the payment, when I tried to make another purchase of only 100 AED, the Tamara says that I have no available limit. This is very disappointing and unfair. If a customer pays earlier than required, they should not face this kind of issue.
Initialization Failed
very worse customer care service seriously I have been trying to connect with them but they always ignore because my complain for refund that I have taken membership subscription before two month but I deactivate last month but still they charging me 19aed with no reason.

Worst experience ever. They lured me in with "easy payments" but the hidden fees and terrible app interface make it a trap. The support team doesn't care about helping you, they just want your money. I’m deleting this trash immediately. Zero stars if I could. I am absolutely disgusted with this service. Tamara just deducted money from my account without a single notification, confirmation, or authorization from my side. I didn’t received any otp or sms.

I only downloaded and registered my details in the app, Never used it for any purchase. Only to be hit with an attempted payment purchase for a hidden subscription- I did not authorize or approve (as it doesn't show on my subscriptions either.) When I disputed the charge, there was zero resolve or assistance rendered. Times are hard and it's very disheartening that Tamara would want to impose dues for a service they literary never offered. Saying I'm Dissapointed is an understatement...

I want to talk to someone directly about my problem.They don't want to understand that they are talking through AI.I've been trying to explain it to them for two or three days, but they don't understand what people understand.I tried so hard but I couldn't complete it. You'll understand when you're with someone, but maybe even though I've said so much, you still don't understand.

the worst customer service
It's good but can't link bank I don't know why I try even different bank but still same and even I can't speak with agent the Ai is just reply that can't understand what going should there human and help to solve the problem and call time also end 6 pm Tamara need work on this hard to link bank and hard reach agent
