I've stopped bothering with customer support bc the back and forth between different staff without anyone bothering to read previous conversations and offering the same options over and over again, which were not successful, were their only fixes. Incredibly disappointed with the anko range replacing the target range as well.
I set up, filled my basket, and now I am notified that my access is denied???
won't let you choose size or add to cart just continuously says looks like something went wrong, happening with all friends apps too
does not allow you to pay.
this app used to be good abs worked well but for some reason now I seem to lose my wishlist it's happened about 6 times now. even spoke to someone from company about this problem and they say there is nothing they can do about it. now I can't seem to add any more to my wish list. it's just seems to have gown downhill.

Recently I couldn't get the app to let me change my preferred store, it just keeps resetting based on my address, and so I can't order for pick up at any store other than the one closest to me, which is so annoying because there's no stock at my local store but there is a few kilometres away!!! The website has the same issue.
What is the point of having a wishlist if the app keeps clearing it. Just remove the feature entirely if you can't make it function properly
three times to get a password change, nothing happens, no it is not in junk mail
reset password functionality never works. can some oen take a look on it. if a user cannot login, what is the purpose of having the app
The app is very slow, takes a lot of time to load pages.
Was good but not anymore, similar to the Kmart app, items won't load up and crashes constantly. Along with the Kmart app I've deleted the Target one too as it was impossible to search anything.

I finally uninstalled this app after so much frustration. My wishlist has been completely deleted at least 4 times over the last couple of years, the app is slow & freezes all the time, keeps logging me out and then giving an error when trying to log in, and I've never been able to place an order via the app (I've had to switch to browser and order it there).
target too expensive
I don't know is it because I'm in SA i couldn't login in my target app.

app has so many issues since update. can't search . cant search other stores stock. uninstalled due to issues both kmart and target apps
was loving the target app for online shopping until today.from 5 stars to 1 please fix payments & process,it took me 3 or 4 attempts to pay with the cards that are stored to my account, it kept failing then eventually accepted it on one I had already tried a few times.. this makes me not want to use your app. I never had this problem before..i also had to remove items as it was saying they were not avail for free one pass delivery,but discription for items says they were..very annoyed
this app is getting worse. anytime you purchase anything with a gift card it takes the money and then doesn' process the order. has happened twice to me and the customer services make you jump through so many hoops to get the money back and treat you like you are trying to steal from them and now since before black friday sales and now leading up xmas its great timing to not be able to look at other store stock. you click on check other stalls and it goes blanks. yes I have updated etc...

Target and Kmart stores, and online services are SO POORLY MANAGED. I am so tired of the amount of times I have ordered items and then the order is cancelled or the store can't supply the item because they have no stock. Do something about it.
IT REFUSES TO RECOGNISE MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO IT WON'T SEND ME A LINK TO RESET MY PASSWORD.GOING AROUND AND AROUND IN CIRCLES.HAVE UNINSTALLED THIS USELESS APP.

It never shows what stock is available in other stores. Just goes to a blank screen no matter what product you choose to search. Very inconvenient.
The amount of time I waste logging into this app each and every time I use it is astonishing. I seriously had to log in three times this morning to see my click to collect was ready, to show the order number and again now when I wanted to view the order again. the rest of the app functionality is almost perfect but the security on this app is far beyond any other, including payment and banking apps.
Extremely slow and buggy.
Keeps emptying my wishlist daily and sometimes my cart as well.
The app has become fairly clunky to use. Often deletes my whole wish list which is very frustrsting and disappointing.
no that good. confusing about available stock. if online it's means we can order stock was available, doesn't matter where location available. because it's will delivery. but this app didn't let you do that.
They are thief I was order a $100 gift from them and sent to my email I never received it
