Der telefonische Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe, und die Modalitäten einer Filialbestellung sind es ebenfalls.
Man meldet sich an für eine Karte, aber die Karte taucht nirgendwo in der App auf, leitet einen nur zur Webseite ins Profil weiter, auch dort gibt es keine Karte! Wurde das jemals getestet???

Since last update it's not working, it doesn't open. Already tried uninstall the app, restart my mobile, reinstall the app, nothing's changed, still doesn't open.
It is not opening. I tried to uninstall restart and install again, but it did not help. It was my favourite shop, now not sure anymore..

Enttäuschter Neukunde. Keine separate Tchibo Mobil App. Seit Beginn nur Probleme mit dem 4G/5G Netzwerk an unserer Adresse.
They are scamming people. Their customer service doesn't communicate properly. They are removing/not delivering part of the order and forcing you to pay for it. A bunch of scammers.

Hab im Kundenportal angerufen und wurde von einem sehr unhöflichen Mann beraten, nachdem der Aufladecode nicht funktioniert hat. Keine Empfehlung! Ich hätte 0 Sterne gegeben, aber das geht hier ja nicht!

T-Mobile does not log in. It's hanging again, and PW problems. No issue with W10.
The app was good, suddenly it kicked me out and now offers only Austria as the shopping country. No other country available. I deinstalled and reinstalled it yesterday, it was working and now again not.

You frequently need to log-on, as it tends to forget your login details. After selecting PayPal as payment, it switches automatically to the card payment. Delivery of mobile phone top-ups takes days, although I cannot understand why it couldn't take few seconds like other providers do. The app recommends installing this app !!! It cannot recognize that I'm using it. When trying to present the loyalty card at the checkout, it requires to update the app first-there is a queue behind me :(

I would buy probably more if app functioned without any problem. There are still errors with discount application and it would just irritate me enough to leave. I really hate when I have to report every error just to obtain plan what to do to achieve discount and test it till my patience is off :/. I just want to buy it with it on first try without contacting anybody.

Das App ist toll aber die Verhalten zum Kunden nicht so. Seit 12 Tagen ich warte für meine Paket, ist noch nicht unterwegs. Antwort auf mein E-mail nach 4 Tagen bekommen. Am besten warten Sie für eine Bestellung bei Tchibo bist die Problemen erledigt sind
Very poor performance. The app keeps returning me to the front page. Very slow responses. Disaster when trying to pay with a card. I used it only because of the discount.
as start it is very hard to get correct sizes due to mix up from american and European
