It's so complicated and inconvenient. I need to download my statements for the last 6 months, and it's been 4 days of waiting for my april statements. I don't understand why they're stalling it, and no one from the customer services answers my emails. TD clari is very useless. I urgently need the statement, also I need the certificate of the available balance, and there is no such thing at all.

terrible. they didn't help for years while people stole my money,they helped others to spy on me and I asked for help kindly in the beginning.
this is horrible. there is no reason it should take me 30 minutes to deposit a cheque. evertime you take a picture of the cheque it times you out.
In the last 1-2 months this app has been horrible. it was fine prior to that, but lately it is nearly unusable. This issue has been for me and my husband. Just completely poor operation.
I have to change my password every time to log in.
The only Canadian bank that doesn't have transaction alerts. seriously, you really need to add that in. Who is the developer of this app. I would like to contact them directly about this. If fraudulent transactions were happening, I would be able to stop any further, but as it stands, TD would now be liable.

New update is very nice
It's one thing to have ads at the bottom of the homescreen that cannot be disabled, but now they popup when you first open the app as well. How long has the internet been around for designers to know that NO ONE likes popups, let alone in my banking app.
When are you going to fix this dome application I wish i can give-5. When are you guys going to fix this issue with the app. What a banana tech support fix the saving issues. Why the don't save my number. I un installed and re installed but still don't save my number.we all have the issue what happened to your IT guys Everyone been complaining about this app. When you get fixed. Please fix it
This app used to be great, but lately it doesn't let me log in or let me do any transactions. Even when I'm logged in, it logs me out straight away. I think it needs a reboot or something, sooner rather than later. 🙄
customer support not good, missing ipos under the trading tab, now the system is asking me to review my accounts because if not my brokerage accounts will be blocked, some stocks that I could buy by myself now if I want to sell&buy are locked so I need to call but they answer after 1hour or more than the transaction takes another 20 to 30 min, good luck if you want to trade like this, I'm actively looking to transfer all my investments to a more serious broker
