awful customer support. they suspended my account and gave me generic responses about reviewing my suspension without any definitive details on what would be done. It's been several weeks, and the "review team" hasn't done anything. It's a good thing the money wasn't emergent, or this case would've been much worse. Don't use this app at all. Remitely is way better than this app, and their people actually do their job instead of reading from scripts.
Payment within few hours reaching receipent. Now its taking days, very disappointed.

I tried to use the app to send money to brasil and it didn't not work because l could not put my Adresse only because my phone number is from Germany and l could not even change it to a Portuguese one.l Wrote a message to help service and never got a response, called the phone number indicated in the ap. It did not even ring....what a service, and how can l trust such an ap ???
before it was free for atract more client now they are taking charges per transfer .

this app very useless .I will not recommend this app. I was sending money but they didn't process and I try to connect from different scoures but they didn't not give positive responses.i am waiting to get my amount.
The Identity verification takes too long. I was trying to send money to my wife and was asked to send identification, I uploaded my Identification and took the selfie 1 hour later and im still waiting. I think the identification system should be turned off if there are not enough employees to handle the workload.
