so for the first month they would transfer the funds immediately but now they hold the funds for one day and you cannot cancel you cannot do anything you cannot push it because then they say that they cannot help you and then they take your money for one day and then the person who is supposed to receive the money has to wait sometimes there's urgency because you're sending money overseas but these people they don't care I would say use some other service if you need to send money urgently.
Good morning, everyone. I sent money through TapTap this morning. The transaction was successful at first, but a few minutes later I received another message saying the transaction had failed. I contacted them and explained that my sister urgently needs the money for medication in Africa. They told me they are having issues with their partner in Nigeria and that my money will be held until the 11th of May. Please be aware if you are planning to send money through TapTap today.
everything sounds good untill you have a transaction fail/issue. Help center is almost helpless and will start giving you 7 days, 14 days waiting again and again which is terrible.
in advertise it show only 2 minute to send money but in real it takes 2 hour
my account is suspended since more than one year and upon every follow up email I get generic copy paste reply.

First they provide all transactions for free, just right when you get used to the app they add AED 5 fee. For bKash, Nagad and Cash pickup now you have to pay AED 5 fee!!!
Hi i am from Uk “My experience with has been very disappointing. Money was deducted from my account, but when I went to collect it, the bank said there were no funds in the company account. I contacted customer support, and instead of resolving the issue immediately, they told me it would take another 7 days. This kind of delay and poor handling of customers’ money is unacceptable. I’m sharing my experience so other people can be careful before using this service.”
