The latest update has twice reset its self to Chinese and removed the English from the English version 😳 Have to restart my phone to get the language option back. Good job developers!

My account was locked for no reason. I was searching World Cup 2026 panini stickers and they suddenly locked my account.
the app said risk something like that but I know they want still data by ask ppl to make approval for there identical card
it says me I should check the security center but there is no exit or back button on that warning. Stupid design.

The prices are good++ items and all but how could I experience more if I can't even do anything for a MINUTE??? when I first downloaded the app it was going all good I made my account, I got to search but before I could even scroll I got a ban for a few days just because of an "unusual activity" which is weird because I don't use vpns, I have my account vertified and nothing else weird at all << my account is old and it's going okay for any other app.
the recent update seems have issues to android phone. can't open at all. keep restarting. Something went wrong with closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.

Very disgusting refund and return process to make you give up trying. It's so complicated so consumers rather give up then fight to get their money back, that's how they function. Have to pay shipping for each orders and pack separately, have x people come pick up individually. I rather just burn my money than spending even more money to return the products which is ridiculous. Customer service sucks! A lot of scam stores like HNEN, etc. Uninstall now! Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop is much reliable.

Honestly I loved this app and I really do since they had clothes my style. the problem is the ID verification thing, I tried to get my account back it's almost impossible since you have to either have an ID, and which on paper sounds easy but it's literally impossible if you're a minor like me. Honestly I'm hoping that Taobao does better because honestly it's causing many overseas customers to not wanna use the app anymore, and you seriously need to be considerate to your overseas customers :-(

a lot of great options for shopping if I can even shop before I can even search things up, I need an account I make an account, my account randomly went under suspension for unusual activity for 1-2 days even though all I did was browse through what I wanted to buy
No English option and I can't even register. if registration is already so hard. I can only imagine how harder it will be to use the app, so I uninstalled. i will stick with alibaba aliexpress and temu for now. I don't want unnecessary hardships for myself.

don't know Chinese > take screenshot for translation < cannot take screenshot. > asked to verify by choosing pictures that match the Chinese word = impossible. Go back to previous page > marked as suspicious and block access. Bad experience.
