basically nobody cares nobody returns to your questions, written requests unanswered phone calls not possible, beyond the belief....

last year, I registered to this website to make tax return after working for 2 years they miss calculate my tax and still charge me money ,and two years working the Finanzamt paid only 35 euros to my bank, I try to reach out to them no reply
After filling 99% of the forms, app goes in a constant redirect loop and I can't do anything anymore, no reaction from support. Very disappointing!
Macht die Steuererklärung nicht über Taxfix! Man zahlt auch beim Nicht-Absenden der Erklärung 100€! Ohne vorherige klare Kennzeichnung. Der Expertenservice ist auch grottig und ich habe am Ende schlappe 60€ von der Steuererklärung, gehe also mit einem dicken Minus von 40€ raus. Absoluter Scam

No dark mode, buggy app
The worst thing I've ever had. They just charged me for a fake tax without my permission. I have a tax refund on another app and here I have to pay the exorbitant app fee first and then get the tax refund. This is completely unfair. Other apps are cheaper and very helpful. I had to give one star.
Tried to fill my taxes with this service. Sent all the documents before deadline. They accepted all the docs, promising "timely application". After the deadline has passed they said I shouldn't be worried, because applying with "tax expert" I have extended deadline. After FEW MONTHS passed I accidentally found out that they rejected my application WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. When I contacted support they said that they deleted all my documents and I should find another Steuerberator.
a bad experience using it from min 4 years, never use its expert service I not expert service in real you can do yourself much better
Just uninstalled. In their review of my tax, they included a Church Tax, of which they said I € 901.00. I have been informing them that I do not have a Church and do not even have a religion. After a month, I got Zero reply. even the AI stopped. this would be the last time I will be using this. I've been trying to communicate with your team, but you are unreachable.
