Shopping there is harder than family Dollar! meaning the pictures of items when you look them up on your app do not match what it actually is 50% of the time and especially location in Denver where it shows you the location is 90% wrong and you have to go on a Easter egg hunt to find what you need if you're shopping for somebody else or have a list and need to get out of there quickly. it doesn't make you buy more it's frustrating. they're good and gather in particular.

Target seems to forget resellers pay the same price as a regular customer. Only difference is more people get to enjoy the products. Pokemon should reconsider doing business with companies like target and Walmart. They are ruining true fans experiences. Everything is being resold not hard to start banning people.
please integrate your target red card payment into the app , it is disgusting to that such big firm still in ancient age to see that I have to login separately to a website to pay the bill

need bot detection
tried the free trial for 360 for a one time delivery. turned off auto renewal before the ending date and still got charged. The app also gets extremely predatory when it comes to tipping shoppers, making you unable to use it until you give them money. if your going to charge me $10 to delivery then give that $10 to the shoppers, im not going to tip someone for doing something so basic when i dont use delivery all the time
This app used to be great to find deals. Now, it's almost impossible to find the sales and deals. This app is awful. If you're not here by now, don't start! It also took $20 rewards from my account - no purchase or explanation! I hate this app!

sending me in a loop with my pickup order. I got an email it's ready, no items available for pickup in the app and I can't see my purchase history even after redownloading.
Worked well for awhile now I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work right a few times a month...same 3 years later
Why is there nothing in place to lock-in items while you are checking out. Had several pokemon items in my cart and of course they were selling out fast, so then some disappeared from my cart. Still was above the $35 threshold and was selecting my checkout information. Went to hit submit and it refreshed my cart again and now I was under the $35 delivery threshold. Went to add new items and each time my cart would refresh as items sold out. If other stores can place a hold, Target can too.
Useless for limited drops. By the time a drop is released, it's already out of stock. Just don't ever assume you anything new is in stock.
Target sucks. I was supposed to get $25 in circle rewards and it got yanked because THEY sent the wrong size and I exchanged for the correct size. Nearly impossible to locate customer service on this. Not the first time they have not followed through on giving rewards, or poorly displayed if something qualifies. They are getting really unreliable, time to get a Costco card.
We're experiencing issues right now message appears while trying to add breakfast bars to my cart but it never works. Did I get shadow banned for no reason? Target?
the store in Danville Virginia has been changed but the app has not been updated to the different locations of items. won't keep me signed in. force me to reset password because account was locked for zero reason.
For drive up, when I select "I'm here" either the pop up to select your spot keeps disappearing or doesn't show up at all. Uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times. Had to change to in store pick up, which defeats my purpose. App is up to date & software is up to date on my phone. When this stops, the app will be a 5 star.
Constant errors connecting target circle card and their customer service is non-existent. My card that has been on file for a long time decided to error out today too, so I uninstalled the app. Will never use it again. Close to abandoning Target all together
pokemon is impossible to get. preorder doesn't even pop up for me. literally people right next to me are hitting and I feel it's because they have newer phones.
stop supporting bots
Ads seem to have become more prevalent all over the app, did you search for strawberries? Here's an ad for a fresh Starbucks drink after 3 products, scroll 2 more products and have an ad for new Silk™ Protein! Anyway, I'm literally attempting to buy goods from your store and you can't help but insert ads into the search results. It makes it harder to quickly compare things having to scroll through unrelated junk. At least the app runs fast...hahaha no.
Target Stores/Online are thieves. I purchased some items and some insurance protection plans for those items. We'll, my delivery was received 3 days after I was told I would receive them and I never received the protection plans at all. I kept calling them only to be sent on a wild goose chase on the internet until finally I told them to give me my money back for the insurance and they told me no to a refund. THIEVES, that is who TARGET is. Never shopping with them again. DISGUSTING!
I have been signed out of the app multiple times in one day even after selecting 'stay signed in'. Been like this for months only gets worse. To top it all off EVERY order Requires a minimum of 5 emails! ONE, when it is ready is enough!!
terrible app poor design very confusing even their $5 gift card is confusing they take little bits off your items and then subtract $5 from your bank account and then give you a $5 credit on the app it's so confusing it's a horrible app and needs to be recreated
dynamic pricing
Can't use Affirm. it asks for camera & microphone permission but there is no microphone permission that can even be allowed for the app
updates have made it extremely convoluted and confusing. hundreds of clickable options and scrolling menus instead of clean clear functionality.
New update May 2026 not good. it's having a hard time loading my Purchases history! and I need it! before this I would have said it was 4.5 star 🌟
constantly closes
Target app is actually one of my favorite apps. However for the past month or so, the graphics haven't been showing. I'm not able to view the Weekly Ad other than the videos. I have updated it and it still isn't working.
Why have the scanner in the app when the only result it ever gives is "No Results"
